IT0028

HEY,
In IT0028, I have copied the examination area '08' Blood group & customize the new one with code '00' Blood group.
While taking a report of Blood group through Adhoc Query, it shows me blank as otput even after selection of all the input from Internal Medical Service.
Now i want to take a report of Blood Group. Suggest me hoe to get report on Blood Group.

Hi,
There are two ways to get required data as below:
1. Add your customized sub type in Adhoc Query & generate report by using selection of this new sub type.
2. You can get data of Infotype-0028 through table by using tcode-SE16 -> PA0028

Please provide immediate solution to this issue.
Blood grp X+ to be displayed as AB+ ve & X- as AB- ve.
It has to be changed for all employees in the company & maintained in IT 0028 & Subtype 0001
So,let me know,if I have to do any changes in master data only through LSMW or have to do any configuration changes?

As our expert said, go to the table T578X and give the subtype 0001 and Examination area - 08 (Blood group) and maintain as per the requirement in the field proficiency. and test for Employee through PA30.
Example: X+ = AB+
X- = AB -
if you have any issue please come up with the screen shot.

In ESS- Personal Information want to call extra ITs.

We are using Portal versions 7.3 and ECC 6, EHP6
In Ess- Personal Information (Workset) there are 5 iviews (IT0002, IT0006, IT0009, IT0021, IT0185) this all are standard.
In this workset (Personal Information) I want to call another ITs. Those are (IT 0001, IT0028, IT0587, IT0588, IT0105, IT0022,) This all ITs I can see in table V_T7XSSPERSUBTYP - country grouping 40.
Can I call this above ITs without customization,
I am thinking without customization we can't configure.
Am I wright or wrong? Please let me know.
Can you tell me in which version we can do this if available.

IT 0028 - Do not specify a subtype

I am trying to enter data in IT0028 through PA30.
But after choosing subtype , it is givngin me this message.
whereas all the configuration is correct.
Please help me in this.

Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Personal Data -> Internal Medical Services -> Define type of examinaton
Do let us know what is the time constraint mentioned in the Time constraint field.

Infotype --0028 ( (Int. Medical Service)   upload problem ....

    I am working on IT0028 ((Int. Medical Service)), and I have to maintain different types in the tab strip in the IT on basis of user data input . For example for each user we have 3 fields I.e. SBJ01, JNF01, NMF01 and Date (DTF01), which goes up to 30.
This fields can be different for each record like say in my employee case 01- SBJ01 could be Graduation, and for any other employee case the same fild-01 (SBJ01) could be masters degree.
Remember these fields could go up to 30 I.e. SBJ30, JNF30, and NMF30 with date (DTF30).
I am wondering , in what format I should ask data from users and secondly how Ill mange these fields , for each combination for 3 fields , as they are 30 , there are likely 90 entries in excel sheet?
Which also change on the type of employee record for some employee it could be 10 for some it could be 20 and for some it could be 5.
How Can I achieve this task .
Please give ideas /suggestions.

Herere the Functional specs for IT 0028
Data file will include the following fields (save location in parenthesis) in a tab delimited file. Only the Personnel Assignment number, subtype, exam date and results will be required fields.
Personnel Assignment Number (P0028-PERNR)
Subtype: (P0028-SUBTY)
Exam date; also used for effective date: (P0028-EXDAT)
Results/ Status: (P0028-RESUL)
There can be up to 30 entries for each of the following fields:
Exam area : (P0028-SBJxx)
Yes/No : (P0028-JNFxx)                         X=yes, blank= no
Value : (P0028-NMFxx)
Date : (P0028-DTFxx)
Proficiency : (P0028-WTFxx)
(example: Exam area 1 will be stored in SBJ01, Yes/No 1 will be stored in JNF01, Value 1 will be stored in NMF01; etc. ). All five fields should be reserved for each of the up to 30 entries; blank values will be allowed.
