Issues downloading purchased creative suite?
I just purchased the adobe creative suite and have been having trouble downloading it. I followed the steps in the instruction guide, but when I click "open bundle," a text edit window opens with a bunch of text that makes no sense. I have a macbook pro that I purchased last year.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Alternative: If you wish to continue using the software on the Windows machine as well then your only recourse without buying again would be to install a Windows emulator on the Mac so that it has the rght environment to install in -
Where can I download Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection?
My computer was stolen which forced me to have to purchase another one. I am now trying to re-download all of the expensive programs I have purchased through out time & realized the new mac is designed with no optical drive. Nice. The old versions of software are impossible to find downloads of...I need to download Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection. Where do you hide the old downloads?

We just downloaded the Creative Suite 6 onto our computer, but it says that the serial number is incorrect. Do we use our serial number from CS5.5 because that didn't work?

Adobe now promotes their Cloud memberships. So consider subscribing to an Adobe Cloud membership if you want up-to-date software which will be upgraded regularly. -

We are sorry but you would not be able to update from Creative Suite 4 .The reason being there are no updates available for Acrobat version 9 .It is quite an older version so you are unfortunately not eligible for any updates or upgrade .
The best option for you would be to opt for Acrobat DC .

We just purchased Creative Suite 5 premium
We just purchased Creative Suite 5 for my class and we would like to make a still picture from a video clip we downloaded on our computer. Can we do this in one of the programs on Creative Suite 5 premium? We searched through the book and through the site and didn't see anything saying if we could or couldn't.

I bought a new iMac 27" yesterday, running with Mavericks OS. Attempting to download Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium. Loaded software from discs. When I check for updates they fail to install. A window comes up saying "Some updates failed to install." Then under each applications it says "There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later." Have done this several times. Suggestions?

i know extremely frustrating that there is no one to contact!
i got my friend to help not sure if your having the same problem but i had to download stuffit expander from the app store to expand the zip files that you initially download you should be able to open them and enter serial number from there
don't know if that helps theres no where that tells you how to do that so its extremely frustrating..
