Issue with Agent in OBIEE11g(11.1.1.7) - In attachment getting unresolved column error

Hi All,
I have created an agent and scheduled to run for specific time with analysis as my delivery content.
It appears in my homepage as well as i can able to receive through email. But in the attachment i am getting the error below:
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. [nQSError: 27005] Unresolved column: ."Customer".Please have your System Administrator look at the log for more details on this error. (HY000).
But i can able to run the same report without error.
Could you please let me know if you have faced similar issue.

Thanks for the response. When I provided the same information in "Command" tab, it started working and I am now able to recieve the mails from ODI server.
Can you please explain why the same information provided in "General" tab not worked by providing in "Command" tab started working all of a sudden?? It is not making any sennse to me what might be the difference between the two.

Everything works beautifully on the iPad through Preview, and validates through iTunes Producer up until the attempted upload.     Today I received the same error that you all have been discussing.  I tried selecting the DRM
    and this did not work for me, though I'm glad it did for some.  Here's what I did as a work-around. . .
    Since iBooks Author did not have a problem with Videos, I simply used one of my video programs, ScreenFlow to turn the audio into a video file m4v.  I added an image and extended the length or timing of the image to span the length of the audio file.  Then exported as an .mov.  I then opened QuickTime and opened the file and exported the file to iTunes. 
    You can use iMovie, Camtasia or any other progam that will allow you to export the audio as a movie file.  Does this make sense?  I hope this helps, at least in the short-term.

    I have a specific scenario and if it is not possible then ugrade from AM 7.0 to OpenSSO cant be true.
    I have issue with the agent profiles (BTW I am not doing upgrade from AM 7.0 to OpenSSO but its a fresh OpenSSO install)

    Now you can see the issue in AM 7.0 the password is stored as "userPassword: {SSHA}1w9aOfz1D4bypX292YT2oObVee34BWkgSB3IXQ==" where by directory server userpassword is SSHA encrypted VS in opensso it is "sunKeyValue: userpassword={SSHA}1w9aOfz1D4bypX292YT2oObVee34BWkgSB3IXQ==" which OpenSSO doesnt like .. :)
    If i create a Agent from the opensso Console then Agent create a password using AES encryption and and that works fine even when I import my above LDIF and update the password using the OpenSSO console it also works. The issues I have this I dont know all of the Agent clear text password and I only have the LDIF to work with. Any thought !! Please let me know I am stating to believe that the upgrade from AM 7.0 to OepnSSO will have the same issue which i have not tried yet.
    Anythoughts or ideas are very welcome !

    Configuring the agent like this, ie importing a ldif file is not supported and can lead to unexpected results as you have observed. Just do it in a supported way and change the password for the agent if you don't know it. As the administrator you are supposed to know the password or have the power to reset it.

  • OBIEE 11G: Issue with Agent

    I am trying to make agent work in OBIEE 11G together with Active Directory settings but the agent are failling for some users. Some users are not able to send the ibots:
    We get the following message with Agent Failed:
    Agent ID: XXXXXXX
    No devices for user: XXXX
    Agent ID: XXXXXXXX
    No Content for user: XXXX
    Kindly note that I have already checked the My Account of these users and the email address is well present there.
    Can anyone help us investigate on this issue.

    Is it in RPD or in Weblogic?

    when i excecute this script from studio with agent=local(noagent) it runs fine and when i run same script with an agent=d1odiagent_dev it fails with error Traceback (innermost last). it seems like its not able to recognise local drives. anyone came across this issue?

  • Issue with Agents in Application DNS domains

    I have a confusing scenario. We have a number of servers being monitored that have their DNS in an application domain, not their true AD domain. When installing the SCOM agent it picks up the application domain FQDN (properties tab of the agent) and not
    the true AD FQDN. The console shows the servers by true AD FQDN. The servers show up in the console as "Not monitored". 
    I have not found a config file or registry entry where I can change this. One option I thought of is to remove the explicit "Primary DNS suffix for this computer", install the agent, then put the application domain suffix back. That is a lot of
    work, though.  
    Any other suggestions so I can get these systems monitored?

    We should check operation manager logs on the agent, and check out any related messages there, if there is no errors or warnings, then I would like to suggest you remove agent from the problemtic computer and clear caches, and then manually reinstall the
    agent and check the result.
    If the issue is still there, we may try your method.

    I'am actually working on S1IS 6.
    I installed 2 agents : IIS 5 and Sun One Web Server 6 on Win2000.
    Each time I try to authenticate a user I got this error message :
    2003-01-07 12:03:05.375 Error 1540:00C1F6E0 PolicyEngine: am_policy_evaluate: InternalException in Service::construct_auth_svc with error message:Application authentication failed during service creation. and code:20
    I don't know what to do to fix the problem.

    the share secret should be the amldapuser account password not the amadmin password. Try updating the password in the agent config file.

  • Issue with setting the tag "Bld_localDestDir" in pre-build VI: Project gets saved to previous localDestDir.

    Hey All,
    I'm writing a pre-build VI that updates the build destination (and other items, but we're ignoring those for now). This pre-build vi, when run, grabs the Destination Directory from the tag "Bld_localDestDir" and modifies the directory by incrementing a version number.
    The issue I'm having is that after the pre-build vi is run, the build continues and puts the executable in the *previous* Destination directory instead of the updated one.
    Example:
    Destination Dir = c:\temp\version1   -->   Choose to build the executable   -->   Pre-build VI runs and sets Destination Dir to c:\temp\version2   -->   Build finishes and says "You can locate the build at C:\temp\version1"   -->   Check the build properties, destination dir is C:\temp\version2   -->   build again   -->   Pre-build runs and updates destination to version3   -->   Build finishes and says "you can locate the build at C:\temp\version2"   -->   check build properties, destination dir is C:\temp\version3
    And so on and so forth. As you can see, the tag setting is working (as witnessed by the Build Properties being updated). However, it looks like the destination directory for the build is determined and set *before* the pre-build VI is run. This is, in my opinion, not intended behavior.
    Here's a snippet of a watered-down version of the code, which still has the issue. I've also attached the full VI, saved for LV2010.
    The attached VI will grab the version number of the build, append it to the startup vi's title bar, update the build destinations with a new path that has the version number, and then save the project.
    As a final note, I'd prefer to not use a post-build VI to rename the directory that the build is placed in.

    Good to know. I think this should be in the documentation somewhere though, perhaps in the detailed help for the Get/Set Tag invoke nodes for a Build Spec reference.
    To fix the issue, I've just made my own "Build Executable" vi that sets the tags before the build is started. It uses the same VI that I attached earlier (confirming that the VI works). Instead of starting the build from the project window and having a pre-build vi execute, I run this stand-alone VI and it builds the app.

    I would recommend a complete uninstall as outlined in the article below.  Make sure to process the uninstall in the order specified. 
    Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP

    Once uninstalled, download iTunes directly from here iTunes 11.0.4 or iTunes.com.  Make sure to save the file to your desktop instead of selecting the run option.  Locate the file on your desktop, right click and select run as administrator.  This should allow the install.

  • Remote desktop connection issue with an RDP client while connecting some 2008 servers and getting "unimplemented type in main loop"

    For the working RDP server console we are getting the below PDU types only.

    Null PDU type = 0
    Where as for some windows 2003 servers getting "unimplemented type in main loop 13" instead of above mentioned PDU types.
    Could you please provide when we get this other PDU types ?

    I'll help you with this inquiry. By setting minencryptionlevel = 0 on server, are you able to get server->client unencrypted PDUs in network trace ? If yes, please send me the same by dropping a mail to dochelp @ Microsoft dot com.
