Hi mhmd.h,
There was a very recent update to the entire Apple website.
If you are still unable to connect to the App Store from your iPhone, please post again.

I've been trying to complete an in-app purchase within the game "Nemo's Reef" for over a week and repeatedly get the same "ERROR Cannot Connect to iTunes Store"
I've tried a real close for the app, restarting my device (iPhone 5), enabling and disabling restrictions - I DO NOT have in-app purchases restricted under settings-general - restrictions - in app purchases.
I purchased a book in iBooks this morning - my card was charged and the item downloaded perfectly. I have tried the purchase on WiFi as well as Cellular but neither work. I've also tried turning off my WiFi completely, still doesn't work.Kaitlyn255 wrote:

HT1386 While trying to update an app I keep getting a "cannot connect with iTunes store"message
For some reason my iPad say I cannot connect with iTunes store while trying to update an app. I've tried all I know. Any suggestions?
I am getting the same message. This is what I did to update my apps.
Go to the App Store and search for one of the apps that needs an update. When the app appears in the search - there should be an Install button next to the app icon. Tap on it and see if the download will start. It worked for me.
After over two years of owning iPads and never having had this happen before - this is happened to me twice now in the last two weeks. It's weird, but it happens. -
I have tried it a few times with no success.
help please?im thinking more and more that its a fault on apple's end.
i tried updating and downloading off the PC and a warning "itunes store is teporarily unavailable, please try again later".
looks like we need to wait for this issue to be fixed by apple. -
Why does App Store keep crashing!!! It's completely ****!! I am going to buy an android phone if they don't fix this immediately!!!
Basics from the user guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. I'll bet you've not tried any or all of these basic steps.
BTW, we're users, here, not Apple. So threating to buy an android phone not only makes you look like an idiot, but none of us users on this forum really give a **** what you do. -

IBooks cannot connect to iTunes Store
None of the responses to this question have ever been helpful... I have tried all kinds of things to fix tis problem. Because iBooks cannot communicate with iTunes for some reason (even though I can open the iTunes Store app just fine.) all of the books I try to download get stuck at like 75% and then when I close the app and reopen they are back at 0% and every time I try to redo the download that annoying message comes up (cannot connect to iTunes Store) at which time I can immediately go to iTunes store just fine with the app.
I have tried killing and reopening all of my processes (double tapping home button), resetting all network settings, restarting iPad, resetting Wi Fi, checking the time zone, and pretty much everything on that list made to troubleshoot iTunes trouble. So please don't be lazy and refer me to that list again or blame it on my internet, because it works just fine. Please give me something helpful. Sorry if this comes across as rude, but I am fed up with how many people have had this issue and how Apple hasn't even tried to solve it. I have iPad mini iOS 7.1.2You may not have tried all of the fixes below.

How much Available storage space do you have? The space may not be sufficient for the size of the download. To check, go to Settings>General>About>Available Are you trying to download one book or multiple books at one time?

"Cannot connect to iTunes Store" message
Why do I keep getting a "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" message when I try to update apps on my iPod Touch. I have a wifi connection, and I can buy music through the store, but I can't update apps.
I've read various explanations and fixes (uninstalling software, deleting programs, etc.), but nothing seems to work. One answer that makes sense is that a corrupted app is causing problems. But before I delete all my apps I want to make sure that will work.
I'm open to suggestions.I read in another discussion that deleting apps solved the problem so I tried deleting the 7 apps that needed updating and installing them again. Fortunately, all of them were free except two that cost me a combined $3. It seemed to work. I can access the iTunes store and didn't have any problems installing the apps. The next hurdle will be when I have to udpate an app. We'll see.
P.S. I think that there may be a problem with the The NY Times app and the "Newstand", but I'm just guessing. -
