Please help me to figure out how I can install the flash player. It keeps saying that I am not the adminstrator but I am. I don't know what to do.

Have you tried a hard shutdown? Hold the power button for about 5-6 seconds, and it will force the computer to power down. (Note that you may lose and unsaved changes)

It says that I need a password to check details - this I can't remember, it doesn't seem to be the same as the one I use to log on to mail through browser (talktalk) - message says can connect to internet but error with port settings etc which need verifying. Talktalk unable to help further - but as I can't get past password page I am very stuck. Any one help as to how to find out password.... have tried to make a new account but that doesn't seem to wrok either. Am wondering if fault is with computer. Thanks.

That can only be the cookies from the normal session that were saved automatically before entering PB mode and not new cookies. The same for the history. If that isn't happening then you may not be in PB mode ([https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode Safe Mode]). Cookies and history from before the PB mode session are not removed and will be restored from disk.

Flash is not, and probably never will be, supported on the iPad : http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/ . Plus it would be up to Adobe to make a version of their flash player that works on iOS devices, something which they have never managed to do and which they have now given up on trying to do.
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter and Puffin 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites, especially news sites, have their own apps in the App Store, so your could try checking there for your sites (and there is the built-in YouTube app).
