Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the thingy):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Apple Software Update entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

It wont let e delete any photos in iphoto
Where are you deleting from. If it's from an album then the Option-Delete key combination will move the photo to iPhoto's trash bin. If you're in the main library a simple delete will move it.
If you're in an album and hit the delete key it only deletes the photo from that album, not the library.

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've written an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 08 libraries. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file. -

I use ARD 3.4 and it wont let me delete old ip address from info box. I no longer use "Apple Technician's" info. I tried to highlight it and it won't let me delete by clicking on " - " button. Is there a way to delete it?

I can't help but notice that Apple Technician is the only administrator listed, and it's showing with a grey dot. To me that might suggest that your currently not completely successfully authenticated with the target client computer. (other wise there should be at least one admin account listed with a green dot)
Also I've noticed ARD tend to not let you delete itself. ie if you on the computer that had the sharing name "Apple Technician's", authenticated or un un-atheticated it ARD will not let you delete itself from the list of administrators.
I guess you could mod or nuke your ARD settings on the server & client. But would that be more work then it's worth? -

so i got a new phone and i am using my icloud on tht new phone but itb says i have two devices on my icloud. i am trying to delete my old phone on my i cloud but it wont let me. i got an email saying that because in deleted my icloud from my old phone now i no one can delete it from the icloud account or try and find it. so *** do i do. and hown i can i delete my storage so its not to full because now my stuff cant be backed up
Settings>iCloud>Storage and Backup>Manage Storage. Select the phone that doesn't say "this phone" then scroll down and choose Delete Backup

Thanks for the question. With iOS 7, you can delete a song by doing the following:
Remove a song from iPhone. Tap Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete. The song is deleted from iPhone, but not from your iTunes library on your Mac or PC, or from iCloud.

Please note that if you have "Show All Music" enabled in Settings > iTunes & App Store, the above will delete the song from your device, but it will still appear available (with a cloud symbol to re-download).

i deleted alot of movies off of my mac they are gone and cannot be opened but the movie names still remain in all files in finder? it will not let me delete the names saying alias cannot be found and when i click delete alais the message only comes back up?? help please!!
Select ▹ System Preferences ▹ Spotlight ▹ Privacy. The list of items excluded from Spotlight indexing is shown (it may be empty.) Click the plus (“+”) icon to add an item to the list. Select your boot volume (under DEVICES) and add it to the list. Then remove it from the list by selecting it and clicking the minus (“-“) icon.
Spotlight will rebuild the index. If you try to do a Spotlight search now from the magnifying-glass icon in the top right corner of the display, a pulsing dot will appear in the icon. When the dot disappears, the indexing is complete. -
I had my iTunes account synced with an old e-mail account. I no longer remeber my password for this account and no longer have access to this e-mail account. I was able to change my information to a new e-mail in iTunes and iCloud with no trouble but my iOS device keeps asking me for the password to my old iTunes account which I can't remember. It defaults the e-mail reset password to the account I can no longer access and also says the date of birth I am entering does not match the records they have... I'm so confused, and I really dont get how my birthday is wrong? When trying to delete the account all together from iOS it asks again for the password...can anyone help me? Thanks!
