Item pop up in PO

is there a possibillity to create a text for an item which will appear/ pop up automatically if we create a PO for them?

Hi,
You can trigger an email to the SAP Inbox to all persons in a distribution list as express message using an user exit on PO save.
The result is that whenever a PO is saved an express message is triggered to all maintained in the distribution list.

I'm getting the same response since upgrading to iso8 and downloading that bloomin' U2 album!
I removed the album using the Apple tool, removed the booklet via itunes on my PC, still get that frocken pop-up!!!
I have updated to ios8.2 patch, STILL GET THE POPUP SINCE DOWNLOADING U2's HORRIBLE ALBUM!!
CAN OBI-WAN PLEASE HELP????

Constant 'unable to download items' pop up

After updating to iOS 8 and downloading some suggested free iBooks (I believe that's when the issue started), I've been getting a randomly timed but constant stream of system alerts, saying 'Unable to download items - Please try again later'. They seem to get a lot more frequent during app use.
AAs far as I know, nothing has failed to download.

Wonder if this might be fixed when the U2 album is officially released on Oct 13, 2014? I too am receiving the Unable to Download Item pop up. I have done everything possible to try and correct this issue. Spoke with 2 different people at Apple Support Services and they did not know of this problem nor do they know the fix at this time. Not sure how to get rid of the Album and the download. Tried that too and still receive this error. More people need to call Apple Support to notify them of this problem so that they can fix it quicker. For now I am stuck with this error.

Curious network item popping up in sidebar

Just installed a new HD in my MacBook Pro and took the opportunity to do some housecleaning by installing a fresh Snow Leopard OS rather than doing a Time Machine restore. Since the install I’ve been having an odd issue that I’ve never seen before, and it has me rather concerned.
I have an Airport Extreme with LaCie HD connected, and with an Airport Express hardwired and set up as a roaming network.
The Extreme, named “Airport Extreme”, shows up under Shared in the sidebar as it should, and connects normally to my LaCie. But on occasion I a second item shows up under Shared with the same name but spelled “airport-extreme”. I have no idea what this is or why it pops up and disappears when it does. Last time it popped up it was still there when I left the computer overnight, but was gone when I woke up the machine in the morning. It has happened several times, but I have no idea how to make it re-appear at will in order to do any investigation. Clicking on it makes a popup flash on screen for less than a second: "Do you want the application NetAuthAgent.app to accept incoming network connections?".
Not much experience with networks. Anybody know what's going on here?

I have a G-Tech drive I can plug into the Airport Extreme temporarily. I think you're right about it corresponding to waking after sleep. The phantom disk just showed up again after the LaCie had been sitting unused for a few hours. I'll switch to the G-Tech, try to reproduce the problem, and report back.
I was just reminded of something else odd that happened. I'm not wanting to branch off onto a different topic, but as this seems network related too I thought I'd mention it in case it offers another clue to the original topic. Shortly after the re-install, I was moving files between these drive and getting things back in order (not via Time Machine, just drag & drop) when I tried to drag an item from my laptop HD to the trash. I got a warning that the item would be deleted immediately, the same warning that normally shows up when deleting from a network drive. I tried many different files from my local drive with the same results... somehow my internal drive was being treated like a network drive. I re-booted the laptop and all was well, and it has not happened since.

Disable partner item pop-up screen

Hi all,
I do have a requirement for Transaction VA01 and VA02. When a Sales Order is created, and I opened that Sales Order via VA02, I wish to grey-off the entire fields of partner's address screen.
The partner's screen can be reached via VA02 -> Header Level -> Partner tab -> display a list of partner functions -> double click one of the line item, and address subscreen pop-up (This is where I want to grey-off the entire fields in the subscreen, this can prevent from user changing the address, so that the address sticks to the original address from master data).
The address subscreen is at program SAPLSZA1, screen 0301.
I have also tried to look at the user exit in SAPMV45A -> include MV45AFZZ, but can't find any possible solution from there.
Any idea and solution will be much appreciated.
in VOPAN I have maintained Sold-to-party as non-modifiable mode ,when i double clik But it is still in Editable mode .Please guide me May I need to do more settings .

even i had gone through the program SAPMV45A   and screen 4201 and 10000 ...
it calls the standard XD01 .... so there   option in the   customising itself for   changing , display , editing   in the   SPRO .... i think you can ask some FI/CO   consultant   ... they are   very good @ dinspaying and editing of the master data ....
Definitely they is a way of editing in the   customizing itself ......even i am finding wiht my function consultant ....

List Menu Fighting With Embedded PDF Files, sub-items pop up behind the embedded PDFs

I’m trying to embed PDF file that will stay behind my javascript pop up menus on my website.
I tried setting the z-index for the menu in the css to 10 and the z-index on the embedded file to 1, that didn’t seem to do anything.
I know that you can embed a swf as an object and set the wmode to “transparent” , but it doesn’t seem to work the same way with a PDF. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dreaded unable to download item pop up!

Had a little help from iTunes but the pop up keeps coming back, around 100 times a day! I'm at my wits end with this now!

I had recently download a free album from itunes and for some reason or another, this pop-up keeps popping up throughout the day. I've tried toggling with the setting on both icloud and itunes, and it won't go away.
I am willing to try anything to get this off.

I guess I've never heard of that one before. You might need to contact iTunes store support, explain the problem and ask them to look at your iTunes store ID to see if there is something stuck in your download queue that is causing the prompt even though the download has completed. If so, they should be able to delete it for you. You can reach them by filling out this form: https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.
I'm hesitant to keep guessing at other things that you might try as I would just be shooting in the dark.

In Firefox, a box with the following: "1 item" pops up when I use hotmail and essentially prevents me from opening messages; this does not happen in Internet Exlporer..

This box appears near by cursor and follows it around essentially disabling my use of Hotmail. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

Thanks for your reply cor-el. I had never heard of nor seen the pref network.http.max-connections until I read about it in some of the replies in this support forum. People were saying 256 was the old setting and a new setting of 48 would correct my problem. When I followed the instructions to get to - see - and change the setting I discovered that my network.http.max-connections was already set to 48. I never did this. The only way I can think of that this setting was changed is that it happened by an automatic update to my Firefox browser. So, the problem I have was probably happening while this setting was at 48 all along. It is still set at 48 and I am still having the same problem. I will try as you suggest and set it to 30 and see what happens. I'll let you know the results. That's again for your response.

Making a series of items pop up by clicking 'next' - what's best practice to do that?

I've got a series of pages, each with a screenshot and a need to have 4 or 5 arrows appear on the page. I'd like to advance through the page by clicking the 'next' button, but I can't find an elegant way to do that. I tried to make a series of next buttons that live on top of each other, grouping each of them with the appropriate arrow and explanatory text box, but it gets out of hand fast. Somehow the group appears when I click next, but in the next split second it forwards to the next page. And all that button does is "show" "group10". Not only do I have no clue why that happens, I'm sure there's actually a better way. Any thoughts?

I don't totally understand what you really want, and you don't tell which version of CP you are using. Functionalities and now with CP8 the UI are too different.
This will certainly already explain why the slide (I think you mean that by 'page') will advance when you click on an interactive object that has a simple action attached to it: Why choose Standard over Simple action? - Captivate blog
Whatever version you use, this is the case. You'll have to replace the simple by an advanced standard action to avoid release of the play head.

Question - are we not able to create indexed items in custom folders?

Just a question here. I would like to use the index/Value option for parameters in a workbook. This is where the List of Values drop down box for the parameter would show both the index number and the value and let you choose to select based on the index or on the value. An obvious example of this would be with months, where you would have January (1), February (2), March (3), and so forth. To do this, you have to set up indexed items in Discoverer Administrator.
That is where I am running into a problem/issue. I am not being able to pick an item and click to look at its properties, scroll down to the Indexed Item property, click on that property, and get a list of items to pick from. On the indexed item property I see a value of <None>, and when I click on that property, no list of items pops up.
I have defined indexed items before, but that was always done on regular folders (imported from the database). In this case, I am working with a custom folder.
The SQL that I have keyed in for this custom folder is this -

FND_FLEX_VALUES_VL is an Oracle view, that combines Oracle tables FND_FLEX_VALUES and FND_FLEX_VALUES_TL.
My goal would be to show both the FLEX_VALUE and the DESCRIPTION in the parameter to the users, so they can better decide what value(s) they want to pick. This is a general ledger application that I am working with, with the General Ledger account number segments and the Flexfield value set for each segment (we are using 7 segments to define our general ledger account number).
Am I not able to define indexed items when working with a custom folder? The documentation is not real clear. It talks about simple folders and complex folders, but does not mention custom folders, at least that I can find. Or perhaps I need to do something different with how I code the SQL for the custom folder to enable me to define indexed items in the custom folder?
Hope this makes some sense. Always a challenge to explain the situation in a clear manner. Thanks for any insight/assistance anyone can give me on this.

Ahh, those picky little details. Once I created an Item Class LOV on my item, then I could click on the Indexed Item property and get the list of fields in the folder to show up and pick my item (to be the indexed item) from that list. I went back to the user guides and the documentation sure does not indicate this requirement. For example, in the Discoverer Administrator guide, you have the section (page 9-30 in the version I have) titled "How to assign an indexed item to an item". Nowhere in that section does it say that you have to create an Item Class LOV first to be able to do this. Though it does show how if you do not have an LOV on the item you pick to be the indexed item, you will be prompted to create an LOV for that item. In the past I had my LOVs created first. This time I was trying to do the indexed item first before creating my LOVs. So lesson learned - you have to create an Item Class LOV first before you can assign an indexed item to an item.

Good Day SAP expert,
I have facing an error message on Material document contains no items (order: 40000004 item: 000010) & Message no. /DBM/COMMON286.
This error happen when I want to create Good Issue with action QGIS (Create Goods Issue (DBM)).
Steps that I create vehicle order:
1.     Go to /dbm/order01 and select 3010 u2013 Vehicle Order based on Model
2.     Then I create for a new customer with model sales code
3.     I save the vehicle order in DBM.
4.     I go to VELO to create vehicle on Peugeot model sales code and create PO, good receipt and incoming invoice.
5.     Then I use action QDBM to enable vehicle to DBM.
6.     I assign the vehicle (DBM) to my vehicle order (created based on model).
7.     The assignment is successful; therefore I would like to do Good Movement (good issue). Error : Material document contains no items pop up.
8.     I have try with create VELO, assign QDM and create 3000 u2013 vehicle order, Good Movement able to perform.
I apply snote 1527931 - Problem with reading of document flow on nonunicode systems.
Its doesn't work, system say still say that material document contains no items.
is it advisable change error message to warning message?
Please advice.

I am not sure but this coudl be reason.
You have created a vehicle but you have not created the purchase order and Goods Recipt for the Vehicle, means the VEHICLE IS NOT IN YOUR INVENTORY
First check whether the vehicle is in inventory or not, if not then not possible to do Goods issue.

Item not compied from Quotation to Contract

Hello all,
I configured a transaction Z1 as a quotation and control copying a Z2 as a contract, I performed all the transaction configuration, item category, pricing, etc. to perform all the quotation with correspondant pricing procedure.
I create the quote (Z1) and add the item to the quote and the pricing procedure goes well, but when I clicked the followed up transaction and select the contract (Z2) all the information copied except for the item, pops up a message that I need to add an Item to perform the pricing procedure for the customer.
I don´t have any error message, I tried to perform the same test at GUI but same situation arises.
Any clue you can provide me would be highly appreciated it.

Yes, I already define those before posting this question. But as I mentioned I don't have any error displaying on my screen when I tried to perform this step.

How to populate List Item from the table in a form builder

I want to know how to populate the List Item (pop up menu and combo box) from a table.
Supposing I have a table Customer(cust_id,cust_name)
and now I want to populate it in such a manner that I can update the data back to the database and also access the list on the form.

This is the method i am using to populate a list.
