It won't open for sign in. itunes music store

okay i'm getting really mad. When i clicked for it to open it's just white and says itunes store. I clicked to sign in and it will log me in or it will exit out. so i can't sign.it won't do anything! Somebody please help me!!!!

I have a 10GB Touch Wheel iPod (2nd Gen). Software version 1.5.
I recently purchased the unabridged version of The DaVinci Code from the iTunes Music Store. The 7-part audio book plays just fine on my iBook and on my daughters' Nanos but it does not play on my older iPod.
What happens when I choose the first part on my older iPod is that you can see it cycle through parts 1-7 without playing anything and then returns to the main menu.
I don't have problems with other music or previously purchased audio books.
Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

I figured it out on my own... somehow my device got switched to "shuffle" mode. I have no idea how that happened, but there you go. Since I never use it in that mode, it never occurred to me to check that. Sigh. I switched it back to 'play in order' mode and now it is just fine.

Album artwork not found for album in iTunes music store

I have ripped the Foo Fighters album Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace CD and was hoping to grab the album artwork in iTunes, but iTunes claims "Artwork for 'Foo Fighters - Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace' could not be found".
I have double checked the spelling of the artist and album names, as well as checked for errant spaces or other characters, but I don't see why iTunes doesn't want to download this album art.
Has anyone overcome an issue like this before?

similar problem as others: recent download of ITUNES, first no audio now no access to Music Store-- broken chain symbols after long delay. All other sites work well. Has anyone with windows XP been successful since yesterday? If so, how? And how did you get ahold of someone at Apple?

Are you trying to transfer the GarageBand projects or the rendered audio files? What version of GarageBand do you have on your iPhone?
I do not think you can share your GarageBand projects from your iPhone to GarageBand on your Mac, unless you have iCloud, afaik, only the audio files.
How did you transfer the song?

I also have the same problem, but the Software Updates tool doesn't recognise that Quicktime is out of date. Have you tried downloading Quicktime 7.7 Leopard from http://support.apple.com/downloads/#quicktime as this worked for me...?

Me too... The other post relating to this was with a PC but the same is happening for macs too by the look of it. Has anyone got an idea of how to sort this out? It says it cannot removed the older version of iTunes.
Doublechecking before proceeding ... what's the precise text of that message, please? (There's a couple of different ones I can think of that you might be getting.)

Quicktime won't open for me and I can't locate it in activity monitor. Haven't used it for a year or so.

Greyed imaged in the Import dialog box mean you have already imported the photos into Lightroom, so there is no need and no benefit to importing them a second time.
Just go to the Library module, search for the desired photos, and resume working on these photos.

I can't open itunes music store. I tried downloading the new apple itunes updates, but my computer says that the updates have an invalid signature. My computer won't let me install the new itunes or apple quicktime to my computer. Can somebody help me?

My iTunes music store won't work. Ever since I tried upgrading my iTunes, the music store cannot connect. I don't think it is the iTunes itself because I have talked to people and theirs is working fine. Mine worked until I tried to update it. I tried to re-upgrade it but it still won't work.

It's working for me now. If it's working for you too then ignore the next step else go ahead and give it a try.
I uninstalled quick time and then itunes.
Restarted the machine and re-installed the latest update.

I just received an email receipt from Paypal showing a $12.99 purchase from iTunes. I almost NEVER purchase anything over around five dollars in the app or music store. Since PayPal does not show what this purchase was for, I have not received the receipt from Apple yet, and I cannot find anyway to look up online what this purchase was for....I need help to find out ASAP what this purchase was. If my account has been compromised or if I have been incorrectly charged for something, I would like to get the issue handled immediately. Requests for Music NOT available in iTunes Music Store

Hello,
I was wondering when, if ever, will there be a place within iTunes Music Store to request music by an artist you already have but not their complete catalog. For example, you mention under Frank Sinatra's bio his Reprise years yet have nothing from his Reprise Years even though you still acknowledge that Sinatra Reprise was one of his best selling compilations.
Also certain artists show up under compilations but not themselves. Example - Tim Miner. So my question is - is there a way to request an album or an artist and be alerted as to when they or the specific album has been added?
