Issue trying to watch any show that is rated TV-MA

I am having an issue with watching any shows that are rated TV-MA, all of my parental controls are off and I have actually called Comcast twice to have this issue resolved with no results.  I didn't start having this issue until about three weeks ago and it's really annoying.  I have included the link to just one of the shows I have tried to play.  All I get is a black box with a play button in the middle that no matter how many times I click it the show will not play.  The problem is only with shows that are rated TV-MA, please fix this. http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv/Shameless/106921/2195164223/Shameless%3A-Can-I-Have-a-Mother/videos

Not all videos may be working on Internet Explorer 9 32-bit or 64-bit versions. Our team is currently working on this issue.
In the meantime, please use one of these browsers to watch videos:

    If you are having an issue such as this with an item such as a movie purchased from the iTunes store, you may want to report it to the store. Use the steps in this article -

    It sounds like you may be having issues with the connectivity of your iPhone with the Bluetooth in your vehicle. The following Knowledge Base article offers up some great steps for troubleshooting that Bluetooth connectivity with your iOS device:
    If you can’t use a Bluetooth accessory or car kit
    To resolve the issue, you'll need to first sign in to iCloud and review your devices:
    Sign in to iCloud on your iOS devices and Macs with OS X Yosemite (available this fall).
    On one of your devices, tap Settings > Bluetooth and look under My Devices. You'll see all devices that are connected to Bluetooth, but make sure that you see your Apple devices that are signed in to iCloud and are using iOS 8 or OS X Yosemite.
    Sign out of your iCloud account from any devices that you don't want to use. To sign out of iCloud on an iOS device, tap Settings > iCloud > Sign Out.
    Then, remove any inactive devices from iCloud:
    Sign in to iCloud.com.
    Select Find My iPhone.
    Select any devices that aren't active anymore.
    Wait for Find My iPhone to stop trying to find the inactive device.
    You should see the option to remove this device from your account. Select it to remove the device.
    After following the steps above, restart the device with the issue. Then try to use it with your Bluetooth accessory.

    Perhaps you should ask over in the iPad community, you may get better answers there.
    It's actually my fault that psoon ended up here ... s/he intially posted over at Home Sharing, and I tried a relocate request to Apple TV rather than iPad.

  • Why is there a green screen when trying to watch any videos on any website?

    I currently having trouble trying to watch any type of videos. On Youtube, Abc Player, any videos I try to watch all it gives me a green screen. Audio is playing fine. But the display is just a green sreen. I've tried about all I can do but it gives me nothing.
    I've clicked on the right on a video into settings. But the Adobe would not show me the Display to Enable the hardware. I don't know what else to do.
    I've also checked if the ActiveX Filtering was checked I unchecked it and stuff but still gave me a green screen on every video.
    I'm just tried of not being able to fix this. The Adobe Flash Player it up to date. I have a HP ENVY m6 Notebook PC. With Windows 8 Installed.

    Just to check, in the directory /Library/Internet Plug-Ins do you see the file Flash Player.plugin?
    And after reading your last post I have to ask, did you install the plugin after you downloaded it?  Of course anwering my first question will answer this question.

  • Why does the updated version of iTunes crash when trying to watch TV shows I bought?

    just yesterday, I got a notice informing me that there was a new version of iTunes ready to be downloaded.  I went ahead and downloaded it and everything seemed to work fine until I tried watching a TV show I already had on there.  Every time I would try to start an episode of one of the TV shows, iTunes would crash and shut down.  I've never had an issue before, why now after this update?  Can someone give me a reason as to why this might be happening and if I can possibly fix it?

    I just found out from another post on how you can fix the issue.  Open QuickTime Player on your computer and go to Edit >> Preferences >> QuickTime Preferences.  Once your in QuickTime Preferences, click on the "Advanced" tab then uncheck the box that says "Enable Direct3D video acceleration".  I tried this and it seemed to solve my problem.  Hope it works for you! 

  • Error -39 When Trying to Watch a Film That Is Still Downloading?

    I keep getting this and it's really starting to annoy me now.
    The title is pretty self explanitory.
    After I dismiss the error -39 window and resume the download a few minutes later I'll get error -50 and have to re-open iTunes and re-start the download for it to continue.
    Absolutely ridiculous.
    EDIT: And yes I make sure the film is at least half-downloaded before I start watching it.
    EDIT2: Apparently it has something to do with deleting temporary files in the download folder. But this means I have to stop the download, delete the temp file, and download the film from scratch. Therefore making the ability to watch a film whilst it's downloading completley useless.

    Sorry you are having problems, hopefully this may be something fairy simple to fix.
    Possibly something has gone wrong with your downloads settings, or maybe more likely it is something to do with security related software that you are using.
    *Do other things download ok ? or is it only add-ons you have problems with ?
    ** As a simple quick test download one of the avatars aside. They are very small image files and should download very quickly. Does it download, and can you find and view it ?

  • Did anyone have issues trying to watch or even see the final game of the playoffs this morning on the nhl app?

    I've just purchased the apple tv.
    I mainly purchased it for the NHL as I was fed up watching hockey via my mac on my tv.
    I am using unblock-us.
    This morning I wanted to watch game 5.
    I switched on the apple tv, went to the nhl app and selected todays games, it gave me the option for last nights/early this mornings game.
    I selected the game, but it did nothing. It did not give me the option for the game, condensed game or highlights.
    In the end I found the game via the NHL on my mac and watched it on apple tv via my mac.
    I checked just an hour ago and now the three game options are available to watch via the apple tv app.
    Did anyone share a simular issue?
    Does anyone have any good tips for using the NHL app on Apple tv? Would be nice to know in advance for next season.

    I have the latest flash player (version 13.0.0.214) but for a tv show I just purchased it won't play and states, “There is a problem with your flash player. Click here, select ‘reset license files’, and restart your browser.” I have done this several times to no avail. I’m running on a MAC OSX 10.9.2. Under my safari internet settings I have enabled JavaScript. However, I do not see an option to enable java under internet plug-ins. Please advise.

    As far as I can tell, Error Code 36 is an "I/O Error".  It may mean you have a bad USB cable between the iPad and your computer, or the cable was not plugged in firmly.
