It won't let me reset my password.

For some reason 2 days ago when trying to login to Skype it didn't recognise my password even though i'm 100% sure it was right however I tried to reset my password with a new password and when I change it it comes up with "Please Contact Customer Service"! It won't let me change it and I can't sign into Skype.. I have 2 Skype accounts and they both have the same Email on them. I'm using Windows 7 on my sisters laptop with the latest version of Skype. I need some help please anyone? 

I have exactly the same problem on a Mac, myiphone and my iPad.  Also two accounts neither of the verified passords were accepted and neither of the two new resets worked.  Also got "conatct customer care"...totally useless and gets you into a nonseseical loop of crazy questions...I just want to SPEAK to someone at SKPYE for help. Now 6 days!
Any advice please?

    All I can suggest is that you open that file on the MBA and save it as a new file, then see if you can open the new one on the iMac.

    If you mean that you aren't getting the reset link, then from the page that you posted from :
    Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.

    When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

    Place the iPOo in recovery mode for the passcode issue. For recovery mode:

    Hey, I understand how ****** off you must be at getting bounced around . It most likely has something to do with some port being blocked by your internet service provider or on your router.  http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3297 lists ports 80, 443, 3689, 5297, 5298, 5353, 8000-8999, and 42000-42999 as ports that need to be open for you to connect to the itunes store. I would recommed contacting your isp and making sure that they are not blocking anything (in a nice unaccusing way, you never know, it might not be their fault), or if they can help you determine if your router is the cause. Before you do that you could also make an appointent with the genius bar at your apple retail store to make sure you can connect to the itunes store on their network, although if you can connect to wifi through safari, it probably is not related to the wifi hardware of your device.
    As last ditch efforts, I would try updating your device http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4623 (I recommend backing-up your device http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766 and any itunes purchases http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1848 just to be sure). If that doesn't work, I would restore it and set it up as a new device through itunes on a computer, that will wipe out any problem software and install the operating system as new, you can then test it to see if the issue was related to any software you had on it.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple,  Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
    Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
    If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

    Don't know anything about Terminal. I'm trying to set my computer up for remote printing to use at my university library. Using my IT services webpage, I copied and pasted a text string into the window as instructed. I got this:

    So what I think that means is that whatever I was supposed to enter there was fine. The problem is that it's won't let me type my password. I tried typing all different kinds of characters, and nothing happens- there's just a dark grey box after the colon. If I hit return, it says "sorry, password incorrect" or something.
    My computer is a two-year-old iBook G4 running some kind of OS X, if that matters. Sorry, I feel like this is probably really obvious, but I'm at a loss.

    When you are prompted for your password in Terminal nothing will be echoed to the screen when you type your password... no characters, no dots, the cursor won't move... that's normal... it's a security safeguard.
    Just type your password and press the return key.
    However, you must be logged into your computer with an account that has administrator privileges. And it's asking for the password of the account you're logged in to.

    I'm stuck on setting up new iPad, it won't let me re-enter password for my network.

    If you are activating right on the iPad itself (if the iPad came with iOS 5), restart the iPad and start over again.
    Hold the sleep/power button until the red slider appears and slide to shut off. Hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears to power up again.
    Then just start over again.

          Congratulations on being the next victim of Apple's current SNAFU!      
    If you don't have a rescue email address set, then you're SoL.
    If you do, then reset your info and check in there.
    If not, you'll have to contact iTS, and wait for God knows how long for Apple to complete its pending investigation in this SNAFU.
