It is not clear if I need to wait to download the application or if there is a technical problem!
Basically I have purchased Illustrator and when I try to download it it gets nowhere. If I need to wait for my order to be processed should not they say clearly that I need to wait? I try to download but it just gets stuck!
I am really disappointed. Such a huge company should set up the order process better.
I would think if you can log onto the adobe cloud, then you should be set.Find the adobe manager and download and install that first. Then in the manager you can select illustrator to install it.

For the new iPhone 5s - is there not an option anymore to edit imessages without deleting the whole stream? There are some things I need to keep within a stream and some not necessary, and it looks as like no editing within a conversation?
Now I also know about pulling the message to the left to see the time stamp. Good to know, although I preferred it being right where I could see it without having to do a swipe or keystroke.

i have a Mac i5 and need to download the application 'Numbers' but everytime I try to do so, it says can't do as the ver 2.2 for the app needs new software 'Snow Leopard'. I don't want to upgrade but dont know what to do??
If your profile is correct you're already on the final version of Snow Leopard (10.6.8). Sure it wasn't Lion it was asking for?
If that's the only version available on the app store, you'll need to source a copy of the iWork '09 DVD - not cheap now - only available via Amazon or eBay etc. -

The hardware on the 2G does not support an iOS version higher than 4.2.1. If you want apps that require a higher version you will need to get a newer model iPod.

And it's a great game, but when you get further on into it you have to buy acorns, and to buy some of the items you have to buy an acorn package, even the most expensive package won't get you all the items!
It's spoiling the game! Apple need to sort this! It's a kids game for gods sake! -

Try starting Aperture with the command and option keys held down. You'll get 3 options.

I downloaded a song that I purchased from the ITunes store, but the song does not play properly. How can I re-download the same song without having to purchase it a second time?
I could not find an option to "report a problem".
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.) -
