    I tried to deauthorize and reauthorize, but not cannot even connect to iTunes store to reauthorize.
    The absolute only thing that changed is an upgrade of iTunes 11.1.3, which has blocked myself and countless others, out of the iTunes store.
    I just dropped 400 bucks on a new iPad Mini, and am starting to regret being so heavily invested with Apple when their own updates break my products, and none of their fixes actually work.
    so what's the deal? Has ANYONE had any success with this issue?

    removing manually all cookies, in Safari, then blocking all cookies seamed to work for now. Until...who knows!?
    Of course, apparently I don't know my own security questions for my own iPad now, and hence begins another iTunes related mess of wasted time.

  • After upgrading to iOS 8.2, my iTunes store crashing after selecting 'Films'.

    When I open iTunes store and select 'Films', iTunes store crashes while loading. It is working fine on Music, Search, Tones filters. I think it started happening after upgrading OS to iOS 8.2.
    I am on wi-fi.

    I understand that after you updated to iOS 8.2, while typing a message your iPhone seems to be locking itself. In this situation, there are a couple of different troubleshooting steps that I would recommend. 
    First, I would suggest closing the Messages application completely by using the instructions in the attached article below. 
    Force an app to close in iOS - Apple Support
    After the Messages app is closed, I would recommend resetting your iPhone using the instructions in the next attached article. After the reset, open Messages fresh and attempt to use as you normally would.

    Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
    ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
    ☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
    The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
              SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
    from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
              View ▹ Show Log List
    from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then take one of the actions that you're having trouble with. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
    The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
    Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
    Please don't post screenshots of log messages—post the text.
    Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.

  • The Itunes Store is temporarily unavailable - again?

    I'm completely updated - mountain lion, itunes, iphone, ipad, all up to date with latest software. As of last night I started getting
    and it's still doing this this morning. I've searched these forums for ideas, but none has worked so far. Obviously I've checked my internet connection, it's working; and downloading these same updates onto my iphone works fine, but I'd like to get this fixed on my computer.
    Any ideas?

    I was having an identical experience.  Yesterday afternoon, completed about half my updates.  Attempted to do the others last night and could not connect to the Store.  Tried again this morning, and still no go.
    Everything (OSX, iTunes, iOS) all updated, but iTunes Store not responding. 
    However, I tried sduck's "one at a time" solution and it worked for me as well, except that the "update all" option continued to not work.  I had to click on each app one at a time.

    Forse trovata soluzione, provate così:
    Fate il Backup di tutto
    Fate triplo-click sulla linea sottostante per selezionarla per intero:
    ~/Library/Application Support/SyncServices/
    Click destro o control-click sulla linea selezionata
    Selezionare "Mostra nel Finder" dal menu contestuale.
    Verrà individuata la cartella della riga sopra contenente un solo file.
    Chiudete iTunes.
    Spostate nel cestino il file contenuto nella cartella.
    Riaprite iTunes e provate la sincronizzazione.

  • IPad iOS 6 WiFi, iMessage and iTunes store problems - not the usual

    When I first updated my iPad 3 to iOS 6, everything ran relatively smoothly. Then the problems started piling on, beginning with me being absolutely unable of logging into iMessage. It's always the same error message: "Incorrect password". My password is correct, I am using the password I have always used so I know it is correct. Besides that, I tried changing it and that did not matter either way.
    Now, the next problem is the common "Unable to connect to iTunes store" which has been talked about a lot on here.
    In an effort to try to fix that problem, I reset all network settings for the iPad and that's when the next problem began.
    After I reset the network settings, I have not been able to connect to a secure network.
    I have now tried
    changing the encryption for the router password from WPS-SPK to WEP and back again
    connecting to three different routers with three different passwords
    set up multiple hotspots using my laptop with multiple passwords
    resetting the network settings over and over again
    and all those attempts have failed. I always get the same message as in the picture even though I know for a fact that the password is correct, my laptop accesses that network with flying colors using the same password as I tried on the iPad. And yes, I tried it again. And again and again and again.
    Now, this is really annoying. Not being able to access WiFi on my iPad is f****** annoying! Please help!

    Additional things to try.
    Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
    Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
    Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
    Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

    Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

    Try to log out of the App Store in Settings/iTunes and App Store/Apple-ID. Then reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. Sign into the App Store again and see if you can use the App Store after that.

  • I just updated to iOS 7 on my iphone 4 and now my iTunes Store doesn't work. The App Store works fine, but the iTunes comes up blank whenever I touch the icons. It doesn't even seem like it loads at all. Can anyone help?

    I just recently updated the software on my ihpone 4 to the iOS 7 and now my iTunes Store does not work. All of my other apps work perfectly fine except iTunes.  Whenever I open the app, the icons for music and movies and tv shows come up, but when I touch them, nothing happens. The screen is just blank. And I already tried updating again, updating iTunes on my computer, turning my iphone off and on, and resetting my ihpone, and nothing works. Can anyone help?

    I searched this site for ios 7 and itunes store and found numerous others with the same problem, and several suggested solutions. One said that they had blocked all cookies and that was apparently the problem. I had done the same thing - blocked all cookies. So I set cookies back to "third parties and advertisers" and that solved the problem. Now the itunes store is working.

    After I downloaded iOS 7 and opened up the iTunes store, nothing came up. I just see a blank white/black screen depending on which tab (music, movies etc) is selected. I tried restarting the iPad and also switching off and turning the Wifi back on. Anyone else have similar issues? I have a 3rd generation iPad (64 GB).

    I had this same problem.  Tried everything the internet said including a full restore.  Which was terrible.  Nothing worked until.....go to general...reset....reset all settings.
    You had to go back in and reset anything you customized afterwards, however it does not allow the store to load.  Thanks! 

  • I have an iPad mini, 16GB, running on the 7.1.2 iOS system, my App Store icon is no longer on my home screen and neither is my iTunes Store icon. They are listed in my settings but I can't access any unless through other games, or songs on iPad.

    I Have an iPad mini operating on 7.1.2 iOS. My App Store icon as well as my iTunes Store icon are missing from my home scree. They are still listed under my settings, but I can't access them unless it's through an app that already exists. Where can I go to reinstall these?  I use the same Apple ID on my iPhone 5c as well and they are on the iPhone, but I don't know how or why they just disappeared from my iPad and want to know how to get them back without having to reset my iPad and lose what I have on it.   • Unable to load itunes store on iphone 4S after updating to ios 7

    After I updated my iphone 4S to ios 7, I am unable to load the itunes store on my phone.  It spins like it is loading and then stops, but the screen is blank.  Does anyone know what might cause this?

    Are you talking about the Search screen? If so, it has been hung up for the last 24 hours....undoubtedly server related. I do not have IOS 7 yet, but it is doing the same thing on my iPhone....
    I'm waiting until the weekend to try it again. No point in getting crazy over it.
