Issues with a Credit Card Machine using a VG202

Has anyone run into any issues with using CC machines with using SCCP on a VG202?
Setup: 2 CC Machines--> VG202 --> connecting to Call Manager 8.6 using DHCP. Both of my CC machines work fine doing a normal CC transaction, but at the end of the day the client runs a batch report on the cc machine but the cc machine will time out after 1 min. The Batch report usually takes about 3 to 4 mins to complete.

Adding "network-clock-select 1 T1 0/0/0" to the config resolved the issue. No more slips and credit card machine runs smoothly now.

I added an iTunes card to my account. THe balance shows on the account, but I can not download, because iTunes has an issue with the debit card linked to the account. Shouldn't it default to the balance from the card I added?

You need to fix the issue with the credit card on the iTunes account or you can remove the credit card.

Please be aware that you are not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums. The only people who will reply to your posts are we your fellow users.
Since you don't say what resources and methods you've been attempting to get this matter resolved, it's difficult to offer suggestions. But if your credit card has been used without your permission, your primary recourse should be to your credit card company to report the unauthorized charges and have them issue you a new credit card. If your card has been compromised such as to make unauthorized charges on the iTunes Store, it's highly probably that it can be used elsewhere.

You should be able to change or remove the card information there. If not, go here:
iTunes Support
and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store, if you have not done so already. If you have, please post back with a summary of what they told you and perhaps someone can offer additional suggestions as to how to proceed.

Major Issue: VPP Managed Distribution & Apple IDs with no credit cards

Hopefully someone from Apple can advise on a temporary workaround for this issue, or when the problem will be resolved. If anyone else has experienced this issue with Managed Distribution using the VPP Token, and has a workaround, I'd be very grateful.
My set-up
OS X Server running on Mavericks, MacBook Pro
Using managed distribution via Profile Manager with the new VPP Token, I am successfully able to push FREE apps to my staff and students. However, problems occur when pushing paid apps. If I try to push a paid app to a staff Apple ID it's fine, because most of the staff have credit cards on file. The issue arises when pushing paid apps to student Apple IDs with no credit card.
This is a real issue, because we have purchased the app already, and technically it is 'free' to whomever we push the app to in our organisation. What has also happened is when apps have gone 'free' (promotions etc) we have been able to 'buy' them at their free 'price' via VPP, but when trying to distribute them using Managed Distribution (the only option available for free apps) it classes them as 'paid' and requires a credit card be attached to the Apple ID also.
Managed Distribution for our organisation, seemed to be the perfect solution, in that we could keep track of which members of staff and students had which apps and also have the ability to revoke them. Unfortunately because of the requirement for credit cards for VPP enrolled Apple IDs I am unable to distribute any paid or 'gone free' apps.
I imagine that as more organisations turn to Managed Distribution using the token, as it is still only early days at the moment, more and more people will realise that it is not possible. I suspect many people will be yet to test it out, but for the moment it doesn't work :-(

Hey there MrsStephenson. I was just getting on here to post a similar question regarding the new Managed Distribution. We are experiencing a similar issue with Paid App Distribution but even if we add a card to the Apple ID we are trying to push to it still doesn't work. I am glad to hear we are not the only ones out there with issues regarding Managed Distribution so far as I know the more folks running into problem the more traction this will get.
I have tried so many different methods of setting up devices and I just can't get it to work. Oddly enough about a week and a half ago it started working for about an hour or so on one of my devices I was testing with (iPad Mini Retina WIFI) but then quit working shortly later when I got out and iPad Air and tried again.
I have been working with AppleCare Enterprise Support/EDU Support but so far they have not divulged much information to me. Just about the only bit of information I have received from them is as of right now they don't have any work arounds but they have had a few more of this type of problem popping up.
It was odd in that when I first got my licenses and started implementing devices it was working fine. Then, out of the blue the apps stopped automatically downloading to the devices and I had to start selecting the Push Apps option in Profile Manager to get it to work. Then eventually it quit working all together and now only free apps will install.
I hope more people start reporting/coming forward with this issue as I know that should help expedite Apple to come up with a solution. I have about 20 iPads sitting in my cabinet that people are waiting for out in our shop and I can't do anything with them until I can distribute the apps to them.

With iOS 8's family sharing, will family members be able to share apps that they previously purchased with different credit cards with one another for free (given that they will all use the same credit card once iOS 8 comes out)?

Question 1: In my family of 4, we currently have different Apple ID's and we all use different credit cards to purchase our apps and media. When iOS 8 is released, if we agree to share the same credit card, will we be able to access apps that a family member purchased with their own credit card prior to iOS 8's release? To clarify, under iOS 7, Member 1 has purchased Apps A and B with his credit card. Under iOS 8, if Members 1, 2, 3, 4 decide to use Member 4's credit card, will Members 2, 3, 4 be able to access Apps A and B?
Question 2: If we all decide to use the same credit card now, once iOS 8 is released, will family members have access to the apps/media purchased by the fourth family member?

If it is longer available then you can't get the app on your phone.

Having had recently a problem with my credit card with itunes (the only place I ever used that particular card), and several fraudulent charges, I no longer wish to give my credit card information to itunes or any other apple outfit. Can we pay for icloud by cheque, or money order, or some other way, perhaps a bank account where I would leave just enough money to cover the payment. This would be the only I would pay for icloud. I do NOT like using my credit card if I don't have to, and I went out of my way to go buy an Apple gift card, which I successfully redeemed into my Apple account. However, when I use the Apple "Cards" app, it will not let me use anything other than my credit card. I tried purchasing a card, hopefulling it would come out of my Apple store balance, but no such luck -- it came out of my credit card.

whenever you attempt to put a card on itunes it puts a temporary $1 authorization hold for 24 hours - 48 hours depending on your bank - since you attempted so many times that is why that $1 is showing up so often - are you using a debit card? because if you are then if even the authorization hold doesn't go through like it should it will show a "ghost" charge that will drop off soon - it isn't fraud though - make sure your billing address is correct - if that doesn't work contact itunes store at getsupport.apple.com - click itunes - itunes store and follow the prompts and you can chat or email them.
