Issues with Lotus to Exchange 2010 Invites

Question

Hello,
I am having an issue with 1 or 2 users that happens when they are cc'd on a meeting invite from lotus notes. When these users are CC'd on an invite, the invite goes directly to the deleted items. I have checked for any rules in Outlook and did not see any
rules for these users at all. I also checked them using OWA and there were none. This happens even if Outlook ios closed and the user is only logged into OWA. The first user that experienced this is not using a mobile device at all for accessing email so it
does not appear to be related to a mobile device. We noticed this began right after migrating the user from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010, and believe it is related to that.

Hi,
Since it's an issue which seems more likely related to Exchange, we'd better post this question in Exchange forum:

Before that, we can still check some settings on Outlook to see if that may be related. Please try the following steps:
Microsoft Outlook 2007
From the Tools menu, select Options.
Select the Preferences tab.
Select the Email Options button, and then select the
Advanced Email Options button.
Make sure the Delete meeting request from Inbox when responding checkbox is not selected.
Select the OK button on the three dialog boxes to close them.
Microsoft Outlook 2010 & 2013
Click the File tab, then Options, and then select
Mail.
Under the Send messages heading, make sure the Delete meeting requests and notifications from Inbox after responding checkbox is not selected.
Click the OK button to close the dialog box.
