Issues with PDFMaker Bookmarks Tab

When I create a PDF from a MS Word document, I mark certain Heading and Style checkboxes in the Bookmarks tab of the Acrobat PDFMaker dialog. However, when the PDF is created, all of the Headings appear in the Bookmarks pane, even though I marked only the Heading 1 and/or Heading 2 checkboxes. This does not seem to happen with Styles, only headings. When I mark a Heading checkbox, Acrobat automatically marks the "Convert Word Headings to Bookmarks" checkbox at the top of the Acrobat PDFMaker dialog. How can I create a PDF with only the Heading and Style bookmarks I want in the Bookmarks pane?

Yes, I installed all updates of Acrobat and have been checking for updates periodically. Thanks.

Issue with create user and issue with Java Development tab

I have two issues with EP,
1. When i login with Super Admin user, i am unable to Create any user from User Admin tab. Do i have to change the settings of the Super Admin? or is there any criteria for creating the user?
2. How to assign any user the Java Development tab. Though i login with a super admin user i am unable to see the Java Development role and when tried to assign the role, there were no searches for that Java....

Hi Adi,
by default the super administrater has got all permissions. Thus you should be able to create portal users when using a user assigned to the portal group Administrators.
In order to help you with your first question we need more information. Please describe the malfunction in detail. Have a look into the log files and post related error messages.
Regarding your second question: You will find the java development role in PCD
pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/platform_add_ons/com.sap.pct.pdk/Roles/com.sap.pct.pdk.JavaDeveloper.
If not, then you haven't installed the PDK business package in your portal.
Go to service.sap.com, choose downloads and search the package (PDK should do it). Download the package, and deploy on your portal using SDM.

Issues with iCloud Bookmarks on Chrome

Hello! I've looked through a couple of previous discussions, but I can't find anything that fixes my problem.
Basically a while back I had issues with Chrome and had to uninstall it. I reinstalled it and it's working, but the iCloud bookmarks extension wasn't there.
After redownloading it, I've found that I can't synchronise my iCloud bookmarks with Chrome and vice versa.
When I look at my iCloud control panel, it says Chrome doesn't have the extension installed. When I look at Chrome, it tells me to sign in on the iCloud control panel, which I have.
Am I missing something incredibly obvious here? The image shows what each section is saying. Any help at all is appreciated!

Thank you! I think I have stumbled upon my answer. It seems they have removed the idisk functionality from the mobile me and not included it in icloud which is very sad as i am a huge apple user and now i am forced to use dropbox or similiar to do what used to be built in.

Issues with Samsung Galaxy Tab S after installing 5.0.2

Hi all, After updating to the latest firmware I have had nothing but issues leading to the tablet now being useless. Power drains in seconds dropping from 53% to 2% in 3 minutes and loosing mobile connection every few minutes. The tablet turns itself off constantly and it is completely useless. I have done the usual, deleted cche partitions's, soft reset, complete reset, deleted all data on SD card inserted and checked SIM in my phone to make sure it works. Anyone else had these issues or other, this is redicoulus. After waiting months for the same update for my Galaxy Note 3 I am staring to have other issues with this also and this is very worrying. many thanks

The update is FOTA. Your device will notify u when its your turn. They send them out in batches.
Now you can take it to a best buy to the Samsung experience center and have them flash it. Also a Att device support center can do it.

Smartview 9.3.3 issue with Options Display tab Replacement NoData

I am testing an upgrade from 9.3.1 to 9.3.3. I have Office 2010 on a new WindowsXP laptop and using IE8.
What I have found with the Options menu on the Display tab that it will NOT let me put the value zero in the fields for Replacement #NoData or #NoAccess.
This is a huge problem for us as we use excel packs to upload our monthly reporting packs and have excel formula and HsGet formula built into the pack and when you refresh you get #Value error now instead of the no data fields populating with zero.
Has anyone else had this issue and can suggest a solution please.

Issues with the Albums tab in iTunes on iPhone 5

I am running the latest version of iTunes of my Macbook Air and OS 6.1.2 on my iPhone 5. I synced about 60 albums by 24 artists to the iPhone. I open up Music app on the Iphone and see five tabs on the bottom -- Artists, Albums, Audiobooks, Compilations and More. I push the Artists tab and I get a list of all 24 artist. If I rotate the phone to landscape mode it then shows me the album flow. The issue begins when I press the Albums tab -- only a single album shows up there with a list of 25 songs features on the album. No other albums show there. Is this normal behavior for the Music app or am I loosing my mind?

backup the device with itunes.
Restore the device with itunes and set up as new.
Sign into the facetime and imessage to activate it.
After that is done and activation is good.
Restore from the backup.
Then make sure to sign into facetime and imessage again and you should be good to go

I am facing the below problem with LiveCycle DS NIO Streaming AMF.
I am using NIO Streaming AMF for pushing data to clients using Subtopics and selectors. The Consumer I have used is MultiTopicConsumer.
The issue that when I try to open the application in two tabs of a browser, the consumers from the first tab connect fine, but the consumers from the 2nd tab throws the below error as taken from flashlog.txt.

[Xfce4] Issue with creating new tab in terminal

So, when I create a new tab in terminal I got a black rectangle in the top left corner of my screen it dimensions is like terminal window itself.
I have this problem on Xfce4 and Lxde as well.
What info do you need to help me with this issue?

I noticed that problem with Xfce's terminal as well. I remember it also effecting firefox or other windows depending on how I moved things around.
I think I may have solved the issue by disabling Xfce's desktop effects, or something to that effect. I haven't seen the problem since I switched over to xmonad though.

Issue with PDFMaker Acorbat 10.1.8

I'm trying to right click convert to PDF .docx documents. I conintue to get an error. An unexpected error occurred. PDFmaker is unable to produce the Adobe PDF. I'm using Office 2010 x32 SP2. It is running Windows 7 x64 SP1. If I can get help It would be appreciated.

I clicked on something to try to find "source" for embed and now I lost toolbar and can't get it back. It's the toolbar with the bookmark tab and I now cannot find any bookmarks. There is nothing on firefox to help me to put this toolbar back on.

I clicked on something and it disappeared. I wanted 2 embed a video and someone told me there should be a "source" button on the toolbar that I need to click on. I clicked on something & then the entire toolbar was gone. And now I cannot get it back.

Firefox 3.6+ versions have a feature to allow the user to hide the Menu bar.
Hit the '''Alt''' key to temporarily show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark. <br />
The F10 can also be used on most PC's to temporarily reveal the Menu bar.

PDFMaker issue with Excel

I'm experiencing an issue with PDFMaker when converting an Excel 2003 document. I have an image that is in the header of the Excel document. When I print in Excel it looks fine, but when I covert it to PDF it is much smaller. This seems to only happen when the Excel document is in "print to fit" mode. Does anyone have a fix?

Typically, "print to fit" scales content.
Scaling an image at a value less than 100% will increase the image's effective resolution while reducing its size (x-y dimensions).
If the image must be of the original dimensions then avoiding "print to fit" may be called for.
Something worth a look over when output to PDF is from content having images.
Go into Acrobat's Preferences.
Select the Category "Convert to PDF".
Scroll through the supported file formats.
See it what you are using is listed. Select it. Often, there is a Edit button that can be used to configure the conversion to PDF.
Such things as downsampling and compression for black/white - gray scale - color.

Issue with Tabbing

I’m having some issues with Captivate and tabbing. I’m working on 2 different projects, and they have opposite tabbing problems. These courses will need to pass 508 functionality testing and will not with their current issues.
Project 1: Captivate tabs to everything on the slide (text, background objects, buttons, clickboxes, etc.) in a random order.
Project 2: Captivate only tabs to buttons. It does not tab to other interactive elements such as click boxes and hyperlinks.
For both projects, I would like them to only tab to interactive elements: Buttons, Hyperlinks, and Clickboxes.
I have tried using "tab order" on both projects and sorting the order of items in the timeline, but neither option has worked.
I have also looked into "seamless" tabbing and verified that it is turned off.
These issues occur in both the preview and published SWF file.
Is there a way to select what should be "tabbable" ?

Issues with iCloud tabs function

I am having issues with the iCloud tabs function in Safari 6. even though i have turned on the Safari Prefrences in iCloud the tabs open on my iPad 2 do not appear on my Mac. Your help is much appreciated

Urgent help - Issue with Search results in Web help (Robohelp10)

I am facing an issue with the Search tab of my Web help output. The search is performed only on a part of the text entered.
For example, I search for a word "Planning", the results are generated for "plan".
I search for the word "Table", the results are generated for "Tabl"
I search for "corresponding", the results for "correspon" are displayed.
Is this an existing issue? Is there any fix for this.

This is the option Jeff was referring to. I see it in my own RoboHelp version 10. As we aren't seeing it in your screen capture, I'm wondering if this was an option that was added via a service release you haven't installed.
I do suppose another possibility would be that you are using RoboHelp for Word and perhaps that isn't an option with that application.
