ISSUE in Nokia Lumia 800 music transport controls ...

As you can see at the above link, you can forward to the next track by 2 clicks or backward by 3 clicks. The same controls can be done to the radio also.
But what about when you turn off the screen???
With the screen off, the same controls can be used only to the radio, you can change channels forward or backward, but you cannot do the same at the music player for mp3 tracks.
Why?
Is that an issue? It is too useful to change tracks via headset, specially when you have your lumia in your pocket. What is the meaning of not working that control? If the screen is on, i will change the track via the phone, not via headset button.

Try using it after the screen has been locked for 1 min. That's when it stops working (at least for me).
I can control the music for say, about 1 minute after I've locked the screen, then it stops working.
In order for me to get it to work again I either have to press the lock screen button or hold down the mic-button for voice activation and then cancel it. Then the music starts playing again (if I've stopped it). Only this time the controls work for about 20 sec.
Seems like the phone goes into some sort of sleep(?)-mode or something similar when the screen has been locked for a while.
