It's not letting me play my project & there is no sound to the events

So I was working on a little video when all of a sudden the program starts messing up. It won't play the sound when I click on the events. Meanwhile the project is shown but it won't play it. I can't even skim the project and it won't show up in the window next to it. I only have one more clip to add and I was going to be finished. Now I don't know what to do. If anyone can help with this that would be awesome. I've re started my computer several times, I've turned it off and waited to turn it back on and nothing...iMovie is still acting the same. I just want it to work properly again!!!

If the problem is in the "Event" then it sounds as if the thumbnail files have become corrupted for some reason. You could try deleting them from the appropriate "iMovie Events" folder and then closing and re-opening the application. This will force the application to re-generate the thumbnails.

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

ITunes 7.1 will not let me play any tracks...

iTunes 7.1 will not let me play any tracks, it opens up fine and I can do pretty much anything else with it but when I double click or press play on a track an error message comes up and iTunes has to close. This has only been happening since I uploaded the new 7.1 version of iTunes, can anyone help me with this problem please?
I have sent an error report to microsoft but that doesn't seem to help me.

Can you play your tracks with Quicktime?
If not, you might try uninstalling quicktime and installing the stand alone version, which is option2 here:

I get a error message stating this computer is not registered. So I put in the information to register it, and it tells me that this computer is already registered. Check the information on the song, Right-Click -> Get Info.
In the fist pane, (Summary), you will see the AppleId (Account Name) that was used to buy the song.
Be sure to login to use this account to register this computer to play the song

I cannot find the eMac install disk, and I haven't been able to get it to start up from my 10.3 CDRm (holding down option or c), though I read something somewhere about these not being able to start up from system folders earlier than those they shipped with. I've dealt with this sort of thing several times before, and it always seemed to work to simply use target disk mode.
It definitely won't start up fromt the 10.5 DVD-R, and I'm pretty sure I tried putting the MBP into TM to use its optical drive as well, but it didn't work. But it's worth trying again, and I appreciate your input greatly.

Also, when I get a text message or when someone calls me my phone just vibrates no sound or anything at all.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

I have paid and downloaded music from ITunes many times, but I run into a problem. One song that I purchased and it shows it has been downloaded will not let me play it. It keeps wanting me to verify my computer and I do and then it still won't let me play it.

It may be a corrupt / damaged download.
If you live in a Region that allows re-downloading Music...
Delete the Song(s) and re-download...

However the main movies will not let you play. On mouse over in itunes the 'play' buttion is not enabled, yet is however enabled on previously downloaded movies.

For me I have follow several of the help articles. When I play the movie in iTunes the screen is black with no audio, the timer status says it is playing (although it does not work all the time). I am able to play and have audio on the extras. I tried to use just QuickTime to play the movie and that as well does not work. I have started iTunes in safe mode and when the movie would begin to play, iTunes crashes and I have to restart. I have tried fresh clean installs of iTunes as well as QuickTime with no luck.
It looks to be a QuickTime problem however I cant verify that. Any help would be great.
