It keeps telling me that I need to install Apple Aplication Support
But I can't find that to do that. I have a new lap top with Windows 7 so WHAT application support install and where is it?
Let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the QuickTimeInstaller.exe installer file to your hard drive (don't run the install on line and don't start the install just yet:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:
http://www.rarlab.com/
Right-click the QuickTimeInstaller.exe and select "Extract to QuickTimeInstaller". WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called QuickTimeInstaller.
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
Does it install properly for you? If so, does the QuickTime Player launch properly now?
If instead you get an error message during the install, let us know what it says. (Precise text, please.)

Whenever I submit my serial number in selfsolve site, it tell me correctly about my mb air type, but unable to retrieve services data and tell me that I need to login to the site again (I have already login to selfsolve). I guess I have more then one Apple ID accounts and I own a little money on both and I am willing to pay and when I try to update and put my new payment method in my iPhone it tells me I need to contact iTunes support, the apple id I'm useing now is xxxxxxx and I know that I had one with xxxxxxx but apple won't let me use that one anymore it just say account nolonger promitted. I am trying to open a document that I was once able to open. Now, it states that I need a newer version of Adobe Reader, which I have. I tried uninstalling it and re-installing it with no luck. Any suggestions?

Certain PDF files (dynamic XFA forms) created in Adobe LiveCycle can only be opened in Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat. When you try to open these files in an alternative PDF viewer, then you will see this error message.
Unfortunately, it's not easy remove this message and modify the PDF so that it can be opened in alternative PDF viewers. The person who created the original form must re-create the form using options that do not restrict which PDF viewers can open and display the file. If you save the pdf with Reader extended rights then you should be able to view the pdf.
Else you can share the pdf with us as Anubha suggested above and we will check at our end.

Does anyone know why I can't update to Lion? I have the MBP with INtel core duo and OS 10.6.8, but when I try to launch the app to upgrade to Lion, it tells me that I need the CORE 2 DUO to upgrade....????? Uhhh, I have this AND I have TONS of memory.

I am trying to update my itunes on my pc. After the download in complete, there is an error message telling me that Apple Application Support needs to be installed for Itunes to work. What do I do?? I've already unistalled and install the download four times and installed WinRAR. Still no success.
