Issues with PA48 after applying HRSP 604 - 29

Recently we applied the HRSP 604 - 29. PA48 has been acting weired. After everything is entered and saved the Actions screen is dsipalyed to enter information again instead of thge PA48 list. Also sometimes the list is displayed buit the list still has the employee I just hired. So I have to perform the hire action again. Please help

My wife and I are on different networks ie GCI vs AT&T after we both updated our iphones to 6.1 we no longer can receive texts messaging even though both are phones say the message was delivered. we can however text with other iphone users as long they are withing the same carrier and with everyone as long as they are not other iphones regardless of the carrier as well as with other iphon users that are still using 6.0. My wife and I also have ipads with wifi only and the one we updated to 6.1 is having the same issue while the one that is still 6.0 has no issue and will send and receive messages with out issue even to and from the 6.1 devives that are having issues. I have contacted both service providers and was told it is a Apple messaging issue. At this point I just would like to find and reinstal the 6.

Issue with amavisd after upgrade to 2.6.4 folowing topicdesk tutorial

Running into various issues with my mail server after applying Security Update 2009-005 to my MacOS X Server 10.4.11, I have upgraded Amavisd, SpamAssassin and ClamAV to the most recent versions respectively 2.6.4, 3.2.5 and 0.95.2 using the topicdesk tutorials as in the past.
Amavisd now refuses to start issuing a
setrgid() not implemented at /usr/bin/amavisd line 13421
I have reinstalled everything several times in case I would have made a mistake but no luck.
Falling back to the previous version of amavisd (2.6.3) does not fix the problem.
Has someone an idea on where to look.
A thread in 2008 speaks about the same massage but I have been able to figure out how the problem was fixed.
Urgent help welcome.

Thanks for your reply. Neither amavisd.log not system.log gives any clue on where the problem comes from. I was trying to use debug to get an idea on where the problem comes from but it seems not to work as before though.
I am definitely not a UNIX specialist. How do you run amavisd in debug mode than if you can't no longer run it from the command line with debug.
Regarding the installation process, I have followed the tutorial line by line and did it 5 times just to be sure.
I nevertheless experienced several issues that I fixed :
1. force install Convert::UUlib failed. I had to run the install out of CPAN.
2. running /usr/local/bin/spamassassin -V fails with command not found but succeed when run as /usr/bin/spamassassin -V
3. sudo su clamav "spamassassin --lint" generating 2 warnings due to ok_locales and ok_languages in /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf even after running spamtrainer -f, fixed by commenting out the two lines.
To ensure that I did not do a typo, I have copied an unmodified version of amavisd.conf tp /etc/amavisd.conf. Same issue. Amavisd won't start.
Is there a way to get what executing amavisd debug from the terminal was doing ?
Will run a clean install on a different server that runs the same os level but was never upgraded using topicdesk tutorials and see what happens.

Issues with GoogleMail after updating to iOS 4.2.1

yesterday I have updated my iPhone to 4.2.1.
Now I have issues with syncing my mails, calender and notes from Google.
All apps (Mail, Calender and Notes) crashed right after opening them. So I decided to create a new account on my iPhone. Therefore I deleted my existing acoount and started to configure a new one (Settings => Mail, Contacts, Calender => Add account => Google Mail). After filling the form with all necessary inputs (name, address, password and description) the app crashes.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

I just experienced the exact same thing after upgrading from iOS 4.2.x to iOS 4.3...
Now my iPad shows the picture of the white USB cable that tells me to connect to iTunes to (re)activate. After trying this nothing happens - except from a message in iTunes telling me that;
"There is a problem with your iPad.
We're sorry, the iPad you connected may be damaged and canot be activated for service. We recommend you to visit your nearest Apple Store for more information. To find your..."
Anyone else had similar exeriences?!

Issues with screensaver after playing video in iTunes

I've recently started having an issue with my screensaver not turining itself on if i pause videos played in iTunes (fullscreen), and after escaping fullscreen view and pausing video the screensaver won't turn itself on. At all, not until I restart my iMac.
The iMac is completely up to date (OS X 10.7.2), bought mid-2011, came with Lion. I just got the iMac back from repair service, it should be working fine. Why is this happening?

My guess is that you have an Nvidia Nforce SATA controller, and are affected by a known bug in the Nvidia driver. Apple mention it briefly at the bottom of this document. HP have posted what appears to be a standard Microsoft SATA driver here to work around the problem until Nvidia releases an updated driver. Since it appears to be a standard driver, you may be able to install it on a non-HP system too.

Willl there be any issue with spool after moving to unicode

We are moving from non-unicode to unicode. My doubt is that will there be any issues related to the spools that are generated in the non-unicode environment ? WIll the fuction module CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF will have any issues with the non-unicode spools in unicode environment?

Strange issue with formatting after opening CSV - profile specific

I have an issue with Excel 2010 in my user profile when I open any CSV. The first twelve rows autodetect dates and allow me to manipulate the data as dates. All following rows do not. This is specific only to my user profile. It also
occurs if I rename the csv to .txt and import it. It does not allow me to format the data in those rows even after saving the .csv as an excel spreadsheet.
I created a new user and it works properly.
I have attempted to correct this by deleting the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Excel 14, by replacing the office
files in my roaming profile, and even by creating Sheet.xltx and book.xltx, all to no avail. I have a lot of data in this profile and prefer not to simply use a new profile.
Can someone please help me to correct this matter?

It figures - I solved my own problem moments after posting this. I reset all customizations in Region and Language Format settings and it resolved the matter.

Issues with ApexLib after upgrading to Apex4

After upgrading our application to Apex 4 we have run into some issues that look to be related to ApexLib. We had issues with popup LOV’s and some tabular forms, after upgrading to ApexLib 2.1.2 the popup LOV's seem to be resolved. But we still have some problems when trying to update a tabular form that uses ApexLib validation. When trying to update we get an error that 'field' is needed, but the 'field' has been selected from a select LOV.
The error shows "Row 1: Health ED is required."

Having issue with variable after upgrade in bi7.0

I have issue with variable
For example Plant info object has attributes country, company code, storage location
etc.
When I run the report. If I click on plant variable it is showing me the all the data for all country , compony code , storage location. I donot want this.
I just want only plant input values on variable screen

Also the characteristics mentioned - are they compounding attributes ? if yes then tey will come in your variable entry.

Issue with SUIM after EHP5 Upgrade

Dear All,
We have recently upgraded our SAP System to EHP5, everything seems to be normal though.
1. When we do a search in SUIM under "Roles by Complex Selection Criteria" --> Transaction Code --> KSB9 and hit Execute we are popped up with about 1000+ Roles, however none of the roles list are assigned with this transaction.
2. When we do a similar search in SUIM under "Roles by Complex Selection Criteria" --> Authorization Object S_TCODE and set the value to KSB9 this work and provides with with a list of roles which has access to the Transaction code KSB9.
We tested the same in other system which is not yet upgraded to EHP5, we see that the system gives the correct list of roles by doing in the above mentioned two ways.
I have search in the market place to find a bug fix however no solution found.
Please advice for a fix.

Issue with bootadm after mobo upgrade

the motherboard of one of our servers died and I decided to take this opportunity to upgrade the server. With the new mobo though, the order of the disks is different. I managed to get the system to boot by recreating the device tree, but I am still having some issues with bootadm.
When I run bootadm list-menu, I get error messages saying that it can't find the menu.lst, which is normal as it looks like it is still searching for the menu.lst at the old location, i.e. /dev/dsk/c0d0s0, when the new location is /dev/dsk/c2d0s0. The weird thing though is that if I run bootadm list-archive, I get no error messages. Any idea what I can do to fix this? I have tried to run bootadm update-archive -f -R, as well as installgrub -m /boot/grub/stage1 /boot/grub/stage2 /dev/rdsk/c2d0s0, but nothing seems to fix it.
I am running Solaris 5.11 snv_60.

Permissions issue with Entourage after upgrading to Leopard

I upgraded my system to Leopard and in doing so, did a "clean" install. I copied my backup Database file to the Identity folder and now i get "you do not have sufficient permissions to view contents of this folder" when trying to launch. If i let Entourage create a new database file, it works fine....

I usually keep the program open and the computer running. However, it gets like this in under a day. This just started to happen since I update to 10.4.7.

I believe that I have found the issue. The issue appears to be the Flip4Mac Universal Beta. It had worked fine under 10.4.6 as far as memory goes but must have an issue with 10.4.7. I uninstalled Flip4Mac and memory went back to normal range.
