Issue with borderless printing using plain paper

Hi,I previously used hp 7000 wide format for printing borderless (edge-to-edge) on A3 plain paper from pdf or autocad or even ms word. Now I am using Hp 7612. Here i am not able to do edge to edge prnting on A3 plain paper using hp 7612 driver. My operating system is windows 7 32 bit and I have both drivers for hp 7000 and hp 7612 installed in my PC.I find the driver for hp 7000 better for me.Is there a possibility to integrate the driver for hp 7000 for my hp 7612 printer? Please need your help.

Hi Roshan, With step 2 you have to do the following.Open notepad just so you can paste text into a document. When you already extracted the software you just need to go to the 7Z folder. In the run box just type %temp%. There you should find the 7Z folder. When you find this map you should copy the entire rule. Just like you would copy an internet address.x Then you should go back to the driver into printer properties. There you should go to the advanced tab and click on new...  When following those steps you should paste the link you copied earlier. Hopefully this is enough information for you.If not please let me know. Bas Pootjes

  • Issue on borderless printing using android HP ePrint app with HP LaserJet Pro 200 color M251nw

    Hi,
I am trying to print a pdf document which is of A4 size (11.7 x 8.3 inches without any borders) from android tablet using HP ePrint app along with the printer HP Laserjet Pro 200 color M251nw. When it is printed on A4 sheet, it adds the border on all the sides around 12mm-left, 11mm-right, 8mm-top, 9.5mm-botton margins.
On the printer the firmware datecode shows 20121026, Also the ePrint app which I am using is latest and upto date.
Please let me know how to print the borderless print in A4 sheet.
    Regards,

    Hello revlib,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
Turning off the Wireless Direct on the LaserJet Pro 200 color M251nw should have disabled the SSID from broadcasting. Since disabling from the front display did not resolve, let us try from the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
To access the EWS you need to enter the I.P address for the M251nw into the address bar of your web browser. The I.P address can be collected by touching Setup ()> Reports> Network Summary.
Once in the EWS, click Network> Wireless Direct Setup> select Off and Apply.
Let me know if this has help

  • C4580 Borderless Printing on Plain Paper?

I want to do borderless printing on a plain piece of letter size (8.5 x 11 in) paper. When I select borderless though the HP software tells me I can only do this with photo paper which I don't want because it just wastes ink. I'm printing on normal paper so is it possible to print borderless on normal paper?
    Running Win7.
    Thanks.

    Hello Bill7520,
Take a look at this document, and it will explain and show you how to do what you are asking.  Please let me know if this helps.

  • Issues with Form printing using a 3rd party software!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

    Hi All,
We are printing our month end AR statements using Xerox DP100 printers. We are using a SAP Script as the layout form. Everything works perfectly alright when a direct print is issued to the printer. But the scenario here is the statements are sent to a 3rd party software so that the statements can be saved in their repository and made available to be viewed and printed whenever necessary. Now the issue is when this 3rd Party Software(TPS) reads the SAP generated PCL from its report store on the unix host and generates a PDF File that it presents to the web client user for (re)printing via his/her PC it appears that the TPS or Websphere or Adobe is performing a font substituion - replacing the Univers font(used in R/3) which is not loaded on the unix host with a different font(with different sizing and/or behavior).
As a result the horizontal and vertical positioning generated by SAP(which is correct for the Univers font) is 'wrong' for the substituted font. The fixed size fields print OK but gradually move to the right. The varying size amount columns do not align correctly and fall off the right side of the page.
Can anyone give me pointers on what can be done to arrest this error.
Does the font need to be loaded on the unix host or the font used in the form be changed?
    Regards,
    Karthik

    Karthik,
Sap script behaves differently for different printers. You will have to change margins when you change your printer/software accordingly.

    Hi,
What's the operating system of remote PC we log onto? Here, I am not sure that this can help but we can give a try by disabling the following policy setting:
Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Printer Redirection\Use Remote Desktop Easy Print printer driver first
Regarding this point, the following KB article can be referred to for more information.
The client printer may print the documents by using an incorrect paper size if the "Use Remote Desktop Easy Print printer driver first" policy is enabled

  • Tweak color profile when printing on plain paper?

If Im unhappy with the colors when printing on plain paper, can it be changed?
..this is on a five cart Photosmart Premium c410a that uses 564 tanks.
In particular, yellow is too dark, a bit "orangy" and photos are a bit weird: sky looks slightly smoggy brown.
In other words my question is if its possible to  tweak the color profile the HP driver uses when printing using plain paper -- for daily use.

Have you found a solution to this? I'm wondering if the same can be done for the photo prints as well...when I print photos, they turn out darker and have a purple-hue to them. Please let me know, I look forward to hearing from you.

  • Problems with borderless printing with iPhoto '08 and HP Photosmart Printer

I am trying to print borderless 4x6 photos on HP Photosmart C6250 (same as all HP C62xx Photosmart printers). I am using the HP 4x6 photo paper with the perforated tab. When I select the paper size, I specify Borderless 4x6 in/10 x15 cm (tab). According to the printer manual, the tab should be facing out. I have tried printing with tab out and the tab in. With tab in, it printed the picture leaving white space at the other end equal to length of tab. With tab out as printer specified, it left a white gap at beginning of photo (not as wide as tab) and printed the photo over the perforated tab.
Anyone else figured out how to print using the 4x6 paper with tabs. I also tried printing from the HP software included with the printer and it has issues, too. So, it might be an HP problem, or is it maybe a Mac printing issue with this printer.
    Thanks for any help!
    Barbara

    Barbara:
This is a shot in the dark but take a look at the following topic. It might just help. As they say, any port in a storm.
Topic : iphoto won't print properly to HP photosmart
It does seem like a bizarre solution however. Good luck.
TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto (iPhoto.Library for iPhoto 5 and earlier) database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger or later), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 6 and 7 libraries and Tiger and Leopard. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.
Note: There now an Automator backup application for iPhoto 5 that will work with Tiger or Leopard.

It is not compatible with the HP 2600n and have tried to download drivers given to me by adobe ( (Jupiter 3) but it is not working. after a few days. Its a temporary fix and is still looking for the HP driver when i boot up. It also will not save in any print or postscript format. Does anyone know how to fix?
Currently use a Mac with the latest Mavericks 10.9.4

Oh boy! Acting kind of weird seems to be an understatement, aquaequus!
What type of troubleshooting were we able to do with you? I want to make sure that we can get some sort of resolution for this problem.
It is quite possible the battery door may get your phone in working order again. I'm not sure if the store has it in stock, but it is available in our warehouse for $14.99 which can be ordered via customer service.

  • Open port issues with Direct Print functionality

Hi, I have been fighting with HP call support about the Photosmart 7525 printer.
Originally I setup and had performed all the functions to enable both web support and WIFI.
Within an hour the printer would not respond to wireless communication, though it had its wireless indecator showing it was connected.
I was told by HP support that the issue will be resolved in March, as there will be a firmware update to fix the issue.
Now that I had the printer install the new firmware I still get the issue.
Though I found through some sniffing, that there are a number of ports enabled and open that are over and beyond print requirements.
Funny thing I can send my printer into instant lockup with all lights flashing with a simple UDP ping sniff. I would think I can do this with other new HP printers using Eprint functions. I will find HP web based printers that are open for public printing and test my theory that HP Eprinters are open to hacking and denyal of service attempts.  My Hp print app on andriod list three in my area, and one is at my local Walmart. This would be cool to find this, as I am usually not the first to point such matters out.
I assume some are for Apple devices to print.
    Here is my sniffing report:

OK now I am able to run a full scan on TCP ports without causing a lock up of the printer.
I found that having the printer connect to a router that has been setup to use channel 5, 6 or 7 will cause port scanning issues with the printer.
It is obvious that there are 18 ports that are seen as open, whether they are used or not. Two of which are active but have no service connected to them. Some are just dead like port 25, but over half are active enough to recieve data and lock network connectivity within the printer.
As the firmware states some other laser jets may be affected depending on how the configuration can be set.
I moved my routers channel to channel 1 as it is the only other option I have in a highly congested location. It is not as good as channel 6, but the printer seems to have channel 6 locked in for direct printing.
Here is the latest full scan with UDP enabled, it is the furthest and most complete scan I am able to complete, with UDP ports enabled. The TCP port scan has a bit more and I have placed a simple list below the information given here:

  • CM1312 always produces "glossy" prints on plain paper

I have a networked CM1312nfi.  I print on plain paper, 24 lb.  When printing in colour, the areas of the page containing colour always appear to have a semi-glossy sheen on them.  (This occurs whether printing from Windows XP or Mac OS X 10.6.)  Is this normal, to be expected?  In contrast, when printing on an HP 4700dn at work, there is no sheen at all.
Is there a way to control this? My properties specify that I am printing on plain paper.  If it is expected on this printer, why the difference with the 4700?
    Thanks for any ideas here.

    Hi Alanjt,
I see that you're having problems with print quality.  I would take a look at the document below.

    Thanks

Is there any compatibility issue with developer 6i using 64 bit Red Hat OS / Oracle Database ?
No, as long as developer 6i is at least patch 16. We use it.

  • Does anyone know where to find printer profiles for Epson paper with MG6200 printer using Lightroom?

Does anyone know where to find printer profiles for Epson paper with MG6200 printer for use in LightRoom5?

Epsnm should provide recommended settings (I.e. Which Canon paper type to select). They may also have profiles on their site.

  • Issue with BDC program used for FBZ5 (Check Print)

    Hi all,
I am having one requirement in Check printing. as per that i have made one Z program which will accept multiple Payment documents. I am passing selected accounting documents to BDC routine for Transaction FBZ5. (As in FBZ5 we can take a print for one Payment document not for multiple)
We can have 3 scenarios in FBZ5
    1. Fresh Check printing (First time check printing)
    2. Old Check (printing for same Check no)
    3. New Check (After voiding older check)
Category 1 and 2 are working fine but i am facing problem in category 3.
For Category 3 : BDC Screen flow is like this
    A. Tcode FBZ5 Start program: SAPMFCHK Screen: 750 --> Click on 'Print'
    B. Program: SAPLSPO2 Screen: 0100  --> Here specify option 'New Check'
    C. Program: SAPMFCHK Screen: 0700
        - This program belongs to new Tcode FCH7
        - Here we have to give Void Reason code
    Now issue with Category 3:
While executing BDC in online and background mode my control is terminating at step C mentioned above
    Troubleshooting:
I have debugged standard program of FBZ5
    1. in Include MFCHKFD0 we can see call to Tcode FCH7  (PERFORM AUFRUF_FCH7.)
    2. in form AUFRUF_FCH7 i found code related to BDC
also there one statement is getting triggered -->   CALL TRANSACTION 'FCH7' USING BDC MODE 'A'.
So there is a BDC call inside my Z BDC program, so is this a reason why my program is not working for above scenario ?
Or can't we handle above scenario in a way mentioned above?

    Hi Sandra,
I was trying to upload customer master in fd01 using bdc. The screens were different while recording. So could not perform the upload. Thenone screen was skipped so that the bdc was working fine and the data was uploaded.
This is the flow of the recording.
    'SAPMF02D' '0105'.
    SAPMF02D' '7105'
    SAPMF02D' '0111
    SAPMF02D' '0120
    SAPMF02D' '0130
    SAPMF02D' '0210
    SAPMF02D' '0215
    SAPMF02D' '0220'
    SAPMF02D' '0230'
    SAPMF02D' '0610
After the second screen was deleted the bdc worked fine.

  • Issue with character formats using duplex printing in smartform

    Hi all,
I am getting a problem with character formats using duplex printing in smartform. I am using a text module with a bold character to display text in a window. The problem is that on the first back page, the text is being printed normally (without bold), but on the next pages, the back pages are being printed with the bold character format.
Can anyone know where is the problem..please.
    Points to be rewarded..
    Thanks.
    Regards,
    Zaheed.

    Hi Zaheed,
Normally this should not happen.. and also there is no internal formatting done by SAP.. it will show based on what fomatting option we have specified..
If you are saying it is happening in ur case then
         1. Recheck whether whether you have same text module getting printed on the
two page. If they are different then then individual check formatting option for
             each..
          2. If above point does'nt work for you ..then instead of bold char use normal
format for text element and see if it is printing same on both page..
Try this out and let us know your findings...
    Enjoy SAP.
