It went ahead and downloaded the -2.pkg and the .pkg as well. I dragged as much as I could to the trash when I realized what had happened. But now I have a trojan that goes into action whenever Safari is on.
I just downloaded idospav-1.pkg, How do I get it off? Little shield on the top bar won't go away and I can't drag it off. Trashed the downloads I could find. Think it works off my email or safari and I get popups that I DON"T WANT. How do I delete? Is there a "clean up" package anywhere? THanks!

I have just changed over from a computer that was 11 years old, running Windows 98, to a new computer running Windows XP. With my old computer I could easily download video clips, they would open and play as soon as the download had ended. Now I have to click on the download box and click on "Play". Also, when I wanted to keep a clip, I just right clicked and a menu appeared and I would then click on "Save as" or similar. Now there doesn't appear to be any way to save the clips. Apart from a faster and more powerful computer I feel I've gone backwards. Can anyone help?
Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps. -
When I open iTunes, it will not allow me to preview or download TV shows. The preview and download options are gray and will not let me view them. I have tried installing the latest Quicktime but it tells me that I have to do software update and when I do, Quicktime does not appear to need an update. I have no idea what to do
Click on your preference and check the Parental tab for possible restrictions. Open iTunes, then click the iTunes menu, select preferences after the window opens click on the Parental icon, take a look at the content restrictions section.

Okay so I'm trying to download Adobe Flash Pro. I've gone to creative cloud and downloaded "Flash Professional CC and Mobile Device Packaging (2014)" and I have no idea what to do afterwards... There's no way to open or run the file. And to be honest, I'm not even sure if it's the right download... Help!
I'm using PC with Windows 8.1. I got onto the Creative Cloud and downloaded "Flash Professional CC and Mobile Device Packaging (2014)". <--- That would be the file. I can't open or run it from CC and I couldn't find a file in my computer either.
I've also found direct downloads for the trial version and hit the set-up button, it loads up, and then nothing happens. -
Just purchased CC2015 Lightroom & Photoshop following a 30 day free trial. All worked well during the trial but now I have subscribed to the plan and downloaded the latest LR version I am unable to zoom into the images and just get a constant 'loading' box and spinning circle. Also, the whole system is very slow - very frustrating! Any ideas? I am running it on Windows 8.

WHen I put music onto my devices I will have some songs that will play, while others will be grey and can not be played....also I find that when I purchase an album from iTunes all songs from the album will not be downloaded...
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Hello there. So my mom got a mac book a while back, and when I purchased my iphone 4 a few years ago I "synched" It to my moms computer, it was perfect I could download songs, movies, etc.But now i have my own laptop! (Macbook air mini) and ive been wanting to be able to use Icloud etc but I dont know how, being that my phone is hooked up to mine AND my moms computer. Not that i have anything to hide but Id rather not have my pictures from my phone be sent to her computer!! Also, when i buy music on my phone, and then go to plug it into my computer it doesnt work/synch! I want to use i cloud too because i dont even have enough storage in my phone to even take a picture! So id like to transfer all my pictures to my computer! Someone please help...thanks.
