I upgrade to 4.0 and I had my bank webpage on bookmark and now I can not get into it. It sends me to micosoft word. I want my old firefox back. And it also change my search from google to bing. I like gooogle better.

Since the iPod has been disabled from entering the passcode incorrect too many times then you will need to restore it to factory settings in recovery as shown in the article below:

To use iCloud, you will have to change your AppleID to an email address - see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5621
The old AppleID rules used to allow you to use any name you wished, but that was stopped a long time ago, and iCloud will not accept such an AppleID, so you will either need to change it, or create a new AppleID just for iCloud.
BTW, the apps you are downloading have nothing to do with iCloud or your iCloud account. The cloud icon in the App and iTunes stores merely indicates the app lives "in the cloud" as the storefront is an entirely internet based service.

Out of nowhere, my adobe photoshop will not let me into my photos.

It gives me the following message

Then the program is frozen and I have to ctrl-alt-del to exit. Please help! I need to be able to get to these photos....

I cannot open the web page for my bank using Safari, Firefox, Googl, or Yahoo. I can see others have had this problem, what is the fix? I have reset Safari and made sure cookies are accepted and that did not fix the problem. The bank assures me its the computer. Problem with that is that other banks open fine, just not the one I'm trying to open.

I would update. You need the update for apps.

You might try a forced shutdown to begin with, hold down the top and home buttons together until the device shuts down, then restart it.

I downloaded firefox 6.0 after my old version crashed.

There is no user name needed to "enter" or use iPhones...
Assuming you mean your iTunes Store account ID:
Settings > Store > tap ID > sign out > sign in with new ID

Try forcing Safari to quit and then relaunching it by pressing the home button, to see the home screen, then doucble tap the home button, hold your finger on the Safari app until it begins to wiggle, then tap the X to quit Safari, and then press the home button again. Then relanch Safari and see if it has the same problem.

If that doesn't do it, try restarting or restoring your iPhone.

What OS are your running? If you can access your user library, you can go to Keychains/login.keychain and move it to your desktop. Restart and a new login keychain should be created. If successful, delete the one from your desktop.

First close out all open apps: Click the Home key twice, and then swipe up on each of the thumbnails showing above the open app icons until all of them are swiped off
Then go to Settings>Safari and under the Privacy & Security section make sure the "Block Cookies" option is either set to "From Third Parties" or "Never".
Then try to do the agreement again.

Apple TV (2nd gen) suddenly will not let me get onto network.

I have tried resetting my Apple TV and router; I can usually see the network name when I go to connect, but it will not connect when I put in password. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere? I have Windstream internet service and recently made some changes with the internet service, so I am guessing a configuration is off somehow. Apple TV will let me to go Troubleshooting but only tells me things to check; will not let me into the IP Address settings etc. I am stumped.
