Issue in sending iDoc to xMII server

Hi,
I am trying to send iDoc from R3 to xMII. In this process, when I select the distribution model and try to distribute, I get error which says - Communication error occurred. JCO.Server could not create server function 'MODEL_VIEW_REPLICATE'. Has anyone faced this issue before? Am I missing something? Please help.

Probably u hv mislead in ur steps. Pls see the recent thread (Name : R/3 to xMII Posted: Sep 28, 2007 6:10 AM ) sent by Mudit Mehra who has done the same (sending IDocs) successfully. U may ask Mudit for the issue if possible.

or take help from sap basis team, can you please check user in the source system have authorizations profile. 'S_BI-WX_RFC' for this u can refer sap note :150315.

Sending IDOC to xMII

Hi All,
I would like to send the IDOC (MATMAS & LOIPRO) from SAP to xMII. I have already created the RFC destination in SAP and configured the IDOC Listener in xMII. And I have sent the IDOCs successfully to xMII.
Now I want to proceed with the transaction, which Interface I have to use what is the input I have to give?
can anyone help me in telling the steps to be used in the transaction?

The Schema needs to be saved on the xMII Server in:
<DriveLetter>:\Lighthammer\Xacute\ReferenceDocuments\....\IDocSchemaFile.xsd
The ... should correspond with the "Best Practices" directory structure you are using. I recommend namd the schema file after the IDoc type that it represents for example for a MATMAS05 type schema call it MATMAS05.xsd
Then use the schema loader action to point to this file and then Assign the reference XML to the InputXML property of the transaction. This will allow you to see what the IDoc XML sent in from the IDoc listener will look like during runtime. This way you can make sure that the XML Paths are correct.

Hi,
What ever Dipankar Saha said is correct.
SAP xMII is used for the purpose of connecting ERP and shop floor.
Usually from R/3 system, you can get info in the form of idoc.(through other forms also you can get data. I hope that you have got the data through idoc)
From shop floor, you get data in the form of B2MML.
If you want some data back to ERP, you can use JCO interface present in the
business logic editor. Use this, to find correct BAPI which can push some data into ERP.
Link the data from B2MML field to BAPI field.
Save this transaction and call this where you want.

Process IDOCS in xMII

Hi All,
I am trying to send material and process order data to an external application and it should be through xMII. So, i am trying to use IDOCS for this.
First, I configured my SAP system and xMII so that IDOCS can be sent. Finally, i am able to send IDOC to xMII and can see it in the JCO\Output folder.
Now i want to write a new transaction which reads this IDOC and sends out the data to the external application.
Can any one tell me is my approach correct or there are any other easy options for this ?

I'm sure a lot of times the tone of some respones may seem irritating...mainly because we are irritated with questions on how to do other people's work.
Simple document manipulation is a basic feature of xMII that anyone familiar with the product will know how to configure; especially when we have all the templates for this already defined. A glance through the best practices guide would have already solved this problem. Simply logging on to the SDN and asking people on how to do one's work is unacceptable.
We are not mean people nor do we not care about our community. The exact opposite is true: we care enough to try and filter out all the mundane content so that questions that can help OTHER people as well are more apparent than questions asking what xMII is, how can i use xMII or how i just installed xMII and don't know how to use it.
We are all here to make things better....which is why there are a multitude of sources to LEARN xMII and then come in here asking techincal questions.

In xMII we don't have IDOC system,we can not send IDOC directly.
We can receive IDOCS in xMII sent from SAP using IDOC Listner.
If you want some data back to ERP, you can use JCO interface.
Use this, to find correct BAPI which can push some data into ERP.

Issue: "No Authorization to send Idocs with message type Orders" - IDX5

Hi All,
I am working on a File to IDoc(Orders.Orders05) scenario. The sender is PI Server and the receiver is the SAP ISR system. A technical system has been created in PI SLD for the ISR system and a Business system is added to that. The logical system created in ISR system using Tcode BD54 is added to the business system in PI. A new RFC destination is created in PI system to connect to the ISR system.
On the ISR system Partner profile is created using TCode we20 with the same logical system name already created using Tcode BD54.
When sxi_monitor is executed on the PI system, It shows checked flag on the Inbound side and Red flag on the Outbound side. And when idx5 is executed, it shows the new Idoc number and when it is double clicked, it shows the Status Text as
"No Authorization to send IDocs with message type Orders".
All authorizations have been provided on the Sender side.
Please let me know if any authorization need to be provided on the ISR system or Is this an error on any settings.

Sending IDoc Batches to SAP: Issue with Header Mapping for SNDPRN

We are sending batched IDocs from XI to SAP. We need the individual IDocs to reflect different SNDPRN values. Our mapping creates the different IDoc EDI_DC40 record correctly with different SNDPRN values. However, XI wipes out the SNDPRN values in the payload. When we define Header mapping to get the Sender Party as the XPath to the SNDPRN in the payload, then the header mapping errors out because the XPath returns multiple values.
I wanted to know if anyone has successfully implemented sending IDoc batches to SAP from XI with different SNDPRN values.

I have the same problem. I want XI send an IDOC with the SNDPOR, SNDPRT and the SNDPRN that are in the EDIDC40.
I find this in sap.help : 
Mapping
The IDoc adapter does not make any special demands on mapping. The IDoc adapter must simply be provided with an IDoc XML structure at the Integration Server outbound channel. This either already exists or must be generated by using a mapping.
If the IDoc XML structure contains a control record, it is deleted and created again by the IDoc adapter. If you want to include additional values in the control record, you must select the Apply Control Record Values from Payload checkbox in the parameters in the communication channel and provide a corresponding mapping for the values.
You can include the values from the following fields in your IDoc control record:
MESCOD, MESFCT
TEST
EXPRESS
STD, STDVRS, STDMES
SNDSAD, SNDLAD
RCVSAD, RCVLAD
REFINT, REFGRP, REFMES

Java IDOC_AAE configuration issue in PI IDOC sender channel and in ECC SM58.

My configuration scenario is outbound: SAP (IDOC)-------->PI------->AS2 ThirdParty.
SAP PI version: 7.31 dual stack.
First time i have done IDOC_AAE settings done in ECC and PI NWA with the help of below links.

Issue with ORERS05 IDOC sending immediately after Purchase Order creation.

Hello,
When output mode of an outbound partner profile was setup as Transfer
immediately then when ever EDI output is generated in Purchase Order then
system creates IDOC and sends immediately out of system. But middle
ware has received only control record and whole data records were missing in IDOC file received by middle ware and we were receiving status 29 back from middle ware.
Right now we changed outbound partner profile, output mode was set to
Collect IDOC's and we are running RSNAST00 program in background to send those IDOC's but we
were looking into go for first option to send idoc out of system as soon EDI output is generated in Purchase Order.
Is there any way of fixing this issue.

Yes, I'm facing with PO IDOC only and as I said it is not issue with middle ware as they were receiving only IDOC control record.
If I resend same idoc by setting status back to 30 they were able to receive whole IDOC and more over if we set partner profile to Collect IDOC and schedule back ground job every 5mins then middleware was bale to get whole idoc.
Looks like it is SAP issue as this the message I got from SAP.
The problem only exists if the messages are supposed to be output by
means of transmission time-spot
4, that is 'immediately' (during the saving of the application).
With the output of the change message, the change documents are read for the purchasing document (all as of the last successful transmission).
With the transmission time-spot 4, it can occur that the change
documents do not physically exist on the database yet. No change message can be generated in this case and the system generates message ME140 or ME760 in the message log.

Adobe Creative Cloud connectivity issue on Websense run network; Failed to send the request to server to get the response - 12002

Hi all,
I am able to install the Windows Adobe Creative Cloud application fine on Windows 7 box but the application fails to establish a connection with Adobe server/-s.
We use a proxy with Websense as our network security solution. Proxy configuration script is set in Internet Options. We have not tried to whitelist anything as per http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/proxy-authentication-support-creative-cloud.html as the errors suggest the application does not even connect to the proxy server/Websense at all.
Please see below snippet from that DLM.log file that contains the error messages - please have a look. Could anybody tell me what it means or advise how to resolve this please? I don't see the Adobe Creative Cloud tool to have any options where manual proxy settings can be setup to try that.

Sender IDOC issue.

Dear all,
I am doing IDOC to FILE scenario.
I did all the configuration required.
1) in r/3 side:- created LS, RFC destination, port ,PP .
2)XI side:- created rfc destination , port in IDX1.
IDOC is generated perfectly but in SM 58 I am getting the following error message
u201D No service for system SAP***, client 800 in ID.
After this error I created the business system in ID but still I am getting the same error.
when I tried to import IDOC metadata in IDX2, I not able to view my port created in IDX1.
Than got the same error like this forum Re: IDoc Metadata message
Than created TS and BS as of type WEB AS ABAP with the help of RZ70,
But still I am getting the same error in IDX2 also.
In sm58 system looking for which service??

You send IDocs from system ABC to XI. In the control record of the IDoc, the SNDPOR field contains the value "SAPABC". The client of the sending system is determined by the MANDT field of the control record. The system ID and client are then used to determine a service without party of the type (business-system/business-service):
Business system
Activities in the System Landscape Directory (SLD)(Create technical system):
Create a technical system for system ABC in the SLD, and create the client for this. Do not forget to assign an "ALE logical system" (for example, "ABCCLNT123") to this technical system.
SLD (Business system):You can now explicitly assign a business system to this client.
Activities in system ABC (self-registration in the SLD):
Alternatively, you can register the system in the SLD in system ABC with Transaction RZ70. In system ABC, you can check your configuration with Transaction SLDCHECK.
Activities in Integration Directory (import business system from SLD):
You will find the business systems under Services Without Party in the Integration Services. In the Service menu, you will find the system identifiers, the client, and the corresponding ALE logical system under "Objects"->"Adapter-specific identifiers".Use the Import/Update button to copy the data from the SLD, to create business systems, or to update their identifiers.
Business service
Activities in the Integration Builder directory:
You want to create a service without party that is not part of your system infrastructure and is therefore not maintained in the SLD.

Error: Idoc name IDoc cannot find request IDoc in Integration Server

Hi,
I am getting an error while working on a scenario.
scenario is Idoc to file. when the Idoc is posted, i am getting the error "ALEAUDIT IDoc cannot find request IDoc in Integration Server" when i see the status in SXMB_MONI
I have tested the message mapping and configuration induvidually. They are working fine.
Kindly help me out in solving this issue.

Hi,
The AleAduit sent in the case of Idoc to File if the file is posted successfuly is not actually a App Ack, and that is why we get the info Ack not possible.
But, as the R3 might expect this Idoc, XI still sends it back to the Source R3 system.

You send IDocs from system ABC to the exchange infrastructure (XI) of system XIZ, and error messages are issued in system ABC (Transaction SM58) for the IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS function module.
This note proposes solutions for the following error messages:
a) No service for system SAPABC client 123 in the integration directory
b) Transaction IDX1: Port SAPABC, client 123, RFC destination
c) ::000
d) NO_EXEC_PERMISSION: "USER" "Business_System"
e) IDoc adapter inbound: Error error ...
Solution
a) Error message: No service for system SAPABC client 123 in the integration directory
Solution:
You send IDocs from system ABC to XI. In the control record of the IDoc, the SNDPOR field contains the value "SAPABC". Solution:
The Integration Server tries to load the IDoc metadata from the sending system. The IDoc schemas from the Integration Repository cannot be used because they are release-dependent.
The sending system is determined by the value of the "SNDPOR" field from the IDoc control record (for example, "SAPABC").
Activities in the central XI system:
In Transaction IDX1, you can assign an RFC destination to the sending system (for example, "SAPABC"). This must be created beforehand in Transaction SM59.
Note that the IDoc metadata is cross-client data. In Transaction IDX1, only one entry must be maintained for each system. Only the lowest client is used by the runtime for Idoc metadata retrieval with RFC.
Ensure that only SAPABC and not "SAPABC_123" is entered in the port name.
c) Error message: "::000"
Solution:
This error occurs if the central XI system tries to load the IDoc metadata from the sending system by RFC.
There may be several different reasons for the failure of the metadata import, the error is not transferred in full by tRFC completely, and this results in the error message above.
User cannot log onto sending system
User/password/client is not correct or the user is logged due to too many failed logons.
Activities in sender system ABC:
Transaction SM21 contains entries for failed logons.
Activities in the central XI system:
Determine the sending port from the IDoc control record of the IDoc. If the ID of the sending system has the value "ABC", the value of the sending port is "SAPABC". You will find the RFC destination used for the "SAPABC" sending port with the lowest client in Transaction IDX1. In Transaction SM59, you will find the RFC destination containing the maintained logon data .
User does not have the required authorizations
Activities in the sender system ABC:
In Transaction SM21, you will find entries relating to authorization problems and more exact details.
Contact your system administrator and, if necessary, assign the user the required roles in user administration.
IDoctyp/Cimtyp cannot be loaded
Activities in sender system ABC:
In the sender system, you can check your IDoc types in Transaction WE30 (IDoc type editor) Take note not only of the errors, but also of the warnings.
The most common errors are:
- IDoc type or segments not released
- Segments that no longer exist are listed in the IDoc type
- Data elements that do not exist in the DDIC are assigned to fields
in the segment.
Contact your system administrator and correct these errors in the IDoc type.
d) Error message: NO_EXEC_PERMISSION: "User" "Business_System"
Solution:
You created a list of users in the directory who are authorized to use the "Business_System". The user in the error message is not on the list.
Alternatively, the same error is used if you have created a sender agreement with a channel of the IDoc type for the "Business_System" and the interface used. The user in the error message is not contained in the list of all authorized users defined there.
e) Error message: IDoc adapter inbound: Error error
Solution:
You send IDocs to the central XI system, where they are received by the IDoc adapter. The IDocs are converted into IDoc XML, and a corresponding XI message is generated and transferred to the XI Runtime Engine. The Engine tries to read its own business system from the "Exchange Profile". If the Exchange Profile is currently unavailable, the message is not processed and it is returned to the sending system with an error message.
