Have you tried all the troubleshooting steps that are available for this kind of problem?
For example, re-syncing/resetting your iPod, reinstalling the game, restoring it, logging off all other users and restarting your computer with your iPod conected (to name a few things off the top of my head):

By the way, if you're wanting Apple representitives to read about this issue, then this wouldn't be the place to post it, as Apple employees rarely look or post on these boards.
I would suggest to fill out the iPod Feedback form, listing what the "Bug Report" is; Apple will read every iPod Feedback note that is sent to them, so that's a way of notifying them.

there is an app called daisydisk on mac app store which will help you see exactly where the memory is focused and consumed try using that app and see which folders are using more memory

I have a big mail problem. I foolishly tried to send a video photo by email. Not surprisingly, it was taking a very great deal of time so I eventually deleted the 'send'. But, now the system keeps copying the deleted email and attachment

My email program has got itself gummed up due t my foolishly trying to send a video attachment. I eventually 'stopped' the 'send' but the system has brought in a 'Recovered files' heading and has retained the email complete with video attachment and keeps copying the darned thing. I keep deleting but it still comtinues copying. Once there were 45 copies. Please can someone tell me how to get rid of the files.

The idea to jumpstart by change was not the smartest one, but gives you an opportunity to use that "temporary" account as permanent. You do not have a choice cause obviously despite you thinking that old account is no more -it does exist on Apple servers. And if you are unwilling to share your [email protected] with friend, just create one extra [email protected] for your friend. One suggestion - do not use gmail.

The system WAS functioning well, but now the system seems to be checking the relevant mailboxes but nothing downloaded nor able to send e-mail?

I am visiting Brazil and using the hotel's internet connection. The Thunderbird was functioning very well since Saturday, but yesterday onwards, it stoped "functioning"! Sorry, that was just one example - I managed to find those emails via alternate methods. Too often I'd like to do a more sophisticated search than mail seems to support. For example, when you don't know how something is spelled but you know part of the word or you are searching for, or looking for a phrase but not sure of the tense or plurals.
The question remains how to do an advanced search or even simple loose pattern matching.
Mail continues to fall very short of Eudora (except that it doesn't crash and does display html emails). How about just being able to see more than one mailbox at a time? Or multiple search results at one time. How about the ability to label emails? I really miss Eudora's simple option-click to quickly gather emails based on any mailbox field. I really miss Eudora's ability to reply to more than one email in a single response. And, I sorely miss Eudora's ability to re-title and even edit existing emails.

In your system prefs under iCloud, make sure you have signed into your apple id and checked the desired checkboxes.

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just canceling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

For what it is worth I have noticed a similar issue from the iPad3 while at work and home. At work we have two Apple TV 3rd Generation installed and tied to our A/V system. I believe the issue has to do with a timeout on the broadcast saying "here I am" and allowing devices to connect.
For example:
At work we have several Wi-Fi SSID being broadcast from Cisco APs. The only one we can use with the Apple TV is the one that uses a WEP since the others are either setup to be hidden, require web page authentication, or have a login requirement from employees. Essentially, what I believe the issue is that the Apple TV periodically broadcasts a message to other iOS devices that support Mirroring. When the Apple TV does not get a response from a device it goes into a dormant mode and requires either a command from the remote control or a reboot. This has been tested with both the power management enabled and not enabled with the same results.
As for when I come home, the Apple TV3 has not seen the device in some time and therefore is not broadcasting it's location information. A simple click of the circle or menu keys on the remote will give it the command to start broadcasting again and allow the iPad3 to see the Apple TV. When trying to Home Share the computer can not play (iTunes 11, Win8RTM) until the Apple TV is awoken then it will show up for mirroing.
This may or may not assist you but, it hopefully explains how the issue may be happening.

FIgured out how to overlay an image. But now the image is cropped!!!

OK, so I have a person speaking and want to go to an image as he speaks. I figured out how to do it with an overlay, but now the image is cropped. I want it to show the whole thing, with bars for the side if it doesn't fit perfectly.
I think this can be done easily if the image is plopped in. But as an overlay, I can't figure out what to do. I go to project properties and tried all different options, such as "crop", "full size", "ken burns", but it doesn't make any difference. It always displays exactly the same, with the top and bottom cut off.
Help!!!

The path to open the Library window is now Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks. That was changed several versions ago, maybe in Firefox 4?

This may sound stupid, but I'm gonna throw it out there anyway. Is it possible, that if I have enough junk on my desktop it might disrupt the signal? It seems odd, but it kind of looks like my signal is strong and relatively steady now that I've cleaned my desktop. I do tend to get very cluttered. I use a lot of reference images and save text clippings to use later... it just piles up very quickly.
So, I wonder if all that extra effort my system has to do keeping up with the junk might have something to do with the drop outs?

I downloaded some videos to Premier Elements 13 from an external hard drive but now the external hard drive is damaged. While setting up my new MAC the external hard drive was dropped and I have been told by an outside source they could not retrieve the files. It had 4 years of photos and videos on it. I remembered that I had downloaded some of the videos from the external hard drive (before it was broke) to Adobe Organizer 13 when I installed the Adobe 13 on my MACOS X 10.9.5. I tried to open the videos on the organizer which it shows the video but with a yellow ? and says missing file. Is there anyway I can open these videos?
Any input is greatly appreciated!! I am sick over losing the videos and had a little hope on Adobe Organizer until I was unable to open them. I am thinking it is due to my external hard drive not being plugged in. I thought when I transferred from the external hard drive to Adobe 13 that it would be there without the external hard drive needing to be attached but maybe I did something wrong.

To what did your camera record those photos and videos - camera's internal memory, inserted memory card, other?
Any remote chance that the latter may still exist for you to use to download the camera files to your new external hard drive?
