Issue with 'Enter'

Hello Experts,
I am developing a dialogue program which have a table control in it. It have custom buttons like 'Create', 'Save', 'Delete'. When ever i press enter key after performing any of the three operations, the last operation is getting performed again ( last sy-ucomm action is performed).
How can we solve this?

define the okcode in the element list of flow logic for the TYPE OF SCREEN.
define this in global
DATA : ok_code TYPE sy-ucomm,
             okcode TYPE sy-ucomm.
define this in PAI user command
ok_code = okcode.
clear okcode
  CASE ok_code.
    WHEN 'CREAT'.

  • ICal issue with entering email addresses for invitees

    Hi all,
I am using 10.6.2 and I've got a very annoying issue with iCal (started on 10.5 still, and survived an upgrade to 10.6 and even a fresh reinstall, although I did restore from TM).
Anyway, what happens is that when I am entering email addresses for invitees in the events, it changes the first letter of the email address to "a". IOW, say I want to type in "[email protected]", it will read "[email protected]", then I have to go and delete the "a" and type in the correct letter. It does this all the time, with the macbook keyboard or the external keyboard. I tried deleting the .plist but it didn't help.
Any idea how I can fix it?

At what stage does it change? What happens if you start the email with a capital? What happens if you select the address from the pop-up? What happens if you drag the address across from Address Book?

  • Issue with Enter-PSSession when running from the shell and via script

    Hello
Can someone please help me with the following issue
If I open the PowerShell console and do the following
    Enter-PSSession -computername Server1
    "This is a test" > C:\Log.txt
    Exit-PSSession
It works e.g. the Log.txt file is create as expected on Server1
However if I put the exact same command in a script and execute the script.
    ./TestScript.ps1
The Log.txt file is created on my Client (e.g. PC) and not the Server1
    I also tried using $Session = New-PSSession -ComputerName Server1 etc.....
    then Enter-PSSession -Session $Session
    I also tried Enter-PSSession etc....
    Start-Sleep -seconds 60
    "This is a test" > C:\Log.txt
    Exit-PSSession
Again no luck when running from shell all OK, then executing as a script (again from the command line) files is created on client
Any ideas why this is happening please and how to resolve, I am using PowerShell v4 on the client and PowerShell v2 on the Server
    Thanks

No, the command is explicitly designed for interactive use, not within a script. If you see
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh849707.aspx you'll even see it clearly state that it "Starts an interactive session with a remote computer".
There are quite a few threads elsewhere on the same subject, all of which say the same thing, for instance
    http://powershell.com/cs/blogs/tips/archive/2010/11/15/enter-pssession-do-s-and-don-ts.aspx and
    http://powershell.org/wp/forums/topic/running-multiple-remote-commands-with-enter-pssession/ and
    http://blogs.technet.com/b/heyscriptingguy/archive/2009/10/29/hey-scripting-guy-october-29-2009.aspx and
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/scriptcenter/en-US/7e89b957-ff5b-42c4-b107-d7e18752fcf1/enterpssession-within-a-script
So when you run it interactively, you've started the interactive connection to the remote computer and are now running the relevant commands on that machine. When you run it from the script it starts the remote connection, but crucially it doesn't use that
new connection, the script is still being run in the current local session.
When you think about it makes sense. Using the Invoke-command method you're connecting to a remote machine, sending the script block to the remote machine, and then running that block of code on the remote machine. The remote machine only knows about the
code you send it, not the rest of the script (which is why if you use variables you have to pass them to invoke-command otherwise they won't be available to the script block on the remote machine. Conversely, when you use the Enter-PSSession method, you've
connected to the remote machine, but you haven't passed any code to it. At that point you're on the remote machine, but it has no way to know what you want it to do since your script code is on the local machine. It can then either return to the local
machine and run the next line of code locally (which it does), or sit there connected to the remote machine waiting input that will never come (which would be even less useful).

  • Strange issue with "Enter" key in Vista on Satellite P300-225

A few weeks ago, I don't recall exactly when, Windows Vista on my Satellite P300-225 started to pass an incorrect scancode to applications when the Enter key is pressed. It always sends the scancode of the Keypad Enter key, even when I hit the one in the alphanumeric part of the keyboard. It did work correctly some time ago, but suddenly, it just started acting like this. No remapping of any keys.
Since there are quite a few programs that act different on these two keys, this has become quite an annoying issue.
The strangest part of it is, that the problem seems to be somehow related to Windows Vista, since the keys are correctly reported on Linux.
If anybody has a clue, please, let me know.

Yes, it almost certainly is a keymapping issue related to Vista. Reinstalling Vista isn't a way to go, it's not worth the effort (the recovery DVDs would comletely wipe out everything from my harddisk so I'd have to move all my data away and then restore, reinstall Linux et cetera). I'll give a try to uninstalling the keyboard in safe mode though.
Anyway, it almost looks like some Windows update is responsible for this, since I have automatic updates enabled and it installs something everytime I boot it. I don't know about any program I installed before this happend that could possibly alter the mappings. (...and the registry key used for this is empty.)

The problem is i cant enter my new card details because the issue is registered to when i was in America and i require to pay the funds from an American source. Any ideas how i can resolve this? It wont accept my new card detail as im back in the UK. I think i have posted this in the wrong area but anyone got any ideas?
I have managed to change the rest of my accoutn being registered to the UK i think except this

    Hi..
You can email Apple for help but the link is for the iTunes store not the Mac App Store. You've inadvertently poasted in the Using Mac App Store forum but that's ok. Billing issues are the same for the iTunes Store.
Click here > Apple - Support - iTunes Store - Contact Us
It wont accept my new card detail as im back in the UK
Your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.
"Although you can browse the iTunes Store in any country without being signed in, you can only purchase content from the iTunes Store for your own country. This is enforced via the billing address associated with your credit card or other payment method that you use with the iTunes Store, rather than your actual geographic location."

What is the make & model of your home Wi-Fi router that you are attempting to connect your G5 iMac to? Which exact model of iMac do you have?
What wireless security type is your router using: WEP, WPA, or WPA2? If you temporarily disable wireless security, can the iMac connect to it now?

  • I am having issues with adjusting the duration of time for each still frame and transition in imovie 11.  Each time that I adjust these times, the app does not accept the change, and automatically enters its own time. Am I doing something wrong?

I am having issues with adjusting the duration of time for each still frame and transition in imovie 11.  Each time that I adjust these times, the application does not accept the change, and instead automatically enters its own time. Is there a work around this? Or am I doing something wrong? Please Help!
    Thank you,
    lagrl

Have you tried turning off automatic transitions ? Choose file - project properties and follow the dialogue box to change duration with a slider.  iMovie also doesn't allow a transition to be more than 50% duration of the clip its attached to. In other words if the clip is 4 seconds the transition cannot be more than 2 seconds and remember that relates to the first clip as the following clip (right side) is pulled back to overlay it.
Does this help.  Perhaps you already know this ?

I am having multiple issues with syncing my iphone calendar and outlook calendar on my laptop
I mostly enter the original items on my laptop
There are often 1 hour time differences in the entries on the 2 devices and sometimes events that have been amended are not updated on iphone

This sounds like an error in Time Zone support. The time zone needs to be the same in Outlook as well as the phone.

  • Issues with Creative Cloud for teams deployment workflow

The Adobe Creative Cloud for teams IT Deployment Guide lists out steps for IT admins to deploy the CS6 applications and then have their end-users license the trial software with their Adobe IDs once they have been invited to the team. There are two major issues with this document.
First, the media that is on the FTP is not for North American English. We are working to get that posted on the FTP site ASAP. In the meantime, you can find the CS6 MC media from: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/
[Note: Getting media from that page requires the use of the Adobe Download Assistant which is very consumer focused. Sorry about that.]
Second, in order to have the ability to login properly with a Creative Cloud for Teams account the system needs to have the latest copy of Adobe Application Manager installed. If you do not do this step the end user will be prompted for a serial number.
Unfortunately the Adobe Application Manager can’t be packaged with AAMEE nor is it a native installer. I know, I know! Here are the links to the Adobe Application Manager installers:
    Windows: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773
    Mac: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774
It can be installed from command line by:
    Win: <Path to Setup.exe>Set-up.exe –mode=silent –action=install
    Mac: <path to ASU> /ASU/Install.app/Contents/MacOS/Install –mode=silent –action=install
Jody Rodgers | Sr. Product Manager | Creative Cloud for Enterprise | Adobe Systems

    Hi Boncker,
I see that you have an active Subscription under your account . Please launch any of the installed product and when you get the trial prompt , please click on License this software and then Enter the Adobe Id & Password for the account that you have accepted the invite .
Please do let us know if that worked for you or not .

  • Issues with WebForm performance

    Hi,
We had migrated a new application from UAT to PROD and we encounter webform performance issues with the following actions..
After login, the first form you open it is
always slow. After this you can switch from one form to another without a
    delay.
Then once you change any data – the next time
you access a form it gets delayed.
The point to be noted is, it doesnt have any performance issues in the UAT environment and the configuration settings, essbase cache settings are all the same. We did try to move the EPM system to a new server to see if this is a hardware issue but no luck, the performance issues still exist. The consumption of the CPU/memory has been checked and it is proved that the form opening delay has nothing to do with lack of memory.
The JVM head settings is set up at 4GB which is infact higher than that of the UAT environment(2GB).
runs on Windows server2008,11.1.2.1.600 EPM serve, has planning, reporting, foundation on one server (32GB ram) and essbase on another server (32GB ram). Any help is appreciated.

I already replied there but it seems no moderator is willing to approve my reply so it never shows up.
So I'll try replying in here instead:
I never thought it could be an emulator issue, I thought I had done something wrong to begin with. So I take having performance issues with tiled layer is not a common problem I suppose?
I'm using MOTODEV SDK platform, A1200 model (motorola).

  • VPP Distribution issues with OSX Server Profile Manager

Hi, I have a new issue with my OSX 10.9.5 Server. I use VPP to distribute apps to users devices, when I would add a new user I would send them an invitation message through /profilemanager . All was working well until recenetly , the message still arrives in the users mailbox however when you click the "sign in" link on the "receive apps and books from xxxxx" email instead of opening through the Mac App store app it now opens Safari and connects to the profile manager server , any ideas ? it never has done this before and although I thought it was a new feature or method I can not seem to resolve the issue.

Hi if when you are redirected back to your Mac Server you enter the user name and password of the user you are trying to receive VPP apps for i.e the Open Directory credentials it will then open the App Store providing the credentials are correctly entered so it looks like an additional layer of security. The process is click on the link in the VPP invite email, this takes you to your Mac Server profile manager, log on with your OD account, App store then opens on your Mac like it used to.

  • SSO logout issue with APEX

I am trying to resolve the logout URL issue with our APEX application configured as a partner application with SSO. The partner application name is SSO_APEX and the logout URL is defined in partner application as
http://OID_Server:7777/pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin.ls_logout where OID_Server is our OID server name.
In the APEX application page, I tried to open the application that was imported from another apex server.
    Home>Application Builder>Application 107>Shared Components>Authentication Schemes
    SSO_Auth - current is
    &INFRA_NAME./pls/orasso/ORASSO.wwsso_app_admin.ls_logout?p_done_url=&SERVER_NAME./pls/htmldb/f?p=&APP_ID.
The logout link is http://INFRA_NAME:7777/pls/orasso/ORASSO.wwsso_app_admin.ls_logout?p_done_url=http://SERVER_NAME/pls/cms/f?p=107 , The application is retrieving the INFRA_NAME and SERVER_NAME values from a database table and they correspond to the OID and 10g application servers respectively.
The logout link should take it to the login page where the user will be prompted to enter login credentials again however it is currently taking to the above logout link page from APEX. It is not changing even though I specified a different logout link in partner application page. Moreover the check box beside SSO_APEX in the logout page is unchecked.
The authentication scheme of application is overriding the partner application configuration. How can I make sure the logout is actually happening? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
    Pavan.

    Scott,
I am having the same issue, and have posted on another thread about this same thing. I know that's inappropriate to post the same thing in multiple threads, but I was searching the forum again today, and Pavan described exactly what I'm experiencing.
We have been using SSO for about 4 years or so now, and haven't had logout issues. Our DBA at the time had written his own logout function for SSO where he invalidated the cookie with owa_cookie calls. It's worked until now. We have upgraded our database servers and all URLs referencing those servers are now in a different domain than our OAS server. Now the logic in the logout function is no longer invalidating the cookie for SSO (because it's in a different domain). SSO login and authentication still work, it's just the logout that does not.
I'd like to just alter the logout URL to redirect to the OAS server for logout as you described. But here's what's happening. I press logout link, and it takes me to the OAS Single Sign-Off page where it shows the services it's logging you out of, but it doesn't automatically redirect (just sits there until I press the Return button).
Is that expected (no automatic redirect)?
And as Pavan mentioned, the Partner application name (APEX_SERVERNAME_SSO) doesn't show a checkmark next to it. If I go back to my application, I get right back in without being prompted for SSO (ie, not logging out successfully then).
I know there are a lot of question marks here, but I'm not sure if there's something obvious I am missing or if there's something else I need to fix that I don't know about.
    Can you offer any guidance?
    Thank you for your time,
    Chris

  • Windows 7 Pro DNS issue with static IP

I have been unable to solve a DNS problem I am having as follows:
I have a Windows 7 Professional (64 bit) computer running VirtualBox with a couple of Windows XP guests (not sure if this bit is relevant). After heavy file copying/transfer on both of the Windows XP machines, both the guest machines AND the host loose anything
DNS related, so I cannot call anything by name, but by direct IP works fine. The only resolution is to reboot the (host) machine and it will then work OK for a while until it happens again. The only trigger to make it seem to happen quicker is to re-initiate
the heavy file transfer and this then causes the DNS resolution to stop working again.
The machine has a fixed IP address, so it isn't related to DHCP.
I've tried the machine connected wired and wireless, no difference.
The IP settings are manual and I have tried giving it the DNS settings of the router (normal settings) and I have also tried giving it Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4). No difference.
It seems to happen (sooner) during heavy traffic.
Other Windows 7 machines in the network work fine (though they are Home version, not Pro).
ONLY DNS fails, direct IP works OK.
Reboot seems only solution at the moment.
I am now lost as to what to try to resolve this issue, I do not really want to reload Windows 7 as it is a relatively new install... I have read about issues with wired connections on my router (BT Home Hub 2.0) so tried a wireless connection, still the
    same.
Here is my ipconfig /all (it shows the BT Home Hub router DNS settings, but it also failed with Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 entered here and also with the routers 192.168.1.254 (default).

Any ideas where to look, or what other info to provide for any assistance?
    Many thanks in advance.

    Hi,
This has just happened again, here is the content of the netstat results as requested...
If I kill the VirtualBox virtual machines, it starts working again. It is as if there are no ports left, but I am not occupying that many? Surely Windows 7 can cope with this?
I feel I am missing something important, but cannot put my finger on it...
Further below, I have re-run the netstat command AFTER I have closed the VirtualBox machines and the system works OK.
