Issues renewing developer membership

I've been having issues renewing my iOS Developer Program membership and adding the Mac Developer Program membership. I'm able to select to enroll in the Mac program, say that I'm currently enrolled in iOS Developer Program and I'm adding the Mac Developer program, it asks me to login (works okay), asks me to add the program I'd like to have (I select the Mac Developer Program), it then asks me to review my purchase details (i do, everything looks good), I hit continue and BAM....
"We are unable to process your request." (Url: developer.apple.com/ios/renew/listAgreement.action)
This has been like this since at least yesterday. Is anyone else having issues? Haven't heard back from Apple yet. I'm a sad panda.

Confirmed that everything is completed. No dice.
My account expires in 10 days. Just got off the phone with developer support and there answer in short was, "Uhhhh, this is weird. We need to escalate it. We can't promise it will get fixed by then." They said they would watch and make sure my account doesn't expire, but they can't guarantee anything. They also cannot renew or set up new accounts over the phone.
At the moment I'm on a complete holding pattern and I'm pretty bummed about it.
Hopefully they figure this out soon.
