Issues activating q10 into current environment

I have a small users base of z10s and q10s running on BDS Version: 6.2.0.36 I've had 7 or so phones working fine and am in the process of connecting another unit to the family. For whatever reason that i am not sure of the activation process fails with the error "Activation Error: The server could not be contacted.."
if this was my first phone on the server sure i could see myself having an issue but this will be my 8th ish. I have tried without the firewall on and the SRP connectivity test passed and all the other phones are working fine (mine included. )
I cant find any logs or event viewer that seem useful. Hoping for a little kick in the right direction. Like most IT people i dont have tonnes of time to beat my head against a wall until the solution comes to me. ( Im rebuilding my barracuda webfilter since it crashed. )

Have you tried a security wipe of the whole phone and starting again?

check revocation because the revocation server was offline. 0x80092013 (-2146885613). The request was for CN=xxxxx.ourdomain.com. Additional information: Error Verifying Request Signature or Signing Certificate
A couple of months ago we decomissioned one of our old 2003 DCs and it looks like this server might have had something to do with the CA structure but I am not sure whether this was in use or not since I could find the role but I wasn't able to see any existing
configuration.
Let's say that this server was previously responsible for the certificates and was the server that should have revoked the old certs, what can I do know to try and correct the problem?

let me recap first:
you see these errors on a ROOT CA. so it seems like the ROOT CA is also operating as an ISSUING CA. Some clients try to issue a new certificate from the ROOT CA and this fails with your error mentioned.
do you say that you had a PREVIOUS CA which you decomissioned, and you now have a brand NEW CA, that was built as a clean install? When you decommissioned the PREVIOUS CA, that was your design decision to don't bother with the current certificates that it
issued and which are still valid, right?
The error says, that the REQUEST signature cannot be validated. REQUESTs are signed either by itself (self-signed) or if they are renewal requests, they would be signed with the previous certificate which the client tries to renew. The self-signed REQUESTs
do not contain CRL paths at all.
So this implies to me as these requests that are failing are renewal requests. Renewal requests would contain CRL paths of the previous certificates that are nearing their expiration.
As there are many such REQUEST and failures, it probably means that the clients use AUTOENROLLMENT, which tries to renew their current, but shortly expiring, certificates during (by default) their last 6 weeks of lifetime.
As you decommissioned your PREVIOUS CA, it does not issue CRL anymore and the current certificates cannot be checked for validity.
Thus, if the renewal tries to renew them by using the NEW CA, your NEW CA cannot validate CRL of the PREVIOUS CA and will not issue new certificates.
But it would not issue new certificates anyway even if it was able to verify the PREVIOUS CA's CRL, as it seems your NEW CA is completely brand new, without being restored from the PREVIOUS CA's database. Right?
So simply don't bother :-) As long as it was your design to decommission the PREVIOUS CA without bothering with its already issued certificates.
The current certificates which autoenrollment tries to renew cannot be checked for validity. They will also slowly expire over the next 6 weeks or so. After that, autoenrollment will ask your NEW CA to issue a brand new certificate without trying to renew.
Just a clean self-signed REQUEST.
That will succeed.
You can also verify this by trying to issue a certificate on an affected machine manually from Certificates MMC.

Is it possible to export user settings and import into same environment?

Hi guys,
I exported a user profile settings into a file and triedd to import saved file into same environment where I exported, but I am getting following error
"Login name already in use"
I followed the same process for restoring groups.Exported groups into a file and imported saved file into same environment, I was successfully restored thr groups.But I am failing to restore the user settings.
Any help or suggestions on this issue is greately appreciated.

Importing into the same environment is not supported.
Instead, you could create all the test users in production with all the roles and then deactivate the user, so they are not usable.
After you overwrite the non-production DBs with the production DB, you could then run a script (you will have to create it first) to activate all the users.

I have a project created in Macromedia Director 7. I was told by sales that this would import into Premere Pro.
However I have no Idea how! Any help would be appreciated.

I'm happy to announce to you all that my "mp4 importing" issues has been sorted out. Now I import mp4 shot with the same Windows Phone 8 Device into Adobe Premiere Pro CS4. Only that for the moment, it doesn't play as fast as with ordinary player.
But how did I get it to work, you may wonder;
I simply installed Itunes on the system, I also installed an app called media monkey. I can't say which of the apps did the magic but the next time I tried to import mp4 files into Premiere Pro after these installations, it imported seamlessly.
Obviously there's a link between the required codecs and the itunes itself.
You may want to try it and hope it works for you.

I am having a similar issues with you.
In my case, it is an ipod touch with beta ios7 with legit UDID.
It has been telling me that the activation server might be temporarily down since two weeks ago or even more.
Is the server really down?

OSD - 8007000F " Failed to save current environment block"

I have an issue with one of my Task Sequence OSD loads. I am using SCCM 2012 with a CAS trying to load a standalone drive.
The issue that i am having is it fails at the "Formatting C:\"
The logs are posted below.
I have tried to follow this: http://cmsource.net/2014/01/21/another-80070057-fail-apply-operating-system-image-step-in-sccm-2012/ But to no avail. I have tried using Diskpart, running clean cmd, and rebooting. That doesn't seem to help.

Sounds like your disk and/or disk controller isn't recognized during WinPE phase. Just download drivers needed from Lenovo, and put them in your boot image. Most off time only NIC and disk controller drivers are needed there. Hope it helps!

I've gotten a little further on this. The dynamic select is
working fine. It's the "a href" code that isn't. I'm wondering if
someone can look at this line and tell me if it's okay to build the
query string this way. The storeid comes through fine but I'm still
not getting the employeeid value to pass. Here's line that's not

It's purely connectivity problem .. make sure login credentials are correct! it should allow remote logon from R/3 to BI and vice versa

i have build a vertical menu with spry menu widget, Just
wondering if any one can guide me how to create an active state or
current state in the menu.
I want the visitor to understand which page they are on, so

Goods Issue activity creation for Funds Management Actuals Budgeting

Hi All,
We have implemented the commitment budget (PR/PO/GRIR) process at our workplace, and now we need to budget the actual consumption too (Goods Issue)
While trying to assign a strategy, I find that in the Activity Group, there is no Goods Issue activity group, but there are groups like Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Actual Posting, Controlling Posting etc defined for group numbers like 20,30,40,60, etc.
Do we need to create one, before we start budgeting the actuals too through the Goods Issuing process ? In that case, for the derivation strategy for this Goods Issue process, what value type and CO business transaction needs to be given to map it ? The value types too are categorised like invoices, payments, funds block, funds reservation, etc and the CO business transactions are FICA, RMBA, RMWA, etc, but there is not Goods Issue Transaction type.

I suppose you meant Goods Issue comes under Value Type "54", which is named Invoices.
I checked out for possible derivations in the AVC Activity Groups and found a CO Business Transaction RMWL - Possibly felt that there must be a derivation with this and value type 54 to get the correspoding activity 40 "Actual Posting" - I got a bit confused seeing a separate Goods Issue transaction type and thus felt that there might be a separate activity group too.

I Have an iPhone 5 and I want to get activity data into the health app. I have been using the fitbit app and a fitbit one device but fitbit have their head in the sand and are not going to develop this functionality.
i Am therefore looking for a replacement activity tracker.
