Issue in Data & Hierarchy sync.

Hi,
I am new to Essbase database creation. I am currently working on ver 6.5.7. My data file is such that it conatins data columns for all months and every month the data for current month gets reflected in that column. For eg. if i am in March my data file would have data uptill march and blanks for the following months. In april the data for march might also change and the new data for april gets reflected. My reporting is such that i would require march data as per the march data file and april data as per april data file. The hierrachy in both cases might also change in terms of movement of one resource from under one manager in march to another in april or someother change in hierarchy which would affect the current data intersection. Thus his hours in march should be as per manager in march and his hours in april as per his new manager. How should i go about handling this situation in while i am creating the dimensions/outline.

If you look at the above example, Level 5 & Level 6 changed in the May data file for Scott Berg or you can say the immediate 2 level up has changed for Scott Berg, as compared to the april one. And the april hours in both the data file has also changed.
The problem is that the April numbers needs to be reported as per the April data file and the May numbers as per May data file. If i change the hierarchy in month of may and upload only may month's data my april numbers would not be fetched.
How can i tackle the changing hierarchy & data month over month and fixing the previous months data as per it's hierarchy.
