It's been 9 days and my order has not been shipped yet.
I ordered an Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter on 10/19/2014. It has been 9 days and I have not received my order. On the UPS website, it states that my order is processed and ready for UPS.I called BestBuy's customer service and was told that I should wait a few more days, but I feel that 9 days is more than enough. Is there anyway I can find out why my order is taking so long to ship?

Nine days seems to be quite some time to wait for an item to ship, especially if it has already processed and has been waiting for UPS pickup. I’m sorry to hear that you may not yet have the Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter you ordered.

did the changes on both devices as step by step
on both devices I went to settings / / general / keyboard / Shortcuts, tapped edit, then clicked the red circles, leaving just one shortcut
then on both Apple devices I went to settings / general / keyboard/ and turned off dictatation / clicked the pop up "turn off dictation" then turned Dictatation back on
Turned off both the iPad and iPhone then back on
on both went to settings / / general / keyboard / Shortcuts, then clicked edit and removed the last remaining shortcut
warning the spell checker and seri took a while to learn my texting style and acted like is was vary messed up at first
i just wrote note in notes 100 or so words and it seems fine now it still relearning learning my commen writing style
good luckdisregard last post shortcuts have returned after a week

I downloaded "21 Jump Street" on my IPhone and it has been two days and it is still not downloaded ans it seems to be frozen at "processing," is there anything that I can do to make the movie download or get my money back?
Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).
No data will be lost. -

When I get an ICS from Outlook Express (Office is PC based) that is a multi-day event, it populates my iCal as a single day and since I am not the owner I cannot edit the ICS. I have to delete it and send a "decline notice" to the sender and re-enter it so I can put in multiple day events. Help!
If you are running Tiger, you don't have time machine.
You need to get something like SuperDuper! or Carbon Copy Cloner (sorry, I don't have a handy link for CCC but you can Google it to get their site) to make a clone of your drive on the external and then do incremental backups. The free versions do a lot and you can upgrade to the full-service versions for small change if you need more. The one time I used SuperDuper! for cloning a volume it worked just fine.
(My backup application is the last PPC capable version of Retrospect, which does a credible job, or has over the past ten-twelve years.) -

Do you have a backup card linked to your PayPal account as well? Only normally you can't use funds in your balance without one linked.

When you connect the iPod to the adapter or PC, you should see either of these signs on the iPod Screen .
If you just get
It may mean that your Adapter is not giving enough juice, because
the adapter or the cable is defective or
your bottom dock connector is dirty with lint or dirt.

You're right - it is never a good idea to click on links sent in an email unless you are absolutely certain they are legitimate, and that is only becoming more difficult as spammers and phishing attempts are getting better every day. Having no association with Verizon is all the more reason to simply delete the thing.
Next, by supplying your email address all you did was confirm to whatever site was sending you this spam that your email address was legitimate. Again, when in doubt just delete the email and forget you ever saw it.

The good news is that is highly unlikely. The bad news is that your email address might be used as the "from" address for spam sent to others, and that you are only more likely to get more spam from the phony Verizon site as well as every other potentially malicious operators.
The best advice would be to simply abandon that email address, but if you can live with the previous potential concerns it would be overkill. I would recommend changing your passwords for financial institutions (banks, credit cards and so forth) as well as your email account or accounts. That is simply good practice whether or not you did what you did.
As far as any malware is concerned, again that is unlikely, but make sure you run Software Update to get all Apple's latest updates. -
I cannot connect to APP Store. I upgraded to IOS 8.3 and APP Store has not worked since. I am being asked to type my user name /password and nothing happens afterwards. No error messages either.

I used to synch to my work computer and changed jobs and my home computer does not have a high enough version of Windows for iTunes to synch and I just haven't wanted to invest in that. I am fine if I can just download directly onto my phone and now I can thanks to you!
