Issue with Ai since upgrading to Yosemite 10.10

Question

Since I installed OSX Yosemite 10.10 on my macbook pro, Ai won't open (error loading plugins: photoshopimport.aip) and Ps is glitchy. I've tried some of the fixes I found in the forum, but it still won't work. Any ideas??

You may prevent/deal with the error message as long as Illy is open in the following way:
1) Start up Photoshop first, then Illy;
2) When the error occurs, click Don't show again, and click OK;
You may close down Photoshop after that.
If you get the error message without having Photoshop open, close down Illy and start with 1).
