Issue on urgent priority short dialing intra cluster
Hello All,
I have an issue with short daling within the cluster, It seems CUCM takes 6 seconds to make the second phone ring even when a TP with urgent priority is hit. As fas as my observation appropriate translation pattern hit and it actions as soon as the user presses the digits, but cucm takes time in searching the called number and it finds the number only after 6 seconds and the phone rings. There is no issues with enblock dialling.
Configuration: CUCM 8.5.1
ANI : 3573257
DNIS : 3573258
* Cisco 7942 (3573257 in partition2 dialls 3 2 5 8) --> 3XXX TP with urgent priority, prefix 357 in partiotion1 --> Cisco 7942 (3573258 in partition2 phone rings after 6 seconds)
* Both the phone are under the same subscriber.
* If I do enblock dialling I dont see any issues.
Changes happened:
The issue happened after the site has been undegone some phones, partiotion, CSS and gateway changes with regard to implementing logical partitioning.
Kindly help me on this issue, earlier called phone rings as soon as the user do 4 digit short dial but now it has 6 seconds delay. I can post if you need the CCM traces here.
I checked your traces.
in Enbloc dialing there is no potential match exist during digit analysis.

I have the above issue like am working on BI7 reporting and i want a monthly report and the report should be like above.The user want to see the result of each segment in the next row.And after two result rows, one over all result of the two.
When I put a filter in the report then i can see the subresult of single segment but am not able to see the rest of the Segments.It is just showing the filtered segment with the subresult. I want to see all the segments with the subresult and overall result rows.
Can it possible in the report if it is then Plz tell me how to do that.Its urgent

The ouput u want is just a little away from the one u r actually getting. it is the two fields OPER and ITEM interchangeably..
U just have to use GROUP BY ITEM..........if u want the desired output with ITEM as first field.
<group-by-clause> → GROUP BY [<column-ref>,*]<column-ref>

Issue Undeploying and Deployment Application in Weblogic Cluster
We have a production environment wich has one cluster with 40 servers in it. The problems lies when we select one application to undeploy. Weblogic response in administration console says that the undeploy is finished, but when I try to deploy another version of the application it only affect one of the 40 servers of the cluster, the other 39 servers are still with the old version of the application in memory.
If I restart all the servers it works and all the 40 server get the new version of the application.
Now we want to do continuous deployment and scripting all the deploy process and we don't want to restart all the 40 servers every deploy.
Is there any limit of servers in a cluster? I'm saying this because it didin't occur in the stage environment with one cluster with 5 managed servers.
Do I need any specific node manager configuration to undeploy this 40 managed servers?

Looks like the undeploy command did not clean up the stage directories of the managed server properly.
There is no limit on the number of managed servers in a cluster or in a domain. But again you need to plan the number based on the hardware and memory settings.
We have two hexalogics, the problem here is not hardware.

What exactly you mean by undeploying managed server ? You want to remove them or bring them down ?
Sorry about that, I want to know what should I do to undeploy the application properly in the 40 managed servers(not bringing them down). I've heard something about staging mode but i've already tried to put ---nostage paramenter and the result was the same.
Do you have any clue why weblogic is not cleaning the stage directories? Is there any way to force it without restarting all the servers?

SPA 3102 & SPA2102 have too short dial tone time.
My 3102 has an "off hook" time of about 9 seconds before it times out if no key is pressed. This is usually OK, but my 2102 only gives me 3 seconds, which is definitely not enough.

Production Issue Need urgent help
We just added new disk on our db box. its sun 890 box after that the DB is running very slow and the cpu is showing 100% is there any way we can find out the cause of the issue.
Any assistance will be highly appreciated.Check with the OS monitoring tools. You should provide the OS and DB versions in your thread so a more proper direction on the recommended tools can be provided.
If you are on 10g you could use the performance monitor from the EM DB Console and you could see if Oracle is responsible for this high CPU consumption.
By the way. I kindly suggest you to use a more descriptive thread title, 'Urgent' and 'Production Issue' doesn't let any body figure out what you are talking about. On the other hand, labeling urgent won't make all posters go running to solve this issue, all threads are treated equally on a first come first served basis and it depends on posters availability.

HP Envy 17 3D 1201tx issues, need urgent help
I had purchased HP Envy 17 3D 1201tx notebook back in March 2011, but could hardly use it due to some personal problems at my end. However, after 8 months of the purchase, when i used it, I found the BDROM drive was not working, and later on the internal cooling fan also stopped working. As, I said, due to personal problems I could not contact HP, and the laptop was not again in use for many months.
I had just about six months back started gettings SMART failure of HDD, and the hard drive gave way as well (sic).
I've contacted HP just few months back to get a paid service, but rather giving service, they misbehaved. I'm now seeking help on HP support forum, please help me getting past the issues with this expensive laptop.

1. BDROM drive would not recognize/read any writable or re-writable CD/DVD and it only recognizes read-only CDs.
My query is "is the optical drive dead or service able?"
2. Internal cooling fan is not working. Is it service able, can you guide me "how to open the laptop", so I can service or replace the cooling fan with a new one myself?
3. Internal 640 GB Toshiba HDD that came with the laptop is dead now. I have selected the following two, can you advise, which is the best between the two:
a. WD 1 TB LaptopInternal Hard Drive(WD10JPVT/WD10JPVX)

Personally I would go for seagate drive but western digital will be fine so long as you have the recovery media.
Disassembly of laptops can be tricky if you are new to it. Too long to explain here but Google for a service manual for your unit or a YouTube video. With patience and a good screwdriver it's not too much trouble.
Depending on what's wrong with the fan (man be just clogged with dust) you may need a replacement. Look for spares on ebay or spares supplier.
Ram should be easy to find out, Google the part number or check the bios. You can check the manual for compatible ram or try Kingston/crucial ram checker database (not guaranteed but rarely wrong) -
AD-Exchange Connector versions Incompatibility Issues : Extremely URGENT

We have tested our code in dev environment (AD, Exchange versions 2003). But in production env, the root context for the two are different from those of dev environment.
In dev env: root context are: DC=company,DC=devxyz for ADITResource,Exchange
In prod env: root context are: DC=company,DC=devxyz for ADITResource ; DC=devxyz for Exchange.
Exchange being dependent on AD, when AD is provisioned, Exchange fetches the ObjectGUID of AD User, and searches in parent root context (DC=devxyz) which return some garbage value -50 corresponding to null value. SInce ObjectGUID is not fetched, Exchange cannot be provisioned.
Please give some pointers for this issue. It is very critical at this stage as we cannot do any changes in the existing configurations.

3- I cannot Preview my Picture folder "All at .TIF format" Like before thus i have to Open them Via Preview which is taking ALOT Of time or via "Preview" - Yes all my TIF files are opened via Preview as a Default program but yet the Thumbnails not showing the preview pictures even though i have the tick on "Show Icon preview" .
My Macbook pro is only 1 year old and i am really annoyed with all this as i have spent a huge MONEY on it! please i need help regarding the 3 issues above!Dear Sir,
First of all below is my Macbook Pro specifications:
Processor 2.2GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 16GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 3000 512MB
Hard Disk 750 GB
Software OS X 10.9
Second below are my issues after Upgrading to Mavericks:
1 - A REALLY noisy FAN while working on my macbook editing a single picture with PS CC or Lightroom.

Authorization Issue - Very Urgent
Hello Guys,
I have a requirement where in I need to restrict the BI report users based on company code ( 0comp_code ).
In short, how to make the company code and plant ( 0plant ) as the authorization object and assign those to roles created.
We are using SAP BI 7.0 2004s and users will be using EP to view the reports.
I have all the roles in places for each module reports for the users.
Now I need to provide the required access authorisation based on company code and plant.
Could you please help me.

Make 0comp_code as auth relevant from rsd1 tcode and then create auth object using RSECADMIN tcode

We get the approval issue . In Ebuy of China, we have the approval workflow as go to the highest approver if the approval limit is over the default approver manager. That is User A have mgr B with limit 40,000 and mgr B have mgr C with limit 80,000. If raise a Shopping cart to 50,000, the shopping cart will go to Mgr C. User A need to add the mgr B as the first approver. But after all mgrs are added, and ordered, and back to Check status, the first 2 mgrs are disappeared. can u help on this issue?

The value of Tan(45) is beng wrongly calculated by ABAP because internally the data type for all the Trignometric functions are represented as Floating point numbers.

The results of the following functions have the data type f:
 Trigonometric functions: cos, acos, sin, asin, tan, atan
 Hyperbolic functions: tanh, sinh, cosh
 Exponential functions (base e): exp
 Natural logarithms (base e): log
 Logarithms (base 10): log10
 Square root: sqrt
