Issue with LOV .LOV window pops up but with session loss message

Hi,
I am facing one issue for LOVs.
On a page when i enter any partial value for LOV then LOV window pops up but it gives me
error message as
"You cannot complete this task buz following events cause loss of page data
** Your login session has expired
** A system failure has occured
I am not able to proceed ahead

The applicationModule is oracle.apps.icx.por.rcv.server.ReceiveItemsAMImpl
which choose the SQL of many view objects with search criteria the user filled, add search criteria and launch the SQL to display articles to receipt.
I need to add search criteria with those are already in. So I don't see how I could make this differently.
Moreover the page is in a train. So all pages of this train have the same root AM...
Can't we change the root AM during execution in JAVA ?

Dreamweaver cs4 refuses to start. Error window pops up but there is no message

I recently downloaded an Dreamweaver extension (HTML5) for cs4. Shortly after I got an error while I was working in Dreamweaver about the ssi.html server. When I closed dreamweaver and tried to restart, Dreamweaver refused to start. There is a popup message window with an OK button but there is no error message in it. I already removed my personal configuration files but that didn't help. Any suggestions. I looked on the Adobe site but most links to technical notes that could be helpful, were broken.

I have exactly the same problem, except that I regularly open up the npr site. But here is the real problem. I open firefox>preferences>advanced>encryption>view certificates>add exception. But here is the problem. I can not click on the box to permanently store exception. This box appears permanently closed.
I am currently running firefox 9.01, and I've got to say I never had any problems with firefox in all the years I've used it. But ever since it went through this dizzying series of upgrades from 3.6 to the present it has given me problems.
I am a regular npr listener, and so this annoying error message is really making me consider permanently leaving firefox for chrome or safari.

How long did you wait for the download to run? The last time I downloaded the Windows support files for Boot Camp, it was going very slowly, so I swapped away to another task. Several minutes later I came back and it had moved a little, but not much, so I went on with other things. When I got back to it several hours later, the download had completed. Perhaps you just need to let it go overnight to perform the downloads...

I have used Image Capture to scan images/documents and then saved them as either PDFs or PNG files. For some reason, just this past week Image Capture will no longer save the file. It scans, and the Scan Results window pops up, but it won't save file.

The file name has no special character in it, just letters and no spaces.
I have done this in the past and it has worked, but now it will not.
I have not upgraded any software, that I am aware of.
After scanning, the Image Capture pops up the Scan Results with the file name in the window, but neither the Scan Results nor the Image Capture window responds to inputs. The Image Capture window is frozen, with only the "Overview" and "Cancel" buttons active (but non-responsive).
Is this a software issue or a scanner hardware issue? I am using a HP Photosmart C6200 series printer/scanner on a network using a Time Capsule airport.

I had the same problem.
Got a 90% fix. Apparently the Mavericks preferences won't work with Yosemite, so I just deleted the Image Capture preferences.
Unfortunately, the "Scan to" folder seems to be permanently set to the Pictures folder.
1. Quit Image Capture
2. Go to Finder > Go > Home, which opens up your home folder (named after your user name)
3. Open Library > Preferences > com.apple.ImageCapture.plist - Drag this file to the Trash
4. Start "Image Capture", click "Details" and change all your settings as you prefer
5. Quit and restart "Image Capture". Notice it remembers all your settings except "Scan to" folder. It insists on saving to "Pictures".
That's as far as I was successful. I tried changing the "Scan to" folder to "Desktop", but on launch, Image Capture always sets it back to "Pictures".
This is what I tried:
6. Download and install "Pref Setter" from http://www.nightproductions.net/prefsetter.html
7. Quit "Image Capture". Right-click on "com.apple.ImageCapture.plist" and open with Pref Setter.
8. Search for "Pictures", which finds "~/Pictures" (the tilde character at the start means your home directory).
9. Double-click on "~/Pictures" and change it to the folder you prefer. I like "~/Desktop"
10. Choose File > Save then Quit from Pref Setter. Note that re-opening the plist file still shows "~/Desktop"
11. Start up "Image Capture" -- on startup, "Image Capture" sets "Scan to" folder to "Pictures"
I consider this a bug.

For starters your Mac does not have a virus.
It sounds like you have installed adware on your Mac probably from a download from a shady site that adds malware to their download. To get rid of it, try http://www.adwaremedic.com/index.php

I have deleted and created the account several times. I have checked the status of the account and it's active and works either from safari or from my Mac or iPhone. I have turned off both my Mac and my iPhone as not to have competing devices, I can even send emails from the account successfully. It simply won't download the content of the inbox. Help!

Hi Csound1, thanks. The email host is 1and1.co.uk, however, i am going to fess up and make myself look like a plonker now -
the email account in question was set up in Outlook as POP - stupid, stupid, stupid me, wasted an afternoon on this! I have now changed the Outlook account to IMAP and Mail.app works perfectly - and looks much nicer than Outlook did. Im in the middle of converting from Windows to a Mac, and still finding my way around the Mac
The lesson learned, never assume - always double check! All my other email addresses with 1and1 are all imap, except this one, and it happened to be the first one I set up in the Mail.app. (bows head in disgrace!)

Auto query LOV when window pop's up

I have external LOV and I'm trying to auto query all raws when user opens LOV window.
The thing is that user is too lazy to put % in criteria item and since its in Advanced table I can't initialize value there.
Any idea?
I putted this in my lov CO ProcessREquest

Java windows pops-up - but Java 8 u20 already installed

Since Yosemite GM 1.0 a windows pops-up asking for an Java update .... but I already installed latest Java 8u20 JRE update.
..... but Yosemite is asking me again and again to install it again .... I sent a feedback by Yoesemite-feedback-assistent already ... but even with GM 2.0 no changes.
Anybody else?
