Launch Keychain Access and click on Login in the left hand pane and then on Passwords. Next do search for Apple in the search field at the top and click on Apple ID Authenicication in the list that comes up. That will give you the ID no. and password.

Thank you! My solution was different. I had turned off services in MSCONFIG and did not turn them back on. After I turned services back on, Acrobat started working again without the nag error and impedance to use the program. I appreciate your input! Adobe customer service/tech support was dismally disappointing.

Try to uninstall the software again and you have to manually
Delete the following folders:
[Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD
[Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/caps
[Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/backup
[Startup Disk]/Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher/
[Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/FLEXnet Publisher/
Go to Applications-->Utilities-->Disk Utility, Open it and Select the MAC HD and then click on Repair permissions.
After that try to run the cleaner tool as mentioned by kglad.
Restart machine and then try to install again.
*** Make sure , you only delete these folders if there is no other adobe applications installed on the machine. As if you have any other Adobe application of the suite ( not free applications ) then it will be a problem.

Delete some stuff to make room on the device.
iCloud is not local storage and has nothing to do with your situation.

When I "deathorize all" computers and re-authorize my current pc so that I can use it for iTunes, will I lose any of my music, especially those that were not purchased through iTunes directly? I am afraid to that I will lose non-purchased songs.

No. Deauthorizing only removes the computer from the list of computers that you can use to view or purchase new music under your iTunes sign-on.

You sound a bit more that that... I don't understand why you gave her your account info just to "test it out" - creating her own account is quick, easy, and free. If you have even the remotest concerns, you don't have to "lock" your account - just change your password.

How do you move just your movies and tv shows to an external hard drive and have iTunes recognize that that is where that media is (keeping music on the internal hard drive itself and putting only movies and tv shows on an external hard drive)?

While you can do that, it is not a feature of iTunes. Put your movies on the external drive, then add them to iTunes by dragging the files to iTunes while holding the option (alt) key down so it leaves the files where they are located. You have not provided the exact error message (including any numeric codes). From the looks of it this sounds like the licensing system simply failed and indeed a reinstall is the only proper way to fix it. run the cleaner tool and reinstall.
