Issue with Delivery Address in PO

Hi All,
I have an Issue with Purchase order. PO created with delivery address ( # 27856 ) on 2007. PO item got deleted and address # 27856 also deleted from table ADRC. When I try to change or display the PO we got the message Address # 27856 doesn't exit and not able to do anything. We came out fom the PO screen.
Please any one guide me how to fix the Issue WITHOUT creating an New PO.

Hi,
PO item got deleted means Deletion indicator has been set for the PO. PO was not archived.
When I execute the ADRC table with the address number 27856 i didn't get any output. It shows no table entries available.
The exact message i got was
Address doesn't exist 27856 4500178450 00010
Message no. AM010
I can't do anything in the PO.

I have an issue with the address browser in mail in Yosemite

I am using IOS 10.10.1 now on an iMac and have discovered an issue with the address browser in mail.
Previously in my pending to send email toolbar there was a contacts icon which I clicked on to display my contacts list. I could hold down the Command button and select as many contacts I wanted (often up to 100), then select the field to send (to, ccc, bcc) and the contact would appear.
Now, I have to click the + sign at the end of the field line, and select recipients one at a time. Not only that, but I have to click twice to get to the email address, once on the name and then the email address drops down under the name and then I click on the email address. When I do that the drop down box disappears and the recipient's email address goes to the field. I have tried all combinations of buttons to be able to choose multiple addresses but haven't found the right one yet.
An Apple Support guy told me to open my regular Address book, and hold down the command button to choose multiple recipients then drag them to the field on my already opened send email.
This is one way around the issue (which wasn't an issue in Mavericks) but where some recipients have two or more email addresses listed in my contacts it means I have to manually go through the finished list on my emails to make sure the most desired one was selected. What a pain.
Also, previously, where I was sending out many emails and wanted to stop say half way down my list, and send, I could come back to that list for the next email and see where I'd got up to.
I don't want to make groups because my recipients vary depending on what I am sending so my lists change constantly.
Any suggestions?
Last point...who archives? On my regular email page I now have the Archive icon to the left of my Delete icon which I would prefer was to the left, first in the line as this is the icon I use mostly. With Folders, my Sent and Trash lists, who needs to archive?

I can help you only with the placement of the icon placement -- if you right-mouse click on the toolbar, then select Customize Toolbar, you can move an icon to where you want it to be.

Has anyone had an issue with group addresses in Mail after installing Mavericks? Both my MBP-15 and my Mac Pro stopped automatically filling in the addresses when I typed the name of the group that I have in Contacts, after updating to Mavericks. Prior to updating they worked just fine.

Issue with IP address resource

I have been having an issue on our file server cluster recently where an IP address for the backup LAN scope will not come online. This happened a few days ago and the IP address eventually went online, but now it has been failing for over of day with the
following message in cluster logs (Client Identifying information removed):
000040a8.000020c8::2014/05/15-11:19:42.768 WARN [RES] IP Address <IP Address 10.*.*.*>: NetInterface *************-****-****-************ is not reachable. Wait & retry.
000040a8.000020c8::2014/05/15-11:19:43.782 ERR [RES] IP Address <IP Address 10.*.*.*>: Timed out waiting for NetInterface *************-****-****-************ to be available. Failing resource.
I can not see any issue with network cards, and this issue occured even on another node. This single resource failing is also causing the networks in that scope to show as failed.
Update:
I have been able to get this issue to resolve by reapplying the Static Routes (even though they show as already existing when I put them in). The resource then goes online. Unfortunately this reoccurs on a daily basis.

I see what you say but when you can write static route please you use interface ID.
It is a best practise for all cluster systems
For example, here is my route table, the interface id 7 is my data nw. when i write a static route it must be;
route add x.x.x.x mask 255.255.255.0 x.x.x.x if 7

Need help with delivery address for iPhone 6

I am trying to change the delivery address for my iPhone but UPS says I need to talk to Apple and Apple says its up to UPS. UPS says there is a dedicated line for Apple to call UPS to change the address and Apple says no such line exists. Has anyone successfully changed a delivery address for an Apple product? If I don't figure it out in the next few days my phone is going back to China.

Subcontract Purchase Order with delivery address from Sales Order Ship-to?

My client has a Sales order for a subcontracted product. The subcontractor should send the product directly to the customer that is on the sales order. Currently, the delivery address on the PO is the home address of the client.
My first option is to create a vendor address matching the ship-to and enter that manually in the Delivery Address field in the PO. But, i would like this to populate automatically. Is this possible?

a mixture of third party order (vendor ships directly to customer) and subcontract is not possible. third party order would need a S as item category in the PO, while subcontract order needs a L at the very same field.
We created a storage location and a shipping point for the subcontractor. The sales order is created as a standard sales order that makes use of this storage location and shipping point.
MRP run then creates a request to produce that material, based on the special procurement indicator in material master it is known that the material is to be procured via subcontract order.
We then receive the finished good into this storage location that represents the subcontractor.
Then we create a delivery in VL01N to ship this material to the customer.

Issue with Home Address and Phone of ESS(data not getting saved)

We have a issue with ESS HomeAddress and Phone. when we edit and save data, its showing a message that data is saved. but the data is not getting updated in the backend and the view also is showing old data only. Pleas help us, if anyone came across this type of issue.

Issue with Delivery Grouping in Sales Order

Hello Gurus,
I have a problem in Sales Order (VA01 & VA02). The issue is as follows.
We have created a material called FREIGHT to calculate the Shipping & Handling cost in a Sales Order. This material has no ATP CHECK, so the Material Av. Date (MAD) is determined as immediate or the current date.
But the business process we want to implement is, the FREIGHT material should not be delivered separately, but should be grouped with one the line items in the sales order which has the earliest material available date and copy the corresponding dates to FREIGHT line item and delivery grouping should be done.
1. Say 1st line item is a BOM Material, next item is a standalone material (Non-BOM), and 3rd item is FREIGHT material.

I know the above example may not be that clear, but this is the space available when you post your topic.
Based on the above example, the earliest material available date is for Line item 20 i.e. 09/06/2006 and assume FREIGHT is also tied to the above line item (20) i.e. line item 20 & 30 are delivery grouped.
Say if I delete line item 20, now FREIGHT should be tied to line item 10 and delivery grouping should also take place get changed to 1 for FREIGHT item.
I need to achieve this using user-exits, but HOW?

Hi Suresh,
I guess you can accomplish this using SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE in MV45AFZZ. In table xvbap you will find all order items with an update indicator. If an item has indicator 'D' (deleted) and field GRKOR (delivery group) filled you should find the corresponding FREIGHT line having the same value for GRKOR. Then find the remaining non-FREIGHT item with the earliest material availability date and set the value of GRKOR for this item to the same value as the FREIGHT item.

Issues with Global Address Book and Out of Office saying Exchange is Offline.

So we have an Exchange 2010 server that has been running fine for quite a few years. We recently changed our firewall to an ASA 5510 and created all the firewall rules necessary to have email work through it. Everything works fine so naturally we thought
everything was good to go.
Then I started getting messages that the Out of Office wasn't working an that when users where trying to set their away message they would get a message from outlook that the exchange server was unavailable, yet when I
check the outlook client it would say Connected to Microsoft Exchange at the bottom. I thought this was crazy so I started looking further into it and it turns out that the name for the server owa.xxxxxx.net points to a public address, which of course lives
on the outside interface to the ASA. In ASA world it doesn't like private space (ie. 192.168.x.x) talking to the outside interface and drops the packets, where our old firewall did not. So as a short term fix I had the users using OWA site with a internal
address to set their out of office message. This worked fine until today when I rebooted the email server and started getting support calls saying that when users where selecting the To: button in a new email that once again they were getting messages saying
that they were not connected to exchange, yet they once again outlook said they were. I then started playing with the host name owa.xxxxxx.net again. This time I changed the hosts file on a box and pointed the internal IP of the exchange server to that
host name. Restarted the outlook client and things started to work as they should. I have played with split DNS to see if this would help so I wouldn't have to do this with every client in the network, and it was promising until I realized that we many hosts
that use this domain and an external DNS server that takes care of these requests that now the internal users will never reach. Funny part is that if we take one of our laptops out side the network everything works fine as well.
So I'm guessing that some of the processes that connect Outlook to Exchange use the FQDN of the server or IP address, and that other things such as the Global Address Book and Out of Office use the External Host Name.
Any help to point these request at the Internal FQDN/IP would be great, or if someone can think of another way of dealing with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

correct me if i have missed something but are users able to look up contacts in GAL?
If you update (ex mobile number for a user) then run the following commands(one for each line):
Get-GlobalAddressList | update-GlobalAddressList
Get-AddressList | update-AddressList
Get-OfflineAddressBook | Update-OfflineAddressBook
Restart Your Outlook in 5 min,then do a manual OAB download.Is info on that user updated?
Does GAL from frm OWA?
if im not wrong,Status and Out of Office use EWS for status update.
Please run the following command:
Get-WebServicesVirtualDirectory -Identity “mailserver01\EWS (Default Web Site)” |fl *internalUrl*
where mailserver01 is the server that is having the issue.
Then please check if internal URL is correct for that server (and those that are having issues.

WiFi issue with MAC address

I've been using MAC filtering as part of my home network wireless security for years. This means inputting the MAC address of every device and computer that I want to have connect to my network. So I get my new WiFi + 3G iPad on May 28th and look in Settings to find the MAC address so I can input it into my router info. The router (D-Link) says that it's not a valid MAC format, presumably because it begins with E8 instead of the 00 that all my other devices have. I ended up having to disable MAC address filtering in order to have my iPad connect to my WiFi network. Does anybody have any comments or ideas about how I can get the router to recognize a MAC that begins E8:06 etc.?

I am using MAC filtering on my network using a Linksys router (WRT300N) and had no problems adding our iPad to the MAC table. Also, if I'm not mistaken, the first portion of a MAC address is unique to the manufacturer, so unless all of your wireless devices are from the same manufacturer (at least the wireless component of the device), then it isn't likely that all of your MAC addresses will start with the same digits. Make sure when you enter the MAC address that you include the colon in between each pair. My Linksys won't accept the MAC address without them. As someone else recommended, you may also want to see if there is a firmware update for your router that addresses this issue. Good Luck.

A small issue with iCloud, Address Book, and Admin accounts

Ok, I have a Macbook Pro running Lion/iCloud, and my wife has an iMac running Lion/iCloud.
I first noticed this issue when I went to Airdrop a file to her, and her picture in Airdrop turned into my picture that I have as my User account & "Me" in Address Book.
So I went to the iMac and noticed that the "Me" in Address Book was no longer my wife, but me. Not a big deal. I figure it must be the "new way" of iCloud. Whatever.
But I went to change her Admin account back to her normal picture and it worked. But then it changed back by itself. Annoying. I tried it again and it changed itself back again. So, it must be reading the default picture from Address Book/iCloud.
I guess the overall issue is that iCloud wants 1 identity for an entire family of devices. I understand this for syncing purposes, but it's annoying because my wife and I are not 1 person. She has her personality on her iMac, and I have mine on my MBP. That's why we have 2 different computers. (Steps off soap box).
I hope Apple loosens up a bit with iCloud and makes it a little more customizable.

Smartform to PDF conversion having issue with Russian address

We are having a business situation we are the invoice in English language and the the address of ship-to party and sold-to party in Russian.
The issue we face is.
When the smartform is converted to PDF the Russian specific characters are missing in the PDF output. The same are perfect in the smart form print preview.
we are using   CONVERT_OTF function module and we are getting the Russian characters correctly in the table parameter OTF.
We are using "SX_TABLE_LINE_WIDTH_CHANGE" and " SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1"
function module to attach and mail the pdf.
In the PDF we are missing the Russian specific characters .
For Example in "Sedláčkova čč" the output is "Sedláčkova    " means "čč" is mising

As described in note 999712 - PDF conversion for Unicode, there is a new unicode PDF converter PDFUC.
It depends on the SAP Version if you have to install the device type or not. You can check also via SPAD -> Full Administration -> Device Types -> Display.
You can pass the device type in the output options. I used:
SSFCTRLOP-no_dialog   = 'X'.
SSFCTRLOP-getotf      = 'X'.
SSFCTRLOP-langu       = 'EN'.
SSFCOMPOP-tdprinter = 'PDFUC'.
If you specify a device other than printer in the control options like SSFCTRLOP-device      = 'TELEFAX'., above will not work as
SSFCOMPOP-tdprinter is only evaluated for printer.
You have to check in SCOT -> Settings -> Device Types for Format Conversion.
You can make a general entry or for a specific language:
PDF                           SAPscript/Smart Forms    PDFUC
PDF    EN    English    SAPscript/Smart Forms    PDFUC

Issue with delivery creattion

My client have requirement, in delivery system should check the manufacturing date of materila batch entered and GR processing time of material from the material master if the difference between these two dates is in past then system should give error to check GR processing time and delivery cannot be process with the given batch. How to do this can you guide me.

there are many BADI available for batch determination. Check in SPRO-LG-Batch management - Batch determination in SD and check for the BADI.
You can satisfy this requirement with a BADI.

Issue with delivery

A delivery has two different origins on the same item for which our system is supposed to create two different delivery notes. We have 100PCs of Item soap from Canada and 200 PCs of bottles from US. The real issue is in the invoice it is showing 300 PCs from US. I dont know why this is happening. Can anyone throw light on the issue. why its happening. I appreciate your help.

The information given by you is not enough to give proper answer.
1) How do you distinguish between goods of same material number but of different origins? Via batch ID, valuation type, country of origin in batch, etc?
2) In your example, did the system create two deliveries as expected? I guess delivery split based on the different origin is very likely defined in copy control in your system.
3) What does it mean that the invoice 'is showing' all the amount of one origin? Do you think of the invoice object (VBRK, VBRP) or the printout (output)? It is also controlled via the copy control which items and how will be copied into the invoice object. What you see on the output might be different what you have in the invoice object. If this is the case you'd better ask your ABAPer to check the form.
(you don't have to answer these questions, just think over your problem based on these points maybe it helps to find out the cause of the issue.)
