After the recent update one of my Apple TV 2nd generation, doesn't show for AirPlay connecting even when is enable. Also not able to access homeshare library event when show a connection.

Iphone 3gs "no sim card installed" issue after updating iOS

I have an iPhone 3Gs. Last week I started updating the iOS of the phone then, I was brought to the page wherein I need to activate the phone. After going through some tabs to tap, the screen says " iphone cannot be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable, try to connect to iTunes. So I followed what is instructed. I connected the phone to iTunes but the message says, There is no sim card installed on your iphone. Before I updated the phone, the sim card was not inside the phone, so I inserted it back after the message "no sim card installed, try to disconnect and insert your sim card". But still nothing happened, the message keeps appearing. Also, I can see a "No service" message on the upper Ieft part of the phone. Is the sim card not inside the phone before updating the iOS the main reason why the phone cannot recognize the sim card? first time iphone user here, my aunt gave me this iphone. I really need help. Ask your aun if the phone was hacked/jailbroken. Those problems are symtomatic of a hacked phone.

"No Service" issue after updating iOS 8.1

My iPhone 5 is really giving trouble after updating all iOS 8.01, iOS 8.02 & iOS 8.1. Cellular network is come to halt, "No Service" issue is regular and i am not able to use my iPhone 5 as phone.
Please help me out else i have to switch to some other phone.

I have similar problem but with a 6:   bought new iPhone 6 four days ago, phone and 3G signal were fine in UK from Sat to Mon.   Yesterday, I traveled to Belgium and have had 'no service' problem since.   I am carrying a Nokia feature phone which is locked on to local network and working fine.
If I power off the iPhone and power on, it comes back and joins the network.   Five or so minutes later, it has dropped the network and will not re-attach if I put in/out of flight mode; needs power reset, and then drops again.
It is conceivable that this is a carrier issue but given that Nokia is fine and all the postings that I'm finding on various discussion sites, then I feel that it is an iOS issue.   I'm booked in to visit the Apple Store at the weekend.   My previous iPhone 4S was running iOS 7 and had no such problems.
So, carrying an expensive brick at the moment and hoping for an iOS update that will resolve this.

Issues after updating ios 7.1.1 on my iPad Air

I just updated my iPad Air (32GB) this morning to ios 7.1.1 from 7.1. After updating, my iPad Air just went into recovery mode... I have more than 26GB data in my iPad Air... I tried several ways to reboot the iPad. But I still cannot turn my iPad normal... It's very very very disappointing because I have to connect to iTunes and erase all my data in order to get the iPad functional... That's so disappointing!

Have you tried resetting your iPad? I don't have a lot of confidence that it will work for you, but it's an easy thing to try and a good place to start.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If that doesn't help, you should probably restore the iOS software. You may even need to use recover mode. Both are covered in this in article.

This sounds more like a hardware issue.
Have you checked that the dock connector port is not dirty?

After update IOS from 6.0 to 7.1, my Apple Id cannot access to my Iphone due to the Apple ID that comment on IOS 7.0.2 was not matched to the old one.

I have gotten the problem after updated IOS to version 7.0.2. I signed up my IPhone with su* @pttplc.com as Apple ID via older IOS version and can use it normally but after I update the IOS version from 6.0 to 7.0.2, the Apple ID that commented on my IPhone is sx* @pxxxxx.com. It look like that the number of alphabet in Apple Id is not matched. The new one is less than the old one so I cannot log in my IPhone. After that I try asking for the new password but the new password was not send to su* @pttplc.com but send to my reserve e-mail instead. Please help me to fix the problem ASAP due to I cannot access IPhone for 2 month already.
Please suggest the solution to reset my IPhone to normal. Please advise ASAP. Thanks in advance.

If you recently changed your Apple ID and did not update your Apple ID on your device:
1. Tap Skip This Step to continue.
2. After completing iOS 7 setup, go to Settings > iCloud.

Syncing issues after updating to 10.3.1.55

After upgrading to itunes 10.3.1.55, today, it no longer recognizes my iPhone 4. I plug it in, the iPhone makes its normal syncing noice. I get a prompt, like always about it recognizing the camera and how i want to handle it. I cancel it, as usual, and then it never shows up in iTunes. I close itunes, connect my phone and it does not start itunes as it normally should. No error messages, just no response. Can anyone help with ideas?

I had the same issue, after updating to 10.3.1.55 it would error out saying something along the lines of not being able to read the catalog or something. I think the error even states do a restore to fix it. Last night that is what I did, clicked restore and then had it transfer all my items back. I'm glad I had just synced my phone prior to the update so the restore was really current.

It sounds like you’ve recently updated your iPad and now it’s disabled because the passcode you’re entering isn’t being accepted. I can imagine that would be frustrating. Same issue here on iPhone 4 after upgrade to IOS7. When launching iTunes store the iPhone loads data for a few secs, but then the screen is completely empty: No movies, no music, no genius.... The all page is completely white ( orblack for movies).
Tried all these tricks w/o success:
- Log off and on again on iTunes account
- Change system language
- Disable all iCloud syncs
- Disable all automated downloads from app store and iTunes store
Interestingly, iTunes store works perfectly with same account on iPad 2 after updateto IOS 7
Next I will try is to sync with MacBook.

I have solved my issue as well. For those who has not Find My Friends app in their devices should try this:
- Open Safari from iPhone and go to icloud.com
- Click (touch) Instal My Friends
- And follow above given instruction for this problem
