Issue with the field (Trading Partner) in the BW report

The Info Object 0PCOMPANY (Trading Partner) is having a reference char 0COMPANY in the BW system so the data for the field Trading partner text will be pulled from 0COMPANY_TEXT data source.
I have checked in the info object 0PCOMPANY in the tab master data / Text under text table properties it has checked in the medium length text exists.
Even i have checked with R/3 consultants and found the data for all of trading partners but i am not clear where i have to investigate on this issue.
Now the values for the field Trading Partner were not displayed in the report i have checked the properties of the field and found display as Standard: key and text.
Any help will be appreciated in advance.

Hi,
set the propety "display" to medium text for this charateristic either in the BEx report itself either in the query definition.
Ensure that the text are well loaded (run tran RSDMD with this IObj in norder to display master data)
Only having meduim texts will prevent you to display "key and texts" in reports.
You could enhance your IObj and enable short/long texts as well; in the transfer rules just load the medium text in short (truncate its length to 20) as well as in the long text.

Hi
We plan to start use the field trading partner, to easier eliminate between our subsidiary
I have created the trading partner, and added them to customer and vendor master.
So when I make transactions I got the field populated.
For ex when I look on the document in FB03 I see that the trading partner field is populated, both on B/S and P/L accounts.
I also have managed to create reports in GR55 (GLPCT) and see the amount on trading partner on the P/L account.
My problem is to see them on the B/S account
Can anyone tell me what Standard report I can run on BS account or do I have to create a query or what?
I donu2019t find the field trading partner (VBUND) where I also se transactions on B/S accounts.
Anyone who can help me with that?

How can we maintain different Trading Partners in Customer Master when we have only one field and only one value can be maintained.

Invalid breakdown of Item 13001 by Trading partner: Initializing the value

Hi,
There are some transaction with trading partner information. These transaction are not for interunit elimination ( i just want to update to BCS infocube) . I am using the breakdown type 1 (Optional breakdown, initialized value allowed). And i am not assigning breakdown type 1 to FS item 13001.
When i was trying to load data, i get warning message stated " invalid breakdown of item 13001 by trading partner: Initializing the value".

Which value should I send for the field "business partner type " in DTW

I need your help. I am trying to create a new business partner using DTW. Please let me know wich possible values should I send to DTW for the field "Business Partner Type" (this label appears on sap-bo when enteringa new BP).
The database field name is OCRD.cmpprivate, so I tried to find the related field in the input file and I found "CompanyPrivate" is this the corresponding field for the "business partner type"?
I have been trying with the following values but the DTW fails with the error "invalid item name in enum BoCardCompanyTypes":

Please note: I use DTW Version 88.1.7; API Version 8.81.319
To set CmpPrivate (it is exactly BoCardCompanyTypes) use following:
cCompany - Card represent a company.
cPrivate - Card represent a private person.
To set CardType see Godon's replay.

The school just upgraded these MacBooks to OSX Mavericks and when i try to open Minecraft it won't let me. It says no jdk installed. I also try to install Java SE runtime but half way through the Software Update it says cant download software because of network problem but I'm connected to the internet and i can browse stuff just fine. Can any one help with my problems. P.S. I don't know the administrator password or stuff like that. And yes we are allowed to play games and stuff on these laptops but only at home not at school so don't tell me i need to focus on school and not games.

Since you updated the operating system, it is probably Minecraft is missing certain files that ware remove or are not longer comparable with the new version of the OSX. what I recommend, is to check is there is an update for Minecraft and install that. If there is not update available, probably the best thing will be reinstalling Minecraft. Hope this will help you.

Issue with VO which is attached to the picklist

I actually created these fonts with fontagrapher in 1998 and have been using them regularly ever since and now they are not available in InDesign. I really need to use them.

On PostScript type 1 fonts you need to copy/move the fonts to the correct font folder because Font Book doesn't copy them into the folder. Select the fonts double-click the fonts and Find in the font Book app and validate.
The correct font folder depends how you are set up. I am by myself so my font folder was MyHarddrive/Library/Fonts. I was using Suitcas fusion and the fonts are located in a different folder.
Most of the fonts have worked. Go to

There are several possible causes for this issue. Please take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried until it's resolved. Some may not be apply in your case.
1. Follow the instructions in this support article, and also this one, if applicable. A damaged or defective AC adapter could be the cause, even if it's the right kind.
2. Open the Bluetooth preference pane in System Preferences and delete all pointing devices other than the trackpad, if applicable. Disconnect any USB pointing devices. By a "pointing device," I mean a peripheral that moves the cursor, such as a trackpad, mouse, trackball, or graphics tablet. A plain keyboard is not a pointing device.
3. Start up in safe mode and test, preferably without launching any third-party applications. If you don't have the problem in safe mode, but it comes back when you restart as usual, stop here and post your results. Do the same if you can't start in safe mode. If there was no difference in safe mode, go on to the next step.
4. Reset the System Management Controller.
5. If you're using a Bluetooth trackpad, investigate potential sources of interference, including USB 3 devices.
6. A swollen battery in a portable computer can impinge on the trackpad from below and cause erratic behavior. If you have trouble clicking the trackpad, this is likely the reason. The battery must be replaced without delay.
7. Press down all four corners of the trackpad at once and release. If there's any effect, it's likely to be temporary, and the unit needs to be serviced or replaced.
8. There's a report that a (possibly defective) Thunderbolt Ethernet adapter can cause the built-in trackpad of a MacBook to behave erratically. If you're using such an adapter, disconnect it and test.
9. There's also a report of erratic cursor movements caused by an external display that was connected but not turned on.
10. If none of the above applies, or if you have another reason to think that your computer is being remotely controlled, remove it from the network by turning off Wi-Fi (or your Wi-Fi access point), disconnecting from a Bluetooth network link, and unplugging the Ethernet cable or USB modem, whichever is applicable. If the cursor movements stop at once, you should suspect an intrusion.
11. Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store to have the machine and/or external trackpad tested.

Is anyone else having issues with scaling down photos to fit the screen for home and lock screens with ios7?? Installed ios7 this morning. Tried to use one of my photos from camera roll as background for lock screen and I can't scale the photo to fit the screen. Never had a problem before and now when I pinch the photo to get it to the right size of the screen, it won't stay that way. The photo is enlarged way beyond the screen size so it doesn't look right. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have had a similar problem with my system. I just recently (within a week of this post) built a brand new desktop. I installed Windows 7 64-bit Home and had a clean install, no problems. Using IE downloaded an anti-virus program, and then, because it was the latest version, downloaded and installed Firefox 4.0. As I began to search the internet for other programs to install after about maybe 10-15 minutes my computer crashes. Blank screen (yet monitor was still receiving a signal from computer) and completely frozen (couldn't even change the caps and num lock on keyboard). I thought I perhaps forgot to reboot after an update so I did a manual reboot and it started up fine.
When ever I got on the internet (still using firefox) it would crash after anywhere between 5-15 minutes. Since I've had good experience with FF in the past I thought it must be either the drivers or a hardware problem. So in-between crashes I updated all the drivers. Still had the same problem. Took the computer to a friend who knows more about computers than I do, made sure all the drivers were updated, same problem. We thought that it might be a hardware problem (bad video card, chipset, overheating issues, etc.), but after my friend played around with my computer for a day he found that when he didn't start FF at all it worked fine, even after watching a movie, or going through a playlist on Youtube.
At the time of this posting I'm going to try to uninstall FF 4.0 and download and install FF 3.6.16 which is currently on my laptop and works like a dream. Hopefully that will do the trick, because I love using FF and would hate to have to switch to another browser. Hopefully Mozilla will work out the kinks with FF 4 so I can continue to use it.
I apologize for the lengthy post. Any feedback would be appreciated, but is not necessary. I will try and post back after I try FF 3.16.6.

When clico in the field i_ekpo-ebeln in the report is called transaction ME23 c/o GRID this functioning normally, but with the reports List and Hierarquico it does not happen the same and it prints in the baseboard the message "Invalid Function". when standard use buttons, functions of course.
obs.: I had that to create a SET Pf-status for each type of report pos I wanted that when clicar in the field box and clicar in the button "TO PRINT REPORT" it printed sapscript. How I make to solve such problem?

How to include the field BSEG-FDLEV in the invoice FV60 and F-43

hi
i am try to activate the cash management in my SAP, but i am not able to open the field BSEG-FDLEV (PLANNING LEVEL) in the additional data of the invoice voucher F-43 and FV60
Is there anyone that knows how to do it? i have played with the field status group of the reconciliation account and the posting key, but nothing happened.
I have understood that it should be some customizing company level.
Any help is more than welcome.

GB01 Table - Include the field BSEG-ZLSCH for the substitution rule

Dear all,
I am facing a problem in the configuration a Substitution Rule. I need to create a new substitution rule for the field BSEG-ZLSCH (Payment Method).
I am trying to include the field BSEG-ZLSCH in the table GB01, but it is impossible, the GB01 Table is not changeable. I not found out any Notes to solve this issue..
Does any body know how to change the GB01 table? Is it necessay to open an OSS to SAP?

Hi,
To make BSEG-ZLSCH substitutable you would need to write a short (10 lines or so) ABAP program to remove the 'X' from the field BEXCLUDE in the GB01 table. or You can remove this in debugging mode.
The 'X' marking meaning that the field is not available for Substitution as outlined in the note: 42615
Please note:
If you release fields other than the ones listed for substitution, then you must take responsibility for all the consequences!

The following function in DataWebBeanImpl.java shows how the attribute label is obtained.

You can edit an attribute's properties by clicking on the view object to activate it in the navigator and then right-clicking on the attribute to invoke it's editor. Once you have the attribute editing UI, you can click on the properties tab to add your new properties.
