when I reinstalled the walking dead from App Store, in last year , I purchaed full episode package ~ However it can't download full episode ~ i click restore many times....plz let me know how can i get restore purchaed one...

    Sync from iTunes.
    Connect your iPhone to your computer.  Select iPhone under 'Devices' on iTunes left Pane, then select 'Apps' tab on the right Pane.  Make sure SYNC APPS box is checked then click the SYNC button on the lower right window.
    Alternatively, you can re-download individually from your Device
    APP STORE > UPDATE tab > PURCHASED > NOT ON THIS IPHONE

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    Were these pictures from the camera roll or from photo stream.
    When you restore from back up, the process will restore the OS and some initial data, it will then restart and allow you to use your device while the remaining data is downloaded and restored in the background. have you allowed enough time for this to complete.
    Photostream in the cloud only keeps photos from the last 30 days (subject to a 1,000 photo limit). When photostream syncs the photos to your device they will stay there (subject to a 1,000 photo limit) until deleted, which means you may well have more photos in your photostream album on your device than there are in photostream in the cloud.
    The consequence of this is that if you turn photostream off and on again on your device (or enable it for the first time), it will only be populated with photos from the last 30 days, which may not be all the photos that were previously in the photostream album on that device.

    Go to Settings/iTunes & App Stores and sign out. Then sign in with your new Apple email ID.

    If the machine was upgraded to Lion 10.7.x by the original owner then you bought an illegal license of Lion and also of any other applications that the seller  said came pre-installed, this assumes the seller did not include original install media. In that case you need to contact the seller for the original install DVDs that came with the machine re-install up to Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and then purchase Mountain Lion ($20) and the applications you want or need. If the seller cannot come up with the original install discs then you can buy them from a nominal cost from AppleCare..

    Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
    If you have a problem with an app that the developer can't/won't help you with then you will need to contact iTunes Support, either as described on the page that you posted from, or via the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem

  • The walking dead and infinity blade 2 no longer working in full screen, all of the sudden. Already tried restore, not working, what should I do?

    It happened after seeing a video on vidto.
    I noticed something odd while playing infinity blade 2 and then I recognized it was actually smaller, with two black bands in the lower and upper part of the screen. I checked The walking dead, same situation. All fine with Wild Blood.
    Scorned by this fact, I restored the settings, without effect, then I tried restoring settings and data, reloading a backup made 2 days ago.
    the walking dead still shows 2 black bands in lower and upper part of the screen, I can't check infinity blade 2 right now since I am using a limited data Internet connection.
    Please help!

    Have you looked in your email for a confirmation of the new apple id?

    Nobody can help you without proper system and version information or other technical details. if the update is botched, then run the cleaner tool and reinstall from scratch.

    You can rest assured that Apple is working to make this episode available on the iTunes Store as soon as possible. You will receive an email once the episode has been provisioned for the season pass.
    Thank you for your patience. Apple appreciates your business and loyalty.
    Which tells me they didn't read my complaint correctly.  I replied back about an hour ago & haven't recieved anything yet.
    Searching around the web, I've discovered that this has been an periodic, on-going issue with season passes since roughly 2007.   Saving a $1.50 isn't worth this head-ache.
    I also tried called apple support in Canada and after being bounce around for half an hour I was told nobody would help me over the phone & I had to go through the web site.
    All this is after they charged me twice for the season's pass too.  That they've sorted, but I can't say I've been impressed with my experiences with my first season's pass.
