Issue with Purchase Order
When user is creating/changing the PO it is throwing the Error Message "AM010 Address doen't exist T001W 6400 50216816 10" when he clicks on the tabsrip DELIVERY ADDRESS in production but not in Quality.
For that one sap suggested a note called : 91001 which is having the correction programm ZCORADDR.
But what the problem is before implementing the note we need the justifiaction on that note.
The ossnote 91001 is having the above program which is dealing with the tables EKKO/EKPO/EBAN and FM : ADDR_GET.But as per my understanding the FM :ADDR_GET is fetching the data from SADR or ADRC.
can you the link between the tables EKKO/EKPO and ADRC and flow of the data.
i have checked the tables EKKO/EKPO in Q and P we dont have the data for the field ADRNR.
I have checked the tableT001W in Q and P.
The plant is maintained in OX10.
Please find the above findings and suggest the solution

Generally address field 'adrnr' picks from either at plant level or PO level
Plant level - t001w-adrnr
PO level - from EKPO table, needs to pick 'adrnr' for related 'ebeln' and then go to table 'adrc' to check for 'adrnr'
Through func.module 'addr_get', pass value to parameter 'address_selection' to receive detailed address from receiving parameter 'address_value'
Now we can have complete address info at 'address_value' table parameter

Issue with Purchase Order in SRM.

Issue:
Requestor name and goods recipient name are empty in the Partner Overview of a Purchase Order. The reason is the requestor who has raised the PO has left the company and not having BP as user number in Portal system any more.These PO's are almost old and closed, but the procurement team needs to trace the trade for the aim of audit, or new conditioning, etc.

Here my question is how to retain user name there as hardcord so that we can contact to successor.Is it possible through BADI's / BAPI's ?
As a workaround we asked user to use ME23N tcode(backend).

Do you have BP guid (which is associated with the user who left the organization) in the PO document. Please check the bbp_pd for this
purchase order number check the field crmd_partner-partner_no, we have
to change this field with the existing business partner. We can't change the document which has invalid requestor / recipient. We have to update these POs with correct requestor / recipient business partner number via a z report.

Issue with purchase order item
Hi Guys,
When entering or changing an order in SAP via VA01/VA02, the system will not allow the entry of leading zeros in the Purchase Order Item (VBAP_POSEX) field which is defined as character 6. Leading zeros can be entered in the Customer Material (VBAP_KDMAT) which is also defined as character. Some customer PO Item numbers begin with leading zeros and they want to see them on output. Does SAP have an OSS note for this? any helpful suggestion would be well appreciated.

Issue with Purchase Order ZPRM & delivery ZPRE
We are getting the same general error for 2 message types:
1. PO 600127603 an automatic Output message was generated u201CZPRMu201D returning the error u201CZPR_PO_MARCu201D
a. Transaction Details ME22N - MESSAGES
2. Delivery 83036841 an automatic Header Output message was generated u201CZPREu201D returning the error u201CZPR_GI_MARCu201D
a. Transaction Details VL02N u2013Extras > Delivery Output> Header
For both issues i was getting Error Message "No Recipient found for Message Type u201CZPR_PO_MARC" in the ALE Model.
And i had added this Message type in th Oubound Parameters in WE21 and also created Model view added Message Type to it using BD64.
But still i am facing any issue.

Issue at Purchase order Item Text Transferring

I have an issue with Purchase order Item text transferring from SAP R/3 to EDI.
Here I am using Function Module - IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDERS.
within the function module i have user exit to populate this.
User Exit Name : EXIT_SAPLEINM_002
Include name : ZXM06U02
I need to populate data manually ( Hardcode ) for E1EDPT1 is 'LINK'.
and E1EDPT2 is " some text".
When I write the code at user exit ,it is populating so many time Link Field.
However i need to get only one time for each Item of Purchase order.
and also I have one more question as per SAP Standard Purchase order each item has :
1. Item text
2. Info record PO Text
3. Material PO Text
4. Delivery Text
5. Info Record Note
when Create PO and it created Idoc ,even when i fill all the text ,when i see data at WE02 ,it has only few text not all.
Please give me advice ,how should i follow.

Issue with sales order stock that is referencing a non-existing sales order
We have an issue with sale order stock.
Due to user error we have ended up with a negative quant of sales order stock in a bin. Further the error was due to mis-keying of sales order number. Hence this negative quant is referencing a sales order that does not exist.
We need to get rid of this quant.
I thought of cycling this quant off as a solution. And hence replicated the scenario in the test system. I was able to create a TO to cycle it off but cannot clear the differences from 999 . The error I get while trying to do this is "SD document not in database or has been archived" . This error is true since the sales order actually does not exist. So cycling it off did not work.
Can anyone suggest how we can get rid of this negative quant of sales order stock ?

You said that your user mistyped the SO number and it resulted in a -quant. In which transaction was it possible? If I give a non existing no. SAP doesn't allow me to book.
If I were you I would check both in WM & IM what the user had done...step-by-step...
Negative quant comes to existance in interim storage type if we book e.g. a GI. It should have started in IM...how was your user be able to do that??? If it was possible cannot you reverse the IM booking?
(...if all else fails...cannot you create a SO document with external number assignment with the same number?...)

Print document type Q02( technical delivery terms) with Purchase Order
Hi all
1) I have activated the QM procurement for a certain material and I have assigned the control key that makes mandatory the technical delivery terms on the material master (standard control key 0002).
2) I have created a Document Info Record Q02 to hold the Technical Delivery Terms assigning a PDF file. Document is released.
3) I have assigned the DIR to the material master (object link in the DIR).
I would like to know how to print the this DIR with Purchase Order. I am testing this scenario in IDES system and the form does not get printed.
Could anyone please advice how to get the PDF file printed with the purchase order?

There is no internal way, you would have to create an ABAP program to handle this function, where it would search the material record to pull the DIRs linked and then open them on user's screen for printing.

MIRO: posting to G/L Accounts with purchase order reference

our company want to post an invoice for other expense in MIRO through the tab "G/L Acconunt" and don't through the tab "PO reference".
our problem that when we post through "G/L Account" how we allocate the "purchasing document" to the line of G/L Account?
in miro there is an option to create a posting line with purchase order reference to a g/l account and i read the documentation that says proceed as follows:
1. choose miro
2. enter header data as required
3. allocate the invoice to a document and check the items to be settled - i don't underdand what i need to do in this step?
4. choose the tab page g/l account
5. enter data as requierd.

in the table below your MIRO screen you will see PO Reference on this tab select the item of the PO that you need post for this PO, in the tab G/L account you can make manual post aditional to the PO, also you can in the tab PO reference modify amounts and quantity if you need, but it is not recommended -

How to link asset with purchase order and PO Item.

I have to generate a report which contains columns
Asset No , po no(ebeln) ,PO Item(ebelp),Material no etc
My query is how to link asset with purchase order and PO Item.
I am selecting asset and po no. from anla but how to get
po item no(ebelp)?
po line item is important in this report because every line item has differrent asset and material no.
i tried to match asset no in mseg table but i am not getting asset no in mseg .

When I checked EKKN table by entering PO there is no asset no. in anln1 field.
Also I would like to add that, In me23n for a PO, account assignment category we are entering 'F' for internal order settlement.

Issue in Purchase Order approval
Hi All,
I am facing an issue in purchase order approval process . Need suggestion from your end.
Purchase order approval gor failed in the work flow stage 'Get PO Attributes'.
I could find that this is because one of the line distribution has quantity ordered as 0 .
And the proc (PO_POAPPROVAL_INIT1.GET_PO_ATTRIBUTES) which is attached to the node 'Get PO Attributes' is ending in error (Divide mby zero error in the proc )
Workflow is failing on the node 'Get PO Attributes' .
Function which is getting called : PO_POAPPROVAL_INIT1.GET_PO_ATTRIBUTES
Since the quantity_ordered in one line Distribution is zero, the function is giving error (while trying to divide by zero).
Query which is failing is

ArunThere is a generic datafix script shipped as a patch. This script will help in resetting the document to Incomplete / Requires Reapproval status. There after you can adjust the PO to have correct quantities and re-approve it.
The datafix script is $PO_TOP/sql/poxrespo.sql. Please read the documentation and try out in test instance first. -

No Update FMIOI and KBLP tables with purchase order

We have un serious problem : No Update FMIOI and KBLP tables with purchase order
System : SAP ERP 6.0 /7.0 - EHP 4
Note 965633 was read.
1) First case: The purchase order 4510000673 does not reduce the funds reservation.
Purchase order 4510000673 should consume the funds reservation 1200000193 because all post of the PO charge the funds reservation 1200000193.But the consumption history of the funds reservation 1200000193 donu2019t show this consumption.
In table FMIOI, we do not have lines with amount type 0200 (reduction) but whe have the lines with the post of PO with amount type (0100). The Purchase order 4510000673 should consume the funds reservation 1200000193.
In table KBLP, the fields are :
Total amount (LC) - HWGES = 53.409,40
Amount used u2013 WTABB = 0,00
Reduction amount u2013 HWABB = 0,00
Open amount u2013 CWTFREE = 53.409,40
Reduced amount u2013 WTABG = 0,00
Reduced amount u2013HWABG = 0,00
To solve the problem, we executed the transactions : FM4N et FMN5 and the program RFFMRC20 but no result.
2) Second case : Delete a item of a purchase order does not release the budget
The single item of the purchase order 4510000597 is deleted but in the display of consumption History of the funds reservation 1200000137, the amount of the purchase order is not to zero.
To solve the problem, we executed the transactions : FM4N et FMN5 and the program RFFMRC20 but no result.
Somebody already had a similar problem ?

There are two known notes dealing with missing update on reference Earmarked Funds, I am listing them for future references:
1376800 Earmarked funds: Incorrect open amount
1438487 RFFMRC20: Missing KBLE records are ignored
These notes correct some errors within the Standard.
However, in your scenario, problem has to do with an incorrect execution of a Commit work inside a customer user-exit. After elimination of this commit work, new Po's are working correctly.
Remaining task is the correction of old PO's. Manual correction via small changes with ME22N (for instance, adding a '.' to the line item text/s) will force the correct update and fix your database

you can link the objects through object link in dms.
go to tcode dc10 select the documnet type, click on define object link. click new entry and select object type as EBAN/EKPO
this way dms is link to purchase order.
