"ISV's Getting started webcast" link doesn't work

After filling out all the data for the 5-step simple ISV migration to oracle you come to this page: http://www.oracle.com/webapps/dialogue/dlgpage.jsp where your first step is to view a webcast. Unfortunately you always get a "Warning : Error in processing request.You do not have the privileges to perform this action." error in the ORACLE ILearning webpage, and you are asked to login to an iLearn site that doesn't recognize the previous info entered.
this is getting frustrating ....

the URL from which i get the 'ISV's Getting Started' starter pack is:

once i click on the 'webcast' link a new window is opened at:
http://ilearning.oracle.com/ilearn/en/learner/jsp/user_home.jsp
where i get this message:
"Warning : Error in processing request
You do not have the privileges to perform this action."
this is the major problem, but in addition i need to fill out my details and interests EVERY TIME i try to reach the 'Getting Started' Page
needless to say that this is frustrating and annoying.
please attend to this problem , because i saw a similar complaint posted on JANUARY (!!!) and as you can see, this hasn't been fixed YET.

Personalize link doesn´t work

Hi Everybody,
I´m getting an access denied error when I click on the Personalize link in the portal masthead iview. This is what I did:
1) I copied the eu_core_role.
2) I copied the personalize workset.
3) I deleted the home content in the new eu_core_role.
4) I assigned the new personalize workset to the new eu_core_role as a delta link.
5) I assigned the new eu_core_role to users and user groups.
6) I checked the end user permissions for these users and user groups.
After these steps, the link doesn´t work.
We´re on Netweaver Portal SP14.
I tested the Personalize link with the portal URL fully qualified (DNS) and not fully qualified (just hostname).
Can somebody help me?

Another question:
After I assigned the new eu_core_role to users and user groups, the tool area search doesn´t work. It shows an access denied error, too. This error seams to be related to changes on eu_role, isn´t it?
The tool area search and the Personalize link only work with administrators (users with admin roles).

No. I am able to use the other features such as underlining, highlighting, adding rectangles and oval and save those changes.

Get e-mail button doesn't work

The only way I can get Thunderbird 24.5.0 to get this messages is to hit the drop down arrow and click on each of the two accounts separately. Even the get all new messages doesn't work. I've tried to delete the inbox & inbox.mfg (?) folders for each account and the local folder, resetting Thunderbird, tried to remove icons during customizing tool bar, then restoring defaults without any luck. I don't think something is set up correctly. What I am trying to get Thunderbird to do is to check both accounts with the get mail button and put all the massages in the same inbox. It worked that way on the version I had on XP and I have moved to WIn 7 can't figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Mailto link doesn't work

I had gmail set as my default email client for Firefox. It was working fine for a long time, but then, all of sudden it stopped working. Now when I click on email links, new email window opens, but for some reason it cannot fully load, it just gets stuck.
Sometimes when I clear cookies, it will work once, but then stops working again.
I have tried restarting Firefox without addons, but then email links don't work at all.
Also, I tried switching my default email program in Firefox and Control Panel to Outlook, but it doesn't do anything; when I click on email links, it tries to open email window.

I'd try starting Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] and setting gmail as the default again. If you don't have the issue while all of your add-ons, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them back in one by one until you find the culprit. You should look at the [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Troubleshooting-extensions-themes Extensions and Themes troubleshooting guide ] and the [[Troubleshooting plugins]] article as well.

NT service start of weblogic doesn't work (command line start works)...

We have WL 6 running on NT 4, and the server installed as a NT service.
We have some servlets sitting in the DefaultWebApp directory, but when we
start the WebLogic NT service we get an ERROR 400:
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 400 Bad Request
The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax.
The client SHOULD NOT repeat the request without modifications.
The log states that the default context did not load properly. Maybe about
10% of the time, everything works fine
and we can access our servlets. When the error happens, we can't even
access the console, it still gives the same error 400. Interestingly, when
I start weblogic through DOS, it works 100% of the time with no error 400!
I installed SP1 and I still get the same behavior. I tried resetting the
config.xml....but sometimes I get the reverse behavior..where the service
works all the time and the DOS method doesn't work. Could there be
something with the servlets (they're pretty straight)? Some other parameter
or setting that I'm missing? Or is this just a bug?

This is a known bug in the Windows native convenience programs.
If you start the server with the startWebLogic.cmd script or
from your own Java command line you'll get farther.
WebLogic Server 5.1.0 isn't certified yet on the 1.3 JDK because
1.3 had not been released in production form at the time of
the WebLogic Server 5.1.0 release. Our experience is that it
works well enough to do development work. Certification (and
support for deployment) is targeted for an upcoming service pack.

Shared iCloud photostream link doesn't work

Spoke to an Applecare rep but he explained it's too new for them to know what's going on.
While on the phone tried sharing older images, newer images, smaller images and got it to work off and on. Tried creating an album from iPhone that did not work either, the link was a dud.
There's really no rhime or reason to when it works, for the most part it doesn't work.
It appears that you can add to an existing album without any problem so if you were lucky enough to be able to create a few you can manipulate these.
Also would be curious to know if you can set the main thumbnail image, and manipulate the order of the photos?
I'm really missing the MobileMe Galleries, those were a wonderful way of sharing photos and videos!

Mailto: Link doesn't work in Safari

In my project, we have a link to open a outlook mail. when i open the link in IE/Chrome/Firefox browser, it opens the outlook with the given mail id. But, same link was not working properly in safari browser.
I am using safari version 5.1.7(7534.57.2). When i click the link, it opens the outlook mail, but my current(Parent) window gets crashed.
Below is the sample code i used.

Sometime I have problems with links in Safari. If I click on a link, it doesn't work, only when the iPhone is in landscape mode. If I turn the iPhone in portrait mode, I can click on the link correctly.
Is there anyone with this problem?

same thing here, I've talked to apple twice and no resolution
if you move the screen up you can usually get the links to work
also when I do Google searches I can get to the second page of results and then I can go no further

Just looked at your site and if you click on comments under most sections of your blog it leads you to a page with a video clip on it and the Comments link then appears to be in the footer below this.
I don't think that the Comments is going to be a clickable link or work if it is in the footer section of your site. Try moving it above the footer and it will probably work.
