ISync and phones not suported ...yet?

I just got a Nokia 6133, but iSync does not support this phone yet. What are my options? Wait for Apple to update iSync (not sure when that will happen)? or download this iSync phone plugin v3.3.3 (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/29029&mode=feedback)??? any recommendations?

I tried the second suggestion, i.e. download and run script and then I ran iSync and it still did not recognize

Read your post twice, however it contains one glaring error, you only mention a "NEW" battery in the last paragraph. I love your spirit of fixing the Air , I used to fix laptops long ago. So what is a "NEW" battery vs. a new battery. CLARIFY.
Alas however days of "fixing" things on notebooks ended a long time ago, now its just:
1.locate bad
2. toss bad part
3. insert new part

The new I/O board works, but only when the battery isn't plugged in to the logic board. Once I unplug the battery, the AC charger's green light goes on and it'll boot. If I plug the old battery in, the green light goes on and the computer will boot, but it still says no battery is installed.

Salvage parts for resale, cost of logic replacement and removing (I assume a good SSD) the SSD is too high vs. a new Air, or a "new" used Air.

Upgraded primary line, phone not connected yet, want to use phone on 2nd line instead

I renewed my primary line (new every 2) and received a Convoy today. My husband doesn't want to use this phone and wants to stick with the Boulder which is the current phone on the primary line. How can I activate the new phone for my secondary line (which is on a month to month basis ie no contract basis, but not a prepaid phone)? A Verizon support person told me I could do this if we didn't want to use the Convoy on the primary line. I hope she was right.

She would have been correct. If you dial 1-877-807-4646, punch in your husband's number when it requests it (it may request the account's password/last 4 of SSN as well). There will be an automated system that will ask you to accept the Terms & Conditions for the upgrade that was done on your husband's line. Note: this will extend the contract on your husband's line by 2 yrs which is a result of you getting the new phone at discounted pricing, but it will not effect your line's contract at all. Once you say you agree (by pressing option 1) it will ask if you would like to activate this device on your husband's line now. You're going to choose the option to do it later meaning you will not be activating it on your husband's line. Once it confirms your selection, you will hang up.
Before you activate the phone on your line, make sure your contacts are backed up from your previous phone so you can transfer them to the new one. Backup Assistant, a free app offered by BUA, will be excellent for this purpose. Once everything is backed up, you will first want to turn off your old phone and then dial *228 from the new phone (choose option 1). When it asks for you to input a number, you want to enter yours and then it will ask you to enter the account's password/last 4 of SSN. Afterwards it will activate the new phone on your line. You would just need to re-download BUA and follow the prompts to transfer the contacts. Then you'll be all set!

PC and phone not detecting each other

Basically I tried to connect my mother's n70 to my computer (vista Ultimate 32bit) using the CA-53 cable. However I was just given the prompt unknown device installed, and PC Suite was not detecting anything. So basically I had no choice but to just abandon it and try to connect my phone (5800) to the PC. However, the phone now does not detect being connected to the PC, and Ovi Suite cannot detect the phone as well. Trying it out on PC Suite, it gives me the error "No connection type available, wizard will now close" or something along those lines.
Its the first time this has happened to me so I have no clue. I've already tried repairing, and uninstall reinstall but still nothing.
Advice would be appreciated.
Oh yeah, anyone knows of a way to get a hold of the actual files of the messages and contacts synced to Ovi Suite?

My laptop doesnt have bluetooth, and I dont have a dongle. However its not cable, as I have three cables here (2 CA-101, and a CA-101D), and they all dont work.
Anyway, I found a fix here about using PC Suite cleaner, I found one which was compatible with PC Suite 7, and now they can find the USB ports. The problem now is the phone still doesn't detect the connection. Oh well. I'll just try to give it a reset. I have a recent backup anyway.
EDIT: never mind. After the PC Suite reinstallation where they started finding the USB ports again, and I just turned off my mobile for 5 min without the battery, I tried connecting it again and the drivers started installing. Thanks for the time anyway.

Smart connect not detecting connections and phone not detecting headphones

The smart connect app in my Z2 used to auto launch the profile i set when my Blue tooth ear phones connect and disconnect but not anymore. Force stopping the app does not work. It was working before the lasted android update.
Also my phone has stopped detecting my beats plug in headphones. Again it used to work prior to the software update last month.
Sony if you're reading this please issue a patch soon thanks!

i ordered a new phone, 5s, a few days ago. the rep i was on the phone with told me it would be shipped overnight. its been 5 days and i have yet to receive an email or anything about my phone. no money has been taken out of my bank account either. why is it taking so long to ship?

Laptop and phone not linking...

So every time I plug my phone into my new windows 8 laptop it say my phone isn't playing nice an to restart it and try again. This cycle is endless. Any help with how to resolve it?

I have been trying to transfer music from Windows7 on my laptop to Nokia Lumia 822 Windows 8 SD Card. When I open Nokia music, under albums, the album/CD has been broken down into individual songs. This is a nightmare when searching for certain music. Is there a way to mainain an album format? Is there something I should do in Windows Media on my laptop, ie some sort of formatting? before I transfer to my phone.
If I go into X-Box Music, it seems today, that the album format is preserved. So is this the difference between Nokia Music and X-Box? A couple days ago I transferred about 100 CDs to my phone and all was okay immediately after the transfer. However, the next day, both in Nokia Music and XBox, all the album formatting was eliminated and all albums were broken down into individual songs - - not useful to me at all.
JUST NOW I DOWNLOADED THE WINDOWSPHONE.EXE TO MY LAPTOP TO SYNC MY MUSIC TO MY NOKIA PHONE - - IT IS DUPLICATING EVERY SINGLE SONG AND NOT MAINTAINING THE ALBUM FORMAT!!!!!!

When I delete iPhone images are they saved on my iMac? New Photos and iCloud not clear yet

Since the NEW Photos is out and my new subscription to iCloud storage increase I an not clear(or feel safe yet) what happens to my images when deleted from my iPhone5 to clear up space. It asks if I want photos removed from all my devices. Is my iMac a "device" and how can I save all my images, iCloud or not, to a hard drive? I feel like a newbie now because of new insecurities with Photos and iCloud storage/manipulation of photos... Sorry for the silly question but any clarity would help... ThankX

Yes your iMac is a device. If you are using iCloud Photo Library on both your iMac and in Photos on your iMac, if you delete a photo on either it will be deleted from both and from iCloud. If it is iCloud it is also on both devices. You save storage on your iPhone by setting it to optimize storage. See the quote below from iCloud Photo Library FAQ - Apple Support

Urgent : abroad and phone not working anymore

So this request is a bit urgent, i'm abroad and in a few hours i will travel again and i really need my phone to work.
My blackberry is not turning on anymore. At first when i plugged it in my computer it was saying that i could not charge from the device but now it is not even recognized by my computer anymore. I tried to plugged it in a regular electicity socket but it doesn't work as well. The phone is not charging.
My phone has no battery anymore and i don't know what to do. I'm abroad, everything is closed here and i'll move to another country in few hours. And i won't be able to get to my accomodation if my phone is not working.
Please, if you have a quick solution feel free to share it with me.
P.S. : Sorry for my english, this is not my mother tongue

Now are you using a Universal or a converted charger ?
Remember all country uses different voltage.
What is the LED behavior ?
Have you try to connect the device to a Laptop or PC to Charge & see the behavior ?

I use private browsing and passowords not remembered. yet after closing all firefox windows, i can access facebook and hotmail w/o my login info being requested

Camera not working, and phone not restarting.

My camera screen pops up, then when I go to take a picture or video, it just goes back to my home screen. And when I go to shut the phone off or restart it, the "goodbye" screen doesn't go away. Even after 40 minutes of sitting there. Pulled the battery and let it sit for a couple minutes and still the same thing.

If it's doing that even after a battery pull then it's likely that the phone has suffered some form of software corruption or hardware failure.

BlackBerry Tour: Contacts sync OK but only email and phone not "addresses"

I cannot find a Preferences option to enabe me to get street addresses, a regular part of my Mac Address Book, my Palm Treo Address Book etc onto the Tour.

i have the same problem with my blackberry 8830 world edition. i have tried all the same things as you. it happened once before and i ran syncclean with pocketmac but it is not working this time. make sure that you are restarting the computer in between resenting the sync history.

Not sure what you mean exactly, are you in the find window to search files or in the main window?
In case of the last are you in the Favorites panel? if so choose the Folder panel and click on the little triangles in front to open the subfolder content.
If you are in the folder panel and still can't see anything try to restart Bridge while holding down option key and refresh the preferences.
btw, do you have version 2.1.1.9 of Bridge??

Highly unlikely.
The likeliest explanation is that it's a Remembrance of Things Past… That is, it's a server on a network to which you connected at some time in the past -- at the office, at Starbucks, at the airport, whatever. The OS kept it in a cache just in case you might re-connect. If you don't switch networks often, it can stay there for some time.
In the Sidebar, do you see an Eject button (⏏) to its right? If yes, click it, and it shouldn't re-appear. It might also help to go to Finder > Connect to Server… and, from the Recent Servers menu (identified by a clock icon), choose Clear Recent Servers…
