It´s possible create an account in apple or i tunes store from US?

I´m from Venezuela (Foreign Country), because the address from my credit card is not an United States address, and i think for that reason is not possible.

This question is asked frequently so I'll just quote the most complete answer (courtesy of Dave Sawyer) from the many given:
In order to buy from any given country's iTunes Music Store, you must have either:
a) a credit card with a billing address in that country, or
b) a mailing address in that country and a gift certificate or a prepaid card that was bought in that country.
If you cannot fulfill one of these two sets of conditions, you will not be able to purchase from any given country's iTMS.
.......this is due to restrictions placed on Apple by the record companies and other rights holders (who are often completely different from country to country and so all require their own individual negotiations and contracts), not by Apple's choice. And this also applies to all the legal download stores that carry major-label content, not just the iTMS.

Can't create iTunes account or change country of iTunes store

Hello,
I hope this is the correct place to post this question.
I am set up my iTunes account, and the problem I'm running into has to do with the 'country' setting.
Going through the account setup process, at the credit card information screen, I click the link in order to change countries. I select 'Canada', and click 'Change Country'. At this point I am sent back to the iTunes store main page, which is set to the United States.
If I scroll to the bottom of the main store page, and select 'Canada' to change the country setting manually, I get the error, "Could not complete the iTunes store request. The store may be busy. Check your internet connection or try again later."
I have checked my Norton Internet Security firewall settings. I have cleared the DNS cache. The iTunes store functions normally in other ways, i.e. I can play song previews.
If anyone can help me fix this problem it would be greatly appreciated!

Is possible create in the contacts app, new groups, copy contact from one group to another group, and create in the business group, field to put the pictures of business cards. I think it would be a great idea, no?!

Crashes on creating an account

Hi all can any one help got myself the latest pc from dell down loaded version 5 itunes connects fine but when i select creat an account it just says accessing music store and thats it and it crashes my pc any ideas please

Hi, I had this problem as well. Everyone kept telling me just to select the "None" option next to the credit card choices -- but I didn't HAVE a "None" option and was getting very frustrated!
It turns out that in this case, you do have to add a credit card to finish creating your Apple ID. Then as soon as it's created, you can go to "Account" at the bottom and immediately remove your credit card information. This worked for me -- my credit card was only in the system for about 15 seconds before I was able to remove it with no problem.
I did this through iTunes, but it might be similar on the iPad....
Anyway, hopefully this works for you as well!!

Creating appstore account

Hi, i have a problem. I would like to download some apps to my touch but i cant create a account in my country. I come from Slovakia, where it should normally work. When i try to enter my credit card number, the iTunes just wont take it. My touch is 2.1, iTunes 8... I have everything what i need but i still cant donwload anything... pls help

First, what's the country of the Store that you're trying to create the account in? It must be necessarily the Slovakian Store, as the Credit Card it's also from there.
Also, make sure you're typing all information correctly!

If I am just using my .me account - can I send messages to people from yahoo, google, etc?

Or do I need to create separate account specifically for those systems and send from there? It seems that Apple needs to try and harmonize that process. If I have a yahoo or google account and I message someone who is just on one of those systems, just filter it thru that account and send it back to my "messages" app...

With iChat the answer is NO.
You have to have a Jabber (GoogleMail ID , Facetbook ID or other Jabber) or a Yahoo account to be able to message people with those IDs.
APple IDs ending in @mac.com and @me.com are valid AIM Screen Names and these Buddies can be added to a "AIM" Login Buddy List.
Google and FaceBook run Jabber Servers and there are many other Jabber Public Servers you can get names/IDs from.
All these types can be added to a "Jabber" Buddy List.
Yahoo in iChat 6 is for Yahoo accounts only (you cannot Login with an MSN name like you can in Yahoo for Mac). You also cannot add MSN Buddies (Yahoo Only).

Go to http://www.apple.com/asia/support/mac/app-store/ , click on 'iTunes Store Account and Billing' then 'Billing Enquiries' to get a link to email them. Ask them whether there is a way you can purchase Apps, perhaps by nominating one of the listed countries (Vietnam, for example).

click on apple ID listed there
select Sign Out
sign in with the proper account
from then on, when the store ask for your password it should be with the correct ID

Apple tech helped me 60 min ago. Told me to create new account for wife. Wiped out her ipod music--now iTunes wont let me download it in her new account so I can restore her music! Help!!

Today an Apple tech helped me 60 min ago. Although my wife and I have diff apple ID's, our music was mixing and syncin back and forth. The tech told me to create new comp user account for wife which I did. I wiped out everything on her ipod and signed in under her ID. When I tried to put it back I got a message that I couldn't download her purchased music for 90 days because there was another apple ID associated with my computer. Not sure wether that means mine or hers. What I am sure of is that I'm dead if I can't get her music back. Please help. Thanks, Craig

I can understand how that would be frustrating. If you created a brand new Apple ID for her, your Apple ID should not have been affected any more than anyone else's. They are as separate from one another as your Apple ID is from mine.
Since you just bought your MacBook Air, you can certainly contact AppleCare for this, and I encourage you to do so. They will straighten it out.
Until then, if you want to troubleshoot this on your own, sign in to your Apple ID here:

Click the blue "Manage your Apple ID" button. If it says it no longer exists or gives you other hassles, it's probably not worth your effort to pursue. Have Apple fix it.

When I checked the support site for Romania, you apparently don't have an Apple Care contact center. You "may" try calling the US Apple care number to verify the account and have the password reset sent to a different email address. 800-694-7466

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
