Issue in work flow !!!

Hi ,
I have received 3 messages from FSP System. It routed directly to my personal email address instead of to my business email address.I DID NOT receive the same message in my outlook inbox. I have verified all the information in my outlook personal info update via peoplesoft. No problem was detected. Please help to troubleshoot.
Attached is the mail I received in my personal mailbox.
I reviewed both the profile within SAP and her IDM account, and I have seen no issues surrounding her email account setup.  IDM doesn't list a personal email, so I am unsure how the CAR was routed to her personal email.
This is the issue one of my user is facing , can any one guide me how to sort this problem.

  • Work flow issue in Guided Procedures

    Hi,
    I have one issue in work flow implemented in Guide procedures with Webdynpro java.
    I have webdynpro application which developed and deployed in NW 7.0 SP3 version. The particular application request has suppose to be get approved by 5 users but after approving the 2 users, with out getting approved by other 3 remaining users it got approved the request completely. i need to trouble shoot this work flow issue. Can any body tell me how to troubleshoot this issue. why work flow not triggered for the last three users.
    Please let me know what are the steps for trouble shooting or monitoring the GP issues.

    Hi Vijay,
    There are a few roles for  GP Administration. Once you assign these roles to your users, you can test , edit and trouble shoot Guided Porcedures, from Guided Porcedure Runtime Tab.
    First ask the portal admin to assign these roles to you and then you can check what is wrong with the corresponding GP.

  • Error Un wanted work flow event triggering

    Hi Folks,
       I am facing a high priority issue in work flow in PRD, User has created certain PR's for which system has raised required events to tirgger the workflow items and the whole approval job is completely done. Accidentally, the same work flow events are re-triggerd to raise the work item the very next day, when it is observerd for the trace no clues where thrown to explain the situation to client.
    Can any one suggest me with this type of rescheduling / retriggering of events, why they have retriggerd ?. The situation created problem by getting the work item's triggered un-wantingly.
    Please Help me ASAP I am left with no clue from Last 2 days.

    Hi Krishna,
    may i know which BO and which event you are using? are you using the event RELEASESTEPCREATED? in the log did you check the workflow is triggered by which user?
    In case to avoid this, you can use start conditions in your workflow. This will avoid unwanted triggering of the workflow.

  • ISupplier Portal work flow issue

    Hi All,
    In iSupplier Portal, during registration (new user creation) it will call a Workflow to send notification for notifying buyers about the registration of supplier.
    We can see the workflow process set(named: Supplier User Registration Workflow : POS_REG ) using Workflow Builder.
    This work flow sends a notification mail to the registered user which includes external URL (which is present in the profile option: "POS External URL") used to login.
    Our requirement is to send custom URL to the newly created user.
    Modifying profile option: "POS External URL" value is not serving our purpose.
    Our approach is to find out the process needs to be customized and create a custom workflow similar to seeded one and call this custom work flow during user registration/creation.
    From the above work flow we are able to find out the process (calling PL/SQL procudeure – “POS_REG_WF_PKG.SetApprvItemAttrValues”) which needs to be customized.
    1) BUT, we can't find where this process is refered from the self service page ?
    If we check the controller of the user restration page, it is calling a PL/SQL procudeure named “FND_REGISTRATION_UTILS_PKG.publish_event”.
    2) But, could not able to find any link between the procedures “FND_REGISTRATION_UTILS_PKG.publish_event” and “POS_REG_WF_PKG.SetApprvItemAttrValues”.
    3) Can you suggest any other apporach to fulfil the requirement ?

    Thanks for your responce Sumit.
    While debugging the procedure "FND_REGISTRATION_UTILS_PKG.publish_event" we found that it is calling a business event. We followed the below steps to resolve the issue:
    1)     For the business event “oracle.apps.fnd.umf.reg.user_approved” we need to disable existing seeded work flow subscription
    2)     Keep the internal name of workflow as same, modify the standard workflow by adding new custom process to it.
    3)     Create a new subscription under the business event to call custom process of work flow form it.
    4)     Create custom package of “POS_URL_PKG” and call this from the above created custom work flow process
    5)     Custom package “POS_URL_PKG” gets the Custom URL which needs to be send to user

    I want to develop a work flow for good issue MIGO_GI  transaction.  Is there any standard work flow this scenario.
    When I deliver the 4 materials, the Material cost is 100*4 = 400, if the Material cost is greatr than 500, mail should trigger to the manager, if it less it will go to the first approver.

    I think no stanadard workflow will provide you with such a validation, Better to design your own customized workflow template,
    Follow the below steps.
    1. Open PFTC select the task type workflow template
    2. Click F5 and define the relevant fields and make the agent assignemnt for the workflow template as general task from the menu  addtional agent  ---> agent assginement  --> maintain --> general task.
    3.  Check the BOR BUS2017 this might be useful.
    Check the method GoodsMovement.SAPCreate and its parameters  interface, if you can get the total values of the then include a condition and validate th total cost if is satrisfyies send mail and workitem to approver, if it does not satisfy then send only workitem to approver.
    Check the below BADI's
    MB_BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE        MB_GOODSMOVEMENT
    MB_BATCH_MASTER                MB_GOODSMOVEMENT
    MB_DOCUMENT_BADI               MB_GOODSMOVEMENT

  • Work flow issue related with the cost center

    Hi ,
    I received a strange requirement from my client.
    Right now we are working work flow concept for my client.
    1) Sales Order type should be linked and managed by the cost center.
    2) Each cost center should allow a maximum of 10 pieces for the free of charge order. (Order type FD)
    3) There  must be one-to-one relationship between cost center and reviewer. (Reviewer seem like a authorized person, who approve the free of charge order to the respective customer)
    Please guide me on this regard.

  • Work Flow Issue for PO

    Hi all
    I have configured work Flow for PO.I have activated work flow and task and have assigned agents to work flow and task.
    when i create PO first time it is going to inbox nd giving me a message "Please release PO".
    but when i create another PO the same is not happening because Work flow and tasks are getting deactivated.
    Is there anything that needs to be done.Kindly help me out

    Hi Zarina,
         I hope you are getting this in Event Trace(SWEL). If this is the case then it must the problem with your binding. Check your Event and Workflow Binding once more and also other binding done within the Template.

  • UCCE 7.2.7/CAD 7.2 SR1 Work Flow Action issue

    Greetings,
    This is on UCCE 7.2.7 with CAD 7.2 SR1.
    Today, I created Agent Management Work Flow Action in CAD (via Desktop Admin). I want all of my agents within a specific Work Flow Group to be logged out at 9pm on workdays.
    I choose the event "Time of day", create a rule and an action. The action is "Agent State Control" with value "AgentLogout". I choose to use automated reason codes. After configuration I hit "apply" and, just to be sure, I also sync the Directory Services.
    The action is triggered, but the agent still has to choose the reason code to logout. Does this sound familiar to any of you or am I missing someting?

    Let's say you have created the ECC variable "userCADLayout" and you have been into CAD Admin and set this as the field index 252.
    And you have created a number of layouts (e.g. Sales, Service) with different enterprise variables, ANI, DNIS etc.
    Let's say agent Fred is in both the Sales SG and the Service SG.
    Simply set the ECC variable in the script once you have decided its a Sales call or a Service call to the matching string "Sales" or "Service".
    So a "Sales" call arrives at Fred's desktop and the arrangement (layout) is appropriate; ditto Service.
    Once you have done this one time, you will realize how easy it is. Of ocurse, DON'T MAKE ANY SPELLING MISTAKES. ;-)

    I try to update External List by other list Work Flow, in Sharepoint 2010 Foundation.
    Here is the manual:

    With no Secure Store in Sharepoint what we ended up doing was creating a new external content type, adding a new connection and picking a connection type of .net type instead of sql.  This means we needed to create a .net app as the go between but within
    .net we had all the usual tools for connecting to sql without permission issues.

    In Human Work flow,
    I have created the GroupVote and assigned to two person.
    I checked "share attachments and comments" to share their issues.
    One signed on to WorkApplist and review the forms and attached the file,
    The file link was created but it could not be downloaded.
    it could not delete.
    I tested several times it occured same results.
    It did not be happend when this option "share attachments and comments" was not checked.

  • MSMP Work flow in GRC 10.0

    Hi Experts,
    I have a work flow requirement and would appreciate if you guys can please help me here . The actual requirement is to design a CUP Workflow and If there are SOD issues identified, the workflow will need to go to a central team for them to address each issue. If there is no SOD issue found, the workflow should end. The requirement is to configure the access request so that the end goal of work flow is just facilitation of an SOD review.  There would be no actual provisioning of users at the end of the path.
    I am wondering if this would work flow can be initiated with an function module based rule or i would have to create a BRF Rule for this . As per my understanding the flow should be Start > Access Request > Sod Analysis done > If Sod , Go to Central team otherwise end > Central team will decide on the assignment of SoD Resolution > This Team will either Assign MC or wont approve the Role assignment > Both Cases the work flow ends and request is closed.
    Would really appreciate if you guys can assist me as i am new to work flow and this is one of project deliverables . Thank for your valuable time and help .

    Thanks for your time . Let me explain you my requirement and would really appreciate if you would have some inputs here which would help me to design this .
    The actual client requirement is to design a CUP Workflow and If there are SOD issues identified, the workflow will need to go to a central team for them to address each issue. If this group decides to apply mitigating controls to the issues, the workflow must then go to the compliance group for them to review for appropriateness. Requirement is do a SoD analysis for every role change/add request , so that this group takes the appropriate action based on the SoD Analysis . For all my CUP request raised , i want system to do a SoD analysis and let this group know whenever there is a SoD found or just end the workflow if there is no risk.
    I am aware of the Risk analysis process for GRC 10.0 , however i want it to happen as a part of this work flow requirement.
    The requirement is to configure the access request work flow so that the end goal of work flow is just facilitation of an SOD review.  I hope i was able to explain my requirement . Thanks again for your help.

    I have one issue.
    I want to send mail through work-flow using sendmail activity.
    I can able to send mail also...but for the same mail i want to keep one more person as CC or BCC..
    Is there any feature available in work-flow to keep a person in CC or any other solution..
    I know this is possible using FM....something other than this...please..

    0000 infotype(actions) run with any reason like separation or long term disabilitymeans
    in Actions infotype the both are reasons right are your sure whether these are Actions reasons or action type ?
    In that case identify the Code Related to MASSN which is is acton type feild name and action reason is MASSG
    and deactivate for those two action type that will suffice the requirement right
