Since weeks (or even months) I am not able to start my cc photoshop.
Yes, I am paying for it every mointh. I have a one year subscription. But what are they for???? To see that I am once again in the situation that my beloved photoshop stopps working again???
Aftre having the same probmlem for weeks after my installation of the CC prodcuts finally I got cc photoshop working. I was able to work with it for abaout 6 weeks or so.
Now when I try to start photoshop I again receive the 0 days LEFT OF YOUR TESTVERSION MESSAGE and I cannot get it running again. I DON´T have a testversion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a paid ADOBE CC PRODUCT Version.!!!
I need urgent help and I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, you can talk to them. Just not quite how you would expect to. ( I JUST got off the phone with them myself )
Call the main sales line at 1-800-585-0774 ( I know, it makes no sense since it's a sales line, but bear with me ) and listen to the options. They'll tell you the sales folks won't be able to help you with support related issues, but keep listening. You'll hear the options given that will allow you to talk to the support folks.
When I called there was about a twenty minute wait, but they'll allow you to input a callback number and your name so you don't have to sit on the line the whole time.
I got the call and worked with them to resolve my account issue. ( Which ended up being totally my fault )

Cannot Get Elements 7.0 to Download from Adobe

I downloaded the full 484 megs at least 4 times now yet each time it says there is a fatal error on the Adobe Download Manager screen and I cannot install the program. I have Elements 5.0 and bought the $79 upgrade. Can anyone help with this problem? Thanks

I cannot view pdf documents, since recent download of Adobe Reader. Click pdf doc, Adobe opens, but bleeps if I click anywhere on the screen, then closes.

Today, I downloaded, Assistant and signed in. Also Adobe Air. But still the Statement cannot be viewed.

Use the Adobe Cleaner to completely uninstall Reader. http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
Then, download the full offline installer here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ and run it to reinstall a good working copy of Reader.

Use the search. Its a known driver-problem, Limit the RAM to 3GB via boot.ini and it will work.

Check to make sure cellular data is not disabled in settings. If it's on, try re-setting the phone. If that doesn't fix it, call AT&T.

In the previous versions of Firefox when you went to you Bookmarks menu it gave you the options to either Bookmark This Page 'command' + 'D', Subscribe to this Page, Bookmark All Tabs 'up-arrow-key' + 'command' + 'D', and Organize Bookmarks 'up-arrow-key' + 'command' + 'B' however in the newest version of Firefox there is no Bookmark All Tabs so you can bookmark all the tabs that you have up in one window at a time. So I need to know if it is possible that the feature is now in a different place, is gone altogether, or if you can get that feature another way?
For me personally and my work I go through hundreds of web pages a day and save around half of those so it is imperative that I be able to bookmark more then one tab at a time because I can't be bothered to bookmark every single page separately and then go through hundreds of tabs in my Unsorted bookmarks in order to sort those bookmarks. It is simple inconvenient to sort every bookmark individually that is why the previous version of Firefox with the Bookmark All Tabs button was superior in its convenience.

I have two apple accounts that I cannot get to merge. One is a hotmail address and the other a gmail address as primary addresses in the two accounts. I would like to merge them into one account. I cannot verify the addresses of either accounts because when I do it will say that the address already exists. Therefore I can't get them to merge.

Me.com and hotmail are under the same account., but when I log into me.com some of the accounts turn into the hotmail account. I do not use hotmail anymore and use gmail regularly.
Any insight to these problems would be appreciated.

If these are both used as Apple IDs, then they cannot be merged. If they are just two email accounts of which you only wish to use one, then you would need to transfer the data you want to save from one to the other. Since the data are just email you would need to look for a way to export it from one email address as a file compatible with what the other can import.

I would like to start a discussion on how one of the "leading" software companies in the WORLD cannot provide a better way for their software (which I assume they want everyone to use) to be used in conjunction with windows 8.1. ADOBE no longer provides support for those who don't pay to be here, they don't have a reasonably intelligent way to fix problems for non computer minded people, they want you to go through and change this setting or that (ya, I've seen the page and done the crap they tell you to do to fix the flash player so it works and... it works... for a little while then you wind up with a fkn green screen after another day or two... this is complete BS you shouldn't have to unfk things so they work every few days... you shouldn't have to deal with crap like this... I AM GOING TO USE VLC PLAYER OR SOMETHING ELSE TO TAKE CARE OF MY VIDEO PLAYER NEEDS IN MY DIFFERENT BROWSERS FROM NOW ON... There seems to be some issues in your web.config files. Please make sure your Web application entries for membership and role provider(at central admin site) are matching with Web.config entries. your error
"Cannot get Membership Provider with name CustomRoleProvider.
", indicating that you may have used role provider name in Membership provider text box or in web.config.
Also please make sure that you have correct entries in all 3 web.config files - Central Administration , Security Token Service (STS), Web application .
