Item text can't  edit in scheduling agreement.

Hi ...
I have one problem in create scheduling agreement.
When I create standard scheduling agreements , I can edit their item text .
But if the Item category is K (consignment) , I can't edit item text . The system always show a message -Text changes were transferred.
Has anyone meet the kind of problem , or that function is restricted by  SAP .
Hope someone can tell me why or how to solve this problme.
Thanks a lot.

Hi,
i have done ur scenario. It is possible to edit the item text for both item categories : standard and k (consignment). But During creation of scheduling agreement with item category: k , u get the message as " item texts are transferred " and one warning message as " consignment info record does not exist".
but there is no problem, u can edit the item text for consignment scheduling agreements also. i think there is no settings are required for this.

    No.

  • How do I save a PDF in Photoshop/inDesign so that the text can be edited in Acrobat?

I notice that some PDF's I receive I am able to edit the text that is already in the document while using Acrobat Pro. However when I save my own PDF files I cannot seem to edit the text. Is there a specific way I should be saving my PDF? Either on Photoshop or inDesign?

    Photoshop - no chance.
InDesign - will usually just work.
Text editing in Acrobat is, however, a desperate last resort. Really, never, never consider it for files where the original is still available, even at some effort. Text editing is for where the original is lost and all the backups eaten by termites.

  • Can't edit text in CS3 design view

    Hi,
I have a big absolutely positioned DIV tag in most of my
pages, practically the whole page content is inside it.
In DW CS3 design view very often (maybe 50% of all times) if
I click inside it to edit the text, DW selects the entire DIV tag.
The cursor becomes like a cross with arrows, the DIV border becomes
outlined with a thick blue line, and I can't edit the text no
matter how much times I click. If I move the mouse with left button
pressed, this moves the DIV and changes the .css file where the
position is defined. DIV can't be de-selected with Escape, left or
    right clicking.
The only way to get out of this is to click somewhere in the
code view, then go back to design view where hopefully text can be
edited. Sometimes I have to repeat this twice or even 3 times ,
it's extremely annoying and time consuming.
    Is there any workaround?
Like to disable selection of containers in design view, or at
least a quick way to deselect the current selection?
This problem does not appear in DW8 when editing the same
    files.
    thanks

    Nasty. Why?
Do you have an overflow style on this div?

  • Creating multiple lines of text that can be edited by one line

I was editing a file in illustrator that a past designer set up and he set it up so that there are multiple lines in a column of text that are linked some how so that the first line of text can be edited and the rest will change with it. How do you set it up to do this?

I actually needed to know how to basically set up one text box created and than copied 10 times in a column but the top text field can be edited. When the top one is edited it automatically changes all of the other rows as well at the same time. I appreciate you getting back to me though. I figured it out.
Basically what you have to do is create your initial text field. With the text box selected you go to your appearances panel and click on the effects icon at the bottom of the panel and choose Distort & Transform > Transform. Then in the transform dialogue box you choose how far you want the copied text boxes to move (to the right or left) and then how many copies you would like and hit Copy. Than all you have to do is edit the first text box and all of them will change at the same time.
It is actually a pretty neat feature and will save me a lot of time when setting up some projects.

    Hi Guys,
This is the flow that i used.
ME51N (PR) -> ME31L (Scheduling agreement, reference the PO) -> PO
I am stuck at the PO part, how do you reference the PO document to the scheduling agreement?
I key in the scheduling agreement number at the outline agreement column it gives me an error
    Thanks

    Hi Ryan,
You can not proceed with Scheduling agreement in PO...
Purchase order will never be created wrt SA.
Once you create scheduling lines it will be traeted as PO.
    Hope it clears!!!

  • Sales Scheduling Agreements

    Hi,
In transportation lanes, we can got to sales scheduling agreements using menu path Goto>sales scheduling agreements
I understand that the Scheduling agreements on R/3 become external procurement relationships and transportation lanes in APO.
I am wondering what this extra sales scheduling agreements are??
    Thanks.

    Got the answer:
    [sap help|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_scm50/helpdata/en/3e/dfaf376ed96c21e10000009b38f8cf/frameset.htm]
n the SAP R/3 system, the business relationship between a plant (supplier) and a customer is stored as a sales scheduling agreement. If you have transferred these sales scheduling agreement from Sales and Distribution (SD) to SAP APO, the system automatically generates sales scheduling agreements there. At the same time, the system creates a transportation lane from the plant to the customer. The sales scheduling agreement and transportation lane are assigned to each other.

  • About selecting Scheduling Agreement and Forecast delivery schedule

    Hi Experts,
i want to write a Report, with 2 parameters for the selection : Sold-to-party and Period
For this Sold-to-party/Period, I want to list all scheduling agreement + Forecast delivery schedule.
I already found the Function SD_VBEP_READ_WITH_VBELN to read all Forecast delivery schedule lines using Sales Doc.No. , but how can I select all Scheduling Agreement for the Period ?
    Regards,
    David

    Solution:
by selecting data from table VEPVG (Delivery Due Index) and using function SD_VBEP_READ_WITH_VBELN for each SD Document.

  • Document line item text in Clearing document

    Dear All,
    Document line item text
My client want the vendor invoice line item text(BSIK-SGTXT) to be captured in the corresponding clearing document line item text field(BSAK-SGTXT).
(i.e) The vendor invoice and its payment clearing document should have the same text in the document line item text filed.
According to me i can use  a substition rule and a user exit to assign the values. but here comes a problem* i have one clearing document against 3 to 4 vendor invoice documents* so my programming logic has got stucked here? like which vendor invoice line item text the clearing document should pick up?
is there any other enhancements possible or can some one help me with the programming logic to be applied here.
    Thank you

Why don't you discuss the issue with your client?  As you said, if you pay 5 invoices in a single run, the payment document item text can't carry all of those texts unless you use the long text.  What is the reason for the requirement?  Perhaps there's another solution.

  • Scheduling Agreement - Backorder

    Hi Gurus,
Please suggest if back order concept has relevance with respect to scheduling agreement.  We use Scheduling agreement and the configurations are set that system does backward scheduling only and always the system confirms the schedule lines(VBUP-BESTA = C). We have a unique situation where assuming our stock position is 100 and for part1, customer 1 a scheduling agreement is confirmed for 90 qty with schedule line having future date.  Again customer 2 also placed an order for part 1 with current date.  Schedule lines are confirmed but when i try to create delivery, delivery quantity shows up 0 as 90 qty is reserved against customer 1.   Customer 2 is a priority customer and ideally this is a case of back orders.  But when i try to run V_V2 to change the confirmations based on delivery priority, system does not pick up these scheduling agreements at all.  I checked the program related to V_V2 and i see that it picks up entry with VBUP-BESTA NE C ( unconfirmed orders )only.
Please suggest if backorder can help in caseof scheduling agreements where confirmed quantities are always C.
    Regards,
    C.L. Narasimhan "CLN"

    Options are
    -  run V_RA
    -  go to MB1B with movement type 412E and reserve the stock.  This also has to do manually scheduling agreement wise.  If you feel that manual entry is not possible, may be you can develop a zee tcode through which you can copy the logic of MB1B and post the stocks in bulk

  • Scheduling agreement and GR

    Hello experts,
I use purchasing schedule agreement I would like to build a report in which I can see for each schedule agreement, for each delivery (Goods receipt) the date and the quantity and how SAP split this quantity according to schedule lines compared to schduled quantity.
I tried with SQVI, but I have no result yet.
If someone can guide  me to build the query it would be fine.
    Thanks a lot

    Hello,
This solution is not fitting to my expextation.
    I explain again :
I would like, for each purchasing scheduling agreement, to see for each delivery (goods receipt) the quantity enter in stock and for which scheduling line it matches.
For example, sometimes we can have one delivery wich cover more than one schedule line, it means that for each schedule line I expect to have one line per delivery till the quantity fit to the delivery line, and the date of the delivery.
I would like to build it with a query if it's not available in standard Tcode.
    Many thanks

  • Idoc Message type for Scheduling agreement

    Dear Experts,
How to configure to create Idoc for Scheduling agreement (not the releaseed schedule lines) ?
I am trying to use message type ORDERS05 but it is not working.
Will any body guide me preferably step by step process for this ?
    Thanks in Advance,
    Best Regards,

    Hi Anji,
Thanks for the Reply. But i think ORDRSP is for Order Confirmations.
But I have to send Outbound Idoc for a Schedule Agreement.
Whether the same  Idoc type & Messge type used for SO/PO(e.g ORDERS05, ORDERS/ORDCHG) can be used for Scheduling Agreement.
    Please Advice.
