It won't let me update my apps and I've already paid for something I bought through the app center an I type in my username and password an the billing stuff comes up I've done that twice I look at the record for my credit and and it's cheating me for it both times and won't let me update. I've waited a few days an its the same

Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID
Tap your ID
Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to country/region in the popup window to change the store

Since this is most likely an issue with the app developer not being prepared for iOS 8, then perhaps you'd like to know if that's the case before you direct your 'anger'.
Are you able to download any apps at all? have you tried downloading an Apple developed app? Like the 'Find My iPhone' app? Does that one download?

I am very frustrated with this Ipod. When I first got it everything was going well. Now all of sudden, it is no longer recognized by my itunes. I am unable to update my apps. My Ipod sometimes will show up under devices and sometime not. It tells me to disconnect and reconnect the ipod and my results are the same. I have reset my ipod with no results of improving. Do you have enough funds in your bank account?
otherwise iTunes sometimes black lists card if there are too many fradulent purchases
Reason why they might black list a card is possibly you call in for alot of fradulent purchases
One more reason can be because iTunes does actually limit the amount you can change payment methods
Call AppleCare Phone support and have your call directed to iTunes Store

Did you download the new iTunes update that was also released this afternoon? That might be the problem. The new iTunes update came out today as well as the new iOS 7 update and if you haven't downloaded the new iTunes update it may be a compatibility problem so if you didn't, first update to the new iTunes and try again.

My husband and I are using the same iTunes account on all mac & pc computers, but the libraries are different on each machine. We always manually manage our music (no auto sync). iTunes is up to date on the PCs. My husband uses our joint iTunes account on his pc, but once again, has a different collection in his library from those on the other machines. He can't load any music from his PC to his iphone 4. I can load music from my mac library to my iphone 4s, but cannot load from my pc library to my iphone 4s. How can I switch my main library that it syncs with from the mac to the pc?

The 1G iPod can only go as high as 3.1.3. The 1G does not have an internal speaker or volume buttons on the upper left edge.

The operating system takes up about 2GB, so that's why your 16 GB iPad has 14 GB capacity. And if you only have 687mbs left, it means you don't have much space left to add to your iPad. Do you have lot's of videos/Books/Music/Apps/Pictures on your iPad. If you do and you want to add more, you're going to have to delete things before you can add more.
