IStore and TCA

Hope this is the right place to post this question.
We are currently running Oracle 11i (11.5.10r2). We currently are using iStore, one of the requirements we have today is to have a single user account with a relationship to multiple customers (these customers may or may not be within a single party id).
Only solution I have found is for us to create multiple user accounts. Is there another way we can do this?
What we need is to register a single user, which can buy products from our site for multiple customers (these customers are in our customer master today).
Sounds strange, but we have outside firms that buy products on behalf of our customers.
So we need a single user account to be able to buy products from within iStore for many customers.
Any help is appreciated.

I do not have expertise in iStore. But from TCA perspective: Have you explored the possibility of having an account setup for 'outside firm' with account sites for each customer? So that 'Bill To' address is of 'outside firm' but 'Ship To' can be various account sites (its customers).
'Outside company' purchases product from iStore (and gets Billed) and product gets shipped to various customer (account sites of 'outside company').
'Outside company' can then have 'Account Relationships' (Bill To / Ship to) with other Customer accounts.

Hi,
Does anyone know if using TCA for suppliers provides and functional benefits in AP, specifically with regard to entering and processing invoices?
Other than storing the information differently, which may provide reporting benefits, what difference does it make to an end user?
I cannot find any information that will answer this question.

I have purchased a film from the istore and it had transferred to my download but I can not do it as it say I don't have enough storage. I pressed the he version and know SD are smaller how can I change it to SD version?

Tap Settings > General > About then swipe down, you'll see Available.
Make sure there's at least 500MB's of storage space.

JTF_UM_APPROVAL_URL is at iStore and OM application level as per implementation guide. But still in workflow mailer we are getting following messages:
URL: 3012: Illegal characters found in 'https://abc.com:443/<< Please define the URL for the application login in the JTF_UM_APPL_URL profile option >>'.

If you had referenced to OA_HTML/ in the profile option url setting, replace this with the virtual directory mapped to the JSP file location.

Internet sites which are built on iStore and iSupport

We are planning to implement iStore and iSupport for our client.
Looking for already implemented internet sites which are built on both istore and iSupport modules.
We have seen many sites which are implemented on istore but none with iSupport.
Any references for the same is highly appreciated.

If you don't have a backup copy of the domain.sites2 file that resides in your Users/Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder, you will have to recreate them from scratch. Chapter 2.3 on the iWeb FAQ.org site has tips on using some of the existing files, image, audio, video, etc., from the published site in the recreation of the site.

As these iStore and iSupport belong CRM Family and based on JTT Fwk.
I have idea about customization for iStore. (Using iStore admin Resp).
Is Customization would be same as IStore for ISupport Product.

iSupport and iStore shares many common modules like Registration, Profile pages, User Management. So it will help if you know one product to customize other. Also the JTT framework is same. So the skills required are similar

It is hardly Apple's fault that Epson can't/won't update their driver, but at least Epson suggest that you use the Gutenprint driver, which in any case is far better that what Epson offer.

I purchased a Macbook Air 11" in January 2011. It has one key on the keyboard which sticks making an irritating clicking sound that I would like to get fixed. I took it into my local iStore but they were not at all encouraging, saying they doubt that Apple warranty will cover something like this, and also that the whole keyboard would have to be replaced as they don't do individual key repairs.
This is very unreasonable to me. Firstly, the keyboard does work (is not actually broken) although the intermittent clicking sound of a single key is very irritating to me and I expect more from an Apple product than a flawed keyboard.
Any thoughts, tips and insight on this greatly appreciated.

Just wanted to conclude by saying that I did go to an Apple store and after supplying proof of purchase and verifying the warranty etc, I had my MacBook checked out by one of the technicians who (after finding that my machine was immaculate bar the sticky keyboard of course) they replaced the entire keyboard within a week.
I was so happy with the helpful and prompt service and am now so happy with my new silent keyboard!
Also wanted to add that the young guy who told me at the iStore that he doubted Apple would support this and guessed Apple likely say it was due to user damage was being a tool, and he was obviously assuming that I had done something wrong to break my keyboard.
This was my first Mac purchase and I was delighted to find that the support is genuine and not just a rumor... I have since gone on to purchase an iPad2 will probably buy the iMac too once my trusty PC needs replacing. I was never a PC hater and got on well with windows, and was actually reluctant to make the change - but so far so good :)

When I go to buy a movie on netflix, with apple tv, it keeps telling me to go to the iStore and update my payment information. I have done this over and over, but it still keeps doing that. Any ideas?

Movies are not bought via Netflix, then are rented or borrowed.

I have received a number of emails saying I ordered somethign at the itune or istore and it was being charged.   I did not do this....is this a scam?   Tried to look on my account info to be sure my credit card is off it.

I got a video from iStore and it will play in iTunes but not on my iPod

One of the videos i purchased back in Feb 2006 (TV show) was wiped from the purchased list with the iTunes 7 update and no longer shows up in any of the playlists anywhere on my iPod. I can play it in iTunes on my computer, but no matter what changes I tried, it won't update it to my iPod again.
Other videos, such as smaller clips, that I purchased around the same time are still there and playable, as well as tv shows I have bought since. I still have a copy of the receipt for this video in my inbox. What can I try to do to get my iPod to recognize the file again?

Perhaps it is time to try performing a RESTORE on your iPod and see if that clears it up.

Ipad goes to istore and can't get to my music

sync'd thru itunes and can't get to my music or photo's. goes right to the store and stays there.

If you see this picture, you need to connect to iTune (computer) to recover your iPad.

ITunes, iPad, iStore and a gift

I'm trying to receive an album from the Belgian music Store.
Initially I had credit in the UK store that I had to spend because I couldn't change stores. I spent it and then through the Settings repeatedly tried to change countries both with and without the gift code, with and without card details. Using the link from the Giver's email I was told the AppleID couldn't access the Belgian store and that the gift code was not valid in the UK store. So, logged onto the AppleID to change country details (address, language, little flag at the bottom of the screen ... etc), logged off everything deleted cookies and histories, started again - same result. A stubborn resistance to change of country through settings, and a stubborn resistance through AppleID to changing my address. Hmmm, nice gift, unattainable.
Suggestions?

Resetting the settings will reset things like the wallpaper to the default. It wont remove the apps or music.
As the previous poster said, the apps and music will be tied to the previous owners Apple ID, you'll need the password to update the apps and remain authorized to play the music.
I would suggest taking your stuff off (the camera pictures) then erasing all content and settings so the iPad is like new. For privacy reasons alone I would erase the device. I realise you want to keep the music, but since you haven't paid for it (it was purchased under someone elses ID) then it isn't yours to keep, you'll need to write down the tracks and purchase them under your ID.
