Issue related to maintenance package in Plant maintenance module

Hi ,
Has anyone worked related to Task lists and Maintenance packages in Plant Maintenance module? i have a requirement where in i have to list all the Task lists whose maintenance packages have been changed.
i need to get the current maintenance package assigned as well as last maintenance package used and the changed date.
I need to know where can (i mean tables) we get all these info.

  • Maintenance Charges in Plant Maintenance Module

    HI Experts,
    I want to prepare a report which gives the utilization charges(IW31) for a particular Vehicle for a given period of time.Can any one suggest in which table Cost Element,Total Plan Cost and Total actual costs are stored while preparing Maintenance Order(IW31)
    Selection Criteria: Equipment No and Date Range.

    Hello,
    You can check the linkage when you display the newly created sub order in IW33 under header data.
    You can also see the report for the same in IW39 by either by providing superior order number or sub order (in order filed).

  • Updating license data not possible [Maintenance Package]

    Hi,
    I want to activate Automatic Maintenance Certificate Renewal via solution manager system as per SNOTE: 1280660.
    SOL MAN: ST400 SP 18
    SCM : ST-PI 2008_1_700 SP 01
    when i run Maintenance package in my managed (satellite) system i got the log as below.
    Updating license data not possible [Maintenance Package]
    No active master Solution Manager destination maintained. [Maintenance Package]
    Updating license data completed from destination  [Maintenance Package]
    Maintenance Package completed
    when i run Maintenance package in my Solution Manager system i got the log as below.
    Refresh sessions from destination SM_KSMCLNT000_BACK started [Maintenance Package]
    > error reading function module interface DSWP_API_SESSIONLIST_GET from SM_KSMCLNT000_BACK
    > Logon not possible (error in license check)
    > Sessions cannot be refreshed from destination SM_KSMCLNT000_BACK ( KSM , 0020472195 )
    Refresh sessions from destination SM_KSMCLNT000_BACK finished [Maintenance Package]
    Refresh sessions from destination SM_KSMCLNT001_BACK started [Maintenance Package]

    Hello Manikandan
    The error indicates that there is an issue with the *_back RFC destination
    itself.
    Have you done an authorisation check within SM59?
    Utilities > Authorisation check?
    You can also do so by testing the connection in SDCCN.
    Goto > Taskspecific settings > RFC destination > Backdestination
    This problem is often caused by the user in the RFC connection
    being locked in the Solution Manager.
    Make sure the RFC user account is a communication user so the password does not expire. Sometimes the password expires and the RFC user locks the account as the old expired password is provided too many times.
    The message also indicated "No active master Solution Manager destination maintained"
    Please make sure the relevent Solution Manager system has been marked as Master in SDCCN Goto > Taskspecific settings > RFC destination >
    These are things you will want to check.
    I hope this information helps you resolve this problem.

    1     Create a Maintenance Order with service required for Maintenance     IW31
    2     Enter the services in MO     IW31
    3     Release PR     ME54n
    4     Create the PO against the PR     ME21N
    5     Create a Maintenance Plan (With plan Category Service Procurement)     IP01
         Mention the PO no in Maintenance Plan     IP01          
    6     Mention the cycle when services are required     IP01(1 Month)
    7     Give the proper call horizon     IP01
    8     Schedule the Plan with proper start cycle     IP10
    9     Check the service entry sheet in Scheduling Overview     IP24
    10     Check the MO for Actual & Plan cost     IW32
    11     TECO the MO      IW32
    12     Settle the MO order     KO88

  • Goods issue for plant maintenance order

    Goods issue with ref to plant maintenance order( Componenets of the order) is not possible in transaction code MIGO. Error message " MIGO is not possible for the refurbishment order".
    Goods issue for the same order can be posted with transaction MB!A.

    kindly check the order type .i think you are using MB1A for refurbishment process.but it is not possible.only maintenance order can be posted via MB1A
    follow the procedure for goods issue in refurbishment order.
    Choose Logistics ® Plant maintenance ® Maintenance processing ® Completion confirmation ® Goods movement ® Goods movement.
    The entry screen for a goods issue appears.
    Choose the pushbutton For order.
    Enter the relevant order number in the dialog box and choose Continue.
    An entry screen appears.
    Choose Copy.
    The Maintain Serial Numbers dialog box appears.
    Choose Reference document.
    Enter the order number in the Refurbishment order group box and choose Execute.
    A list appears with the planned serial numbers for the refurbishment order.
    Check the selections of serial numbers, for whose material you want to post a goods issue, and choose Copy.
    The serial numbers are copied into the Maintain Serial Numbers dialog box.
    Choose Exit window.
    The goods issue is posted.

    How to give the authorization <b>to two different persons</b> for <b>permits issue</b> in plant maintenance order?

    If you see the purpose of permits it is very basic. If you need permission to do hot work you need permission from the fire department. There will be a designated person from the fire department to issue the permit. And that's it. No more advanced features.
    If you want additional features I think your solution lies in WCM.

  • Urgent Issue in Plant Maintenance Module

    Dear Experts,
    We have requirement as described below, please give us your solutions / comments on this.
    We have GTC company which is having around 800 trucks for transporting the products. I n this company we have implemented SAP Plant Maintenance Module, as we have the maintenance activities done for vehicles.
    Under the same group of companies, we have PM1,PM2,PM3 companies which provide maintenance to GTC. These companies are not external to the group.
    When I raise a maintenance order for a vehicle then I will mention hours of work and material that need to be used in the activity. This maintenance work / labour is provided by PM1/PM2/PM3 company.
    In plant maintenance we have external service management, but that is for external vendors who provide service to GTC.
    But how to handle the same with internal vendors like PM1/PM2/PM3.
    Please tell me how to handle this kind of scenario.

    Hi,
    this is a major topic and cannot be covered in a blog. Even if it can it will take a lot of time to clarify. So, first do your checks within your module. Check if u really need to treat the services from the other company as external services. You might as well create workcenters in the plants of the other companies. And make a single maintenance planning plant for all the plants in these companies. This will make a better solution technically. But think also from the perspective of the cost of this solution. Meaning, is it worth doing all the jobs such as maintaining activity prices, work centers in the other plants etc..
    In general, my suggestion is include the FI and CO consultants at least in the discussion. It will b good if u can have the MM consultant also during the discussion.

    You can use this iView to display maintenance-related objects (such as equipment, functional locations, materials, measurement documents, and so on) in the Asset Viewer.
    The Asset Viewer is a display tool that enables simple navigation through complex object relations. You can navigate flexibly within and between objects.
    You can also use object navigator which is a reusable display tool that has been integrated into this iView.
    You can specify which object types can be viewed in the structure view in Customizing for Plant Maintenance and Customer Service under>  Maintenance Roles>  Maintenance Worker --> Asset Viewer  -->Specify Objects for Structure View.

    Its a fact that when we are confused we tend to reply that this is a very good question. Before answering your question I would like you yo know the basic functionalities of these SAP solutions. Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) is an end to end solution from concept of an asset upto its end of lifecycle i,e decommisioning. Enterprise asset management is an integral component of PLM. PLM supports selection ,purchase, installation of equipment, tracking the cost of assets, access drawings manuals parts info over internet. It also supports mobile business so that you can access plant information over PDAs and other mobile devices.
    EAM typically addresses and manage notifications, work orders, measurement documents, requisitions, purchase orders, and service entry sheets – among many other things.
    It is a fact that PLM supports much more than the standard asset management concept.
    With this background in mind we can assume that any issues related with typical asset related queries may be posted in Enterprise asset management. Queries that relate to features such as DMS, Mobile asset management etc may be posted in Product Life Cycle Management.

    we are implemented Plant maintenance module (SAP PM)  in our organization.
    our requirement is to create a stock report which will incldue
    followings:-
    1)material number
    2)plant number
    3) storage location
    4) material type
    5)valuation type
    6)Opening Stock

    we want above details in ALV grid format.
    to gert all the details for perticular material, we calcute closing stock and closing value in following manner:-
    opening stock + received  stock - issue stock = closing stock
    opening value + recipt value - issue value = closing value
    we are unable to find table name for  accessing  opening stock,  received  stock , issue stock  & opening value ,recipt value , issue value from system. please suggest table name information for getting above details  for creating Z report

    I  have deployed BUSINESSPACKAGEs of ERP5 for  PLANT MAINTENANCE,  after deploying i have assigned the roles and configured sso when i go to role maintenance execution and click on create order i can open the screen. but when click on notification and click on create order i could not able to create the order
    The error throughing is iview "maintenance_order" not available.
    Could you please tell for the above iview which BUSINESS PACKAGE is used.
