It impossible to cancel a CC  monthly subscription!!!!!

No way to cancel this subscription after too many trials during the last two months. Phone and chats assistant links brings you to the same starting page. This s our last try before starting with legal actions.

The Adobe CC has a cancellation fee also for certain type of membership, I shall check the membership status & update you by tomorrow.

  • Can't Cancel Country Specific Monthly Subscription

    I have tried to cancel my country specific monthly subscription several times with different browsers in the last month, but every time I click on the link "Thanks but no thanks, I still want to cancel" the page just reloads and I am unable to cancel.  It feels like Skype/Microsoft is making it impossible to simply cancel my subscription.  Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

    I have been trying to cancel my monthly subscription of Adobe CC. I followed all  instruction given on how to cancel.     Hi, I've tried to contact costumer service but I keep being redirected to the community. Using a different browser doesn't work and I need help urgently. I bought a 3 month subscription for calls to the US. This subscription will be renewed tomorrow. A few weeks ago, I used up all the minutes from this 3 month subscription. I decided to buy a one year unlimited subscription for calls to the US. Unfortunately, I realised I couldn't cancel the 3 month subscription. I checked the FAQ on how to cancel a subscription but 'settings' do not appear... What is the best option for me right now? I'd like to cancel my credit card details but I'm not sure if that means that my one year unlimited subscription will be canceled (and thus I won't be able to make the calls I've paid for)?
