Have you verified that the annotations you are using in the CustomerShoppingBagDomain.java file, have been imported as the error message indicates?

  • Deployment issues while deploying an ear with size 48 mb

    i have an ear with 48 mb. now when i try to deploy my ear very often the deployment is getting failed (either it says "null pointer exception" or "specify a proper path of the ear" etc after a long long time(say 20 minutes).. though that ear gets deployed after sometime in the same instance of the app server) . is it due to the size of the ear or there is some other problem with the application server itself. pls help.. i need some+ solution urgently as our project is about to be delivered...

    try to set -Xmx400m in server properties->java options.

  • I am fed up with Spring and Apple passing me off to one another and neither will fix the problem. I am unable to receive a connection on my phone.

    I am fed up with Spring and Apple passing me off to one another and neither will fix the problem. I am unable to receive a connection on my phone.
    The internet goes out and I have to reset network setting each and every time. This is only a temporary solution which by the time I release the line with Spring or leave the apple store the issue is back. Sprint indicates that it is a know issue with the Iphone 5 and apple says it is a network issue as Sprint's network is not up to par with the Iphone and can not meet the expectations on the Iphone 5.
    I have attached a few picture, as you can see it clearly says I have 5 bars and 3g available but I have no connections what so ever.
    This issue affects all data and so I can not send or receive picture messages, use apps, or access the internet. The data goes in and out intermittently and it seems the phone chooses what I can and can't do.
    For example I can watch Youtube or Vevo videos but I can not access Facebook or Instagram.
    Is anyone else having this issue?
    I will soon loose my patience....
    I have reset my phone three time and have reset network and other setting mutltiple times.

  • Using WS-Security with Spring application in WebLogic

    From a high level, are there any issues with using WS-Security in WebLogic 8 or 9 with an application constructed with Spring? What issues might come up between WS-Security and Spring that might make this complicated?

    You won't be able to do this using the WSSE file.
    An easy way to get around this is to use an XML Bean built from the WS-Security XML Schema. You'll have to read the WS-Security spec to determine how to create the nonce, but you'll be able to convert this XML Bean into the Element[] that the setOutputHeaders() method, which is on the service control you call the .NET Web Service with.

  • Regarding RESTful WEB SERVICES with SPRING MVC Framework

    Hi,
    Can anyone explain me about RESTful WEB SERVICES with SPRING MVC Framework .
    It is urgent for me.
    Thanks
    Venkat Jalli

    Hi Manoj,
    I am also new to Spring MVC portlet. But, I tried to see the difference between sample spring portlet and your code below. Issue that I can see is, in your code, you have not mapped your servlet container with portlet application. So, in theory, your servlet containder do not know that you have a servlet. Let me try to explain from sample portlet,
    In portlet.xml, they have something like below:-
    <portlet-name>swf-booking-mvc</portlet-name>
    <display-name>Spring Webflow Booking MVC</display-name>
    <portlet-class>org.springframework.web.portlet.DispatcherPortlet</portlet-class>
    And in web.xml, they have below:-
    <servlet-name>swf-booking-mvc</servlet-name>
    <servlet-class>org.apache.pluto.core.PortletServlet</servlet-class>
    <init-param>
    <param-name>portlet-name</param-name>
    <param-value>swf-booking-mvc</param-value>
    </init-param>
    <load-on-startup>1</load-on-startup>
    This web.xml is for Pluto portlet container and there will something similar for Weblogic portal as well that I am trying to figure out :(
    Thanks,
    Sanjeev

    Are you sure you have defined the correct JNDI-name in the Spring config file?
    An example set-up of a domain can be found here - http://middlewaremagic.com/weblogic/?p=7795 (the script presented in the create domain section)
    This is basically the same set-up you have, except that a distributed queue is being used that is targeted to JMS Servers through a subdeployment.

  • How do I use toplink with Spring 2.5 and oc4j 10.1.2?

    Our existing java server environment is limited to Oc4j 10.1.2 due to being tied to Oracle Forms.
    We've added a java 6 jdk to the machine and linked it to a specific container to examine some newer java features since this version of the application server only comes with java 1.4.2.
    Does anyone have some configuration steps for getting toplink essentials and spring to work with oc4j 10.1.2? Even with oc4j 10.1.3 in jdev 10.1.3.4 I'm having problems trying to figure out what needs placed in the persistence.xml file verses what needs placed in the spring-beans.xml file.
    I'm trying to either use the J2SE option of keeping the connection information in the persistence.xml file (which doesn't work) - it tries to connect to //localhost:1521/orcl. If I try to define a datasource within Spring's xml file, I'm not sure how to tie that into the persistence.xml file. Could I use the oc4j 10.1.2 container provided datasource?
    It seems like I'm at a loss as to how to get this working. If you'd like me to post some files, I can do that later on today when I get back to work.
    The configuration that I'm trying to do is based on a modified workspace from an ibm developerworks article with websphere, mixing in the ideas from a JPA with Spring 2.0 article from Mike Keith and Rod Johnson. (That article goes pretty far in the configuration information but never provided an example to download...)
    Any help appreciated.
    Eric (hbg, pa)

    I'm still at a loss with this. Rather than worry about the older version, for now, I just want to see JPA in action. So, I've decided on just running the Spring 2.5.6 petclinic example out of the samples folder. When I try to do this, after only tweaking the web.xml to use the applicationContext-jpa.xml file, the application does not initialize properly. Here's the stack trace I get:

    Are you attempting to sync music from your iTunes Music Library on your PC?
    What options do you have set on the Music Tab for your iPad in iTunes?
    What happens when you sync?
    Any error messages?

  • Tecra M10 - Stuck CTRL key issue -- perhaps to do with BIOS?

    Hello and thanks for reading.
    I recently switched my Tecra M10 to Windows 7 (from XP) and it soon developed the dreaded "stuck CTRL key" issue. This causes the keyboard to behave as if the CTRL key is permanently depressed. Sometimes hitting a combination of keys, or bringing up the onscreen keyboard, temporarily solves the issue, but then it returns.
    It seems to be an issue many people have, with no simple solution. I've looked at every thread about it I can find, and tried many things to do with drivers etc. without any success.
    So firstly, if anyone knows a remedy that works for this particular machine, I would be very grateful to learn it!
    Then, there are two things I've not yet done: update BIOS and disable pinch zoom.
    I was looking at the following BIOS update:
    http://www.toshiba-asia.com/sg/support/drivers/details/25244
    ... which is version 3.00 and seems to be most recent. My own version is 1.90.
    However version 3.00 is labelled "For PTMB0* ONLY". I don't know what this means or whether it applies to me. Can anyone help? Should I install this BIOS?
    For the pinch zoom, I've been told that disabling it does sometimes cure the CTRL problem -- but I can't find any pinch zoom facility on the M10. I suspect it simply doesn't have one. Is that right?
    Many thanks for any help you can give.

    Hi
    > I was looking at the following BIOS update. which is version 3.00 and seems to be most recent. My own version is 1.90.
    There are different Tecra M10 models on the market.
    Check the labels at the bottom of the unit. There you should find some numbers like for example PTMB0E-01K00LGR
    The first 6 characters are important: for example PTMB0E
    I assume your notebook belongs to European series.
    In such case you should check the Toshiba EU driver page for possible BIOS update.
    http://www.toshiba.eu/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp
    However, on Toshiba EU driver page you will find also the BIOS v3.0 for all European Tecra M10 units.
    Anyway, back to the CTRL button issue: guess what, you should connect an external USB keyboard and should check how the CTRL button acts.
    In case the USB keyboard would work properly, the CTRL button of internal keyboard is affected and you will need to replace the internal keyboard.
    PS: it could be possible that the option "sticky keys" has been enabled. To disable this function, you have to press SHIFT button 5 times in the row.

    Can someone please help me here, to figure out whats wrong I'm doing or if I' m missing anything which causing this error?
    (Thanks in adv).

    My understanding of exception stack trace is that the two class loader are unable to match the argument type org/springframework/core/io/Resource in original method and its overridden method. And original method class loader and overridden method class loader are different.
    This normally happens due to class clashes.

  • Issue material for Subcontracting with reference to PO for multiple batches

    Hi All,
    Issue: I want to issue 5-6 materials with reference to PO which have multiple batches. How can that be done?
    Thus, if my raw material in stock are:
    mat X   Batch 1    50 nos
    mat X   Batch 2    40 nos
    mat X   Batch 3     30 nos

    Mat X      100 nos
    Mat Y      30 nos
    then how can I issue the raw materials wrt PO, and select multiple batches at the same time, without user entering the material again and again.
    I have gone through the SDN multiple times to see the probable solution exists, but I have not received any solution.

  • Issue in select query with where clause

    Hi guys,
    I'm facing an issue while using select query with the where clause. When I'm selecting all the data from the table it returns the correct result. But when I'm using the where clause to get the specific rows from the table it returns no rows. But the data I'm trying to fetch using the where condition exists in the table.
    Here is my query which causing the issue,
    select * from mytable where myfield = 'myvalue'
    But if I use the following query it returns the result correctly.
    select * from mytable
    Also the myfield value 'myvalue' exists in the table.
    I have tried by running this query in both SQL Developer and SQL Plus. I have tried this query in mssql as well. It works perfectly and returns correct result sets for both the queries I have mentioned above. I'm unable to predict the issue as I'm new to ORACLE. Please help.
    Thanks,
    Ram.

    Hi Ram,
    I experienced an issue similar to this with a varchar2 field. Some of our records had a hidden newline character at the end of them, which was making queries like the one below fail:
    select * from employees
    where email = '[email protected]'The best way I found to detect this was to use
    select 'XX'||email||'XX' from employeesTo make sure that there were no newlines. But that is just a guess. If you could provide some example table data and the outputs of your selects, it would be helpful.

  • Just got an Ipad and am working on setting it up.  the one issue I am having with it is my screen will not rotate no matter what I do to the settings, I can't figure out if the settings are wrong or if there really is something wrong with my Ipad.

  • RPC Calls to Java with Spring

    Hi,
    I have a java J2ee project, with spring integrated. I have
    set up the project so that I can make calls from flex mxml files to
    spring managed objects. This works as expected.
    My project deploys so that I have the following folder and
    file hierarchy.
    MyProj (folder) - MortgageCalc.mxml file (this contains code
    to make the remote calls)
    |- Web-INF
    |- classes (compiled Java classes)
    |- flex (containing my services-config, remoting-config)
    |- lib (all my jars)
    My MortgageCalc.mxml file is very simple; it looks like this
    <mx:Application xmlns:mx="
    http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml">
    <mx:RemoteObject id="ro"
    destination="mortgageService"/>
    <mx:TextInput id="amount"/>
    <mx:Button label="Calculate"
    click="ro.calculate(Number(amount.text))"/>
    <mx:TextInput id="monthlyPayment"
    text="{ro.calculate.lastResult}"/>
    </mx:Application>
    MyProj sits under tomcat/webapps.
    What I would like to do is move my flex code into a new
    folder under tomcat, as a separate web app.
    So my set-up would be
    tomcat/webapps/MyProj (containing all my Java code)
    tomcat/webapps/MyFlexApp (with my flex app)
    I have tried and failed, I get the following error message :
    [RPC Fault faultString="[MessagingError message='Unknown
    destination 'mortgageService'.']" faultCode="InvokeFailed"
    faultDetail="Couldn't establish a connection to 'mortgageService'"]
    I have very crudely just copied over the Web-INF/flex folder
    into MyFlexApp , crossed my fingers and hoped. Can somebody let me
    know what folders belong where to get this working? Or if it's even
    possible at all? Or maybe I need to change services-config, or
    remoting-config?
    Thanks,
    Matt

    I realized that the problem isn`t my bat file. I made tests calling another jar files and then all the lines of the batch file were executed. So, the jar file called on my previous bat is finnishing the execution. I verified and the jar apps worked without error.
    I would like to know if exists any command in Java that can cause this effect (close a batch), to modify the open source code of the application.Not that I know of.
    Is prism a bat file?
    If you are invoking bat files from your bat file without using call that would explain it
    :: mymain.bat file
    :: call the first bat file
    call prism.bat arg1 arg2 arg3
    :: call the other bat file
    call prism.bat arg4 arg5 arg6
    ::
