Is there any way to Sync contacts from Outlook for Mac to iPhone 5? Apple support says that only iTune can only sync contacts from "Contact" which is the default contact of Mac. If one is running Outllok on a Mac machine then it is not possible to sync the contacts with iPhone. It is strange that Apple distributors are promoting and offering machines with promise that Windows users can now run MS Office on Mac machines without any problem. While this is true, it is so strange that one cannot sync the contacts from MacBook Pro to iPhone5. When you export the videos out of iPhoto be sure to select Kind = Original. Otherwise you'll just get an image file of the first frame of the video.

Migrating presets only migrates presets. It does not migrate Plugins, settings, extensions and scripts. CC 2014 is also not completely backwards compatible with CC. Support for Flash Panels and Oil Painter filter have been removed. So extensions like mini bridge no longer work in CC 2014

Not possible to access calendar and contacts hosted on OS 10.8 server
On OS 10.8 server, /var/log/caldavd/error.log says:

I do see

but it is locked for me as user.
- Owner is `_calendar` (93)
- Group is `_calendar` (93)
and it's read, write and execute for owner and group (750)
Are these the right settings?
After upgrading to 10.8 server from 10.7 server I could not access my calendar and contacts data anymore, and I looked into the above described log.
When I am trying to access a calendar from a client via System Settings -- Mail, Contacts & Calendars I get this error:
A secure connection couldn't be established. Click "Continue" to continue creating the account
However, it won't access neither calendars nor contacts.
Or are the permissions not the issue, but something else?This could very well be. There are two things:
1) where would I set "network users"? Is this related to Open Directory? Or to Profile Manager? I enabled both. I looked more closely into the log file. Previously I had the following two lines occurring every time I logged in, they don't occurr anymore.

ColinNo, it will not work ever as long as the database of LR is SQLite.
This is said to be very vulnerable against corruption in case of short link outages during write commands.
On the other hand changing the DB underneath LR seems not to be easy either.
There are some requests in the feature request forum around that topic, e.g. http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/multi_user_multi_computer.

Possible to change from CS3 Windows to Mac?
I bought an imac recently, it has CS3 Master collection pre-installed (updatable and working as it should), it's just that it's the windows version and I'm running it through Parallels 3. Would it be possible that Adobe would allow me to change the version to a Mac version??? so i can run it from Leopard??

I'll be polite. These guys are out-and-out pirates -- they're actually admitting it! NO legitimate dealer does this B.S. story. If a legitimate dealer sells you or bundles software and installs it for you, they always give you the ORIGINAL factory disks, manuals or quick-start guides, serial numbers, and registration paperwork for you to file.
Plain and simple, you were ripped off. No telling how many other unsuspecting folks (most likely Windows users) were robbed as well.
My recommendation: Please report them immediately to eBay, to Adobe ([email protected]), and law enforcement in their UK jurisdiction. If they have a business license, they should have it revoked. And, by the way, be sure to get your money back.
I'm telling you, if you call Adobe for the crossgrade, you're likely to be very unhappy with their response.
The lesson here is: if a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Worst support ever - TC drops WAN/internet and config not possible
Brand new TC Dual Band 1GB. Connected to Siemens Fiber modem using DHCP, one 2GB USB disk, configured as WAP.
It dies several times a week - when it dies internet connection is lost and airport utility sees the TC but cannot read the configuration - LAN, WLAN and disks are operational. This is for wireless and wired devices (2PC's and 2 Mac's).
My previous setup - the siemens modem with a LinkSys router worked 100% stable.
I have tried resetting - resetting to factory defaults, I have had a replacement TC sent - not better, seemed even worse. Reinserted my linksys router and hooked the TC's WAN port to the Linksys - still dying - so I returned the replacement unit and kept the original.
I spoke to support again - they had one "expert" calling me - what an arrogant SOAG, at some point he said - "end of conversation" and slammed the phone.
He had never heard of the problem - "most be the ISP's equipment or the LinkSys".
Tried to explain him that i'm not the only one - just check apple forums - that the TC has problems with my Siemens fiber modem, LinkSys doesn't, and even placing my Linksys router between doesn't help.
For me this all indicates that the firmware on the TC is not stable - he argued that this is not the case, this is a compatibility issue. I agree that it might be a compatibility issue - but the root cause is still the firmware of the TC.
He wanted me to try the TC at a different location with a different ISP - but for me that would just show that the TC works in some setups - but for him that would 100% clear the TC of any blame - that makes no sense.
Am I wrong - or is the "expert" wrong - give me your opinion, thanks.Similar problem, cannot connect to TC with Airport Utility so config not possible cannot access with the Configure>Other IP address way either, until I reboot the tc than all is well for a few days. It continues to function as PPPoE connection to fiber internet. Usually the MobileMe back to my Mac access is also not possible to access TC's disk. Click once on the scanner on the left side, then click on Show Details along the bottom. Along the right side you will see LOTS of options for scanning and saving.

I need some help, I'm not a Basis person but I need to get this connection problem resolve.
This problem is in our DEV ICWeb system. After logging in to Web-UI, I got a error message "Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible". We have 3 clients (100, 220, & 310) in DEV and all 3 clients are giving me the same error message.

but in the document it asked to go to SM59 to check the ESH_APPL_WS_TEMPLATEENGINE destination. But we don't have that destination setup in all our systems.
